As Y/n burst into the room, slamming the door open and yelling "I have no sanity left, please help me-"

Y/n's POV
I was walking into school, beside Zoe. She seemed happy to be at school...
I don't know why anyone would be happy to go to this Hell.

I heard a whisper
Then another
Until I realized something was off.

Heather Duke (and poor Heather McNamara) approached me and Zoe.
Duke pointed at my face "Your little sister slept with my boyfriend!"

"I did wha-" She couldn't even finish

"Don't play dumb, brat!"

"She was home all night, Heather."

"Don't cover for her, or it'll be there last thing you ever do"

"Nice, were leaving. C'mon Zoe" I dragged Zoe to her class and then went to mine.

After School, cause I'm a no-rust-build-up man myself-

I was walking home when I got that feeling.
Y'know, the feeling someone's watching you.
I turned around and saw two two guys, about 10 feet away, that was enough for my adrenaline to start pumping and get me to run.

I had been running for a while, taking random turns.

When I realized;
"I'm lost..."

I looked around and saw a group of people just staring at me.

"There are three responses to danger, Fight, Flight and Faun"

I stood still, scared. I didn't know where I was.

"Faun is the response where you freeze up, like a deer in headlights"

I felt a hand touch my shoulder, I looked behind me to see JD, giving me a concerned glance.

A while later...

I sat in his living room while he tried to reach Veronica over the phone. I was getting tired cause it was getting late, and I was running for who knows how long. I laid down on the couch and slowly fell asleep.

"Goodnight, Y/n." I heard him say, before I passed out.

In the morning...

I woke up and felt something on my waist.

JD.

He was cuddling me from behind, making me nearly unable to get up. "Jason."

"Nooooo"

"We have school"

"I'm not going."

"If aren't then I can't."

"Why?"

"Cause your holding onto me, and I can't move"

"That's fine"

I sighed

I wanted to make sure my sister's knew I was fine. But, due to the current situation, I can't go.

I started humming Mind Over Matter, because why not. When JD chimed in; "Anthony Ramos?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Nice, he's got good music."

"I know, idiot, that's why I listen to his music."

He pulled me in tighter.
I looked up at a clock on the wall.

Geez. I slept for a while.

I'll text my sisters later.
