"C'mon Leo, can you or can you not make a few potions for me?" Percy asked the scrawny Ravenclaw, who was walking swiftly in front of Percy. Percy has been pestering him all day about the matter, and Leo just wanted to take a nap.
"I dunno, can I?" Leo snickered. He held his books in his hand, they all were on different potions and charms, things he was quite good at.
"Leo! This isn't the time! I heard from everyone that you are an infamous prankster and master potion-maker! Even Snape himself was impressed with your skill!" Percy felt like a child, arguing to get what he wanted, but he feared punishment from Voldemort more than anything, and he just wanted to make him and Madam Red proud.
Leo turned around, sighing, "Percy, I don't even know you! I'd love to assist but I have no idea what your intentions with these potions are!"
Percy thought for a moment, forming together a good cover story without loopholes, "it's for a prank against some friends of mine."
"What's going on?" A girl walked up to the two of them, her curly blonde hair a mess, along with her robes. She held many books in her arms, Percy thought they'd fall at any second, but she seemed to have a good grip on them.
"Annabeth! What happened to you..?" Leo asked, he seemed genuinely worried about his friend. Percy remembered when he first arrived to hogwarts, how he was surprised that they weren't all evil sociopaths. Percy wanted to slap his past self, the pure stupidity he had for just thinking those things.
"Some clumsy Hufflepuff named Frank put the wrong ingredients in his potion and it exploded all over everyone around him, including me!" Annabeth ranted, but looked back at Percy. "Now my question, who's he and what is going on!"
"This is Percy, a Gryffindor, he's trying to prank some friends and needs a few potions." Leo explained.
"Then make the potions, we don't have time to argue! We need to study!" Annabeth seemed insane to Percy, but he just shrugged it off.
Leo sighed, "what potions you need?"
"Drowsiness draught, forgetfulness potion, and sleeping draught."
"What kind of prank would that be?" Leo asked, writing things down on a piece of parchment. Percy has a bit of a mini panic in his mind, what was he supposed to say?
Percy shrugged, "still gotta plan it out, but I know I need those specific potions."
Percy didn't know what they were for, it was Voldemort's plan. Percy assumed he'd give one potion to Harry, one to Ron, and one to Hermione, but that wasn't confirmed quite yet. Voldemort never seemed to like confirming anything, or tell Percy anything for that matter.
"I'll have them done by tonight, meet me in front of the Ravenclaw common room at ten tonight." Leo said, folding the parchment and putting it in his pocket. "I expect some sort of payment."
"Of course." Percy nodded, "a few galleons?"
Leo nodded, shaking Percy's hand.
With that, Leo and Annabeth walked off, leaving Percy growing even more curious of Voldemort's plans.

"What's in a truth potion?" Ron asked as he, Harry, and Hermione snuck into Snape's storeroom.
"Still looking." Hermione said as she skimmed through a potions book. "Veritaserum takes a long time so we need something weaker."
"Like what?" Harry asked, looking through at the potions books Snape had.
"Don't know yet Ha-"
Hermione was interrupted by the door opening.
A short Ravenclaw stood there, looking confused. He had curly brown hair and looked to be Hispanic or Latino.
"You aren't Snape." Ron mumbled, slowing down his breathing.
"Don't think the three of you are either." The boy remarked. He closed the door behind him and looked around the room.
"We're just a looking for ingredients for a potion." Harry explained, putting a potions book back on its shelf.
"Same here. Some guy wanted me to make some potions for him so he can prank his friends. Really strange potions as well." The boy explained. "Oh, I'm Leo, by the way. I know who you guys are though, but everyone knows you three."
"Who asked?" Ron questioned, ignoring the curious looks from Hermione and Harry. He had a bad feeling and wanted to confirm it, he didn't feel the need to explain his question.
"Some guy named Percy. Said he didn't know exactly what the prank would be, but knew he needed those three potions specifically." Leo rubbed the back of his neck, giving the three a confused expression.
The three Gryffindors eyes widened. They knew a Percy. Leo just laughed awkwardly and was about to ask why they were acting strangely, but someone else started talking.
"What potions?" Hermione asked in a rush, all her attention focused on Leo.
"Hmm Sleeping draught, drowsiness draught, and forgetfulness potion." Leo counted the potions with his fingers, gazing into space.
"Don't make them." Ron told Leo. Leo tilted his head slightly, wishing the three would explain why they were acting strange.
"Why not? I could get paid for it!" Leo frowned, he had only agreed for the galleons, his family wasn't exactly rich.
"Just Don't Leo, Trust us!" Hermione looked Leo straight in the eyes, she seemed genuine and it only made Leo feel worse.
"Fine, but what am I supposed to tell him? That Harry Potter and his friends told me not to?!"
"Just say that he didn't have the necessary ingredients for them at the moment. It'll be fine." Harry decided to enter the conversation, as he wasn't able to find any recipes for a quick truth serum.
"Why is it so important that I don't do this? I'm loosing out on some galleons for this ya know." Leo crosses his arms, conflicted by what he should do.
"He just doesn't have the right intentions." Ron shrugged.
"You saying he's evil or something?" Leo asked, skeptical on the wording.
"we didn't say that-"
"Didn't deny it either." Leo shrugged.
"Look, it's just that he's not who he appears to be." Harry tried to explain, but only making Percy seem worse. Although Percy was not exactly a saint to begin with.
"Right. I think I understand. I won't do it, but you owe me in the future, Okay?" Leo stared them all in the eyes.
"Of course, anything you need one day we'll help you with." Hermione agreed, sighing.
"That went terribly." Ron groaned as Leo left.
"I thought it went well." Harry shrugged.
Hermione nodded and looked at the clock, "we need to get back to the common room before Snape finds us."
With that, the three wizards put the books back, (minus the one Hermione decided to steal) and exited, sneakily entering the Gryffindor common room without anyone knowing of their absence.
