– Was created by the Organization as a failsafe in case Roxas proved useless, and as such is capable of wielding the Keyblade

– Even as she perished from everyone's memories, she still persisted as a memory in the hearts of everyone she knew

– As her days as Number XIV passed, gained the capacity to feel real emotions

Monika: For a while now, the enigmatic Organization XIII has lacked a way to extract hearts for their grand goal to forge the entity known as Kingdom Hearts, until Roxas, a boy with power over the Keyblade, joined their ranks as Number XIII.

Junko: You may remember him as one of Aqua's friends. yeah, he's pretty much a clone of Sora... but the Organization didn't exactly have faith in their little Keybearer. 

Monika: And so made a replica based on the memories of Sora, Roxas's original self. This replica was a female, due to Sora's strongest memory at the time of her birth being of his closest confidant Kairi, and was named Xion.

Junko: Xion was pretty much just there as a failsafe in case Roxas proved useless to them.

Monika: But who they thought was a puppet to be thrown away soon gained an identity and memories of her own, forging a close bond with Roxas and the Organization's Number VIII, Axel.

Junko: You may remember Axel as... oh wait, nevermind, we never went over him.

Monika: Even as an imperfect replica, Xion's skill cannot be understated.

Monika: She's capable of easily overwhelming Heartless, sometimes with a single strike. She also downed a weakened Darkside with a decisive blow. 

Junko: D-

Monika: Not Darkseid... 

Junko: Dammit. Well, she's capable of clashing with Roxas, who traveled from Radiant Garden to the Keyblade Graveyard in a matter of seconds. She's also clashed with Sora, Kairi, Lea, and Axel! Axel being one of the more nimbler members of the original Organization. 

Monika: Overall, she should be comparable to Sora, who, along with Donald and Goofy and without any boosts, battled an amped Xehanort who was utilizing the true power of the X-blade and Kingdom Hearts. The X-blade is equal in power to Kingdom Hearts, the collective entity that holds the power of all worlds. 

Junko; She's even managed to take on Xemnas and Saix alongside Sora, Lea, and Roxas. She was even fast enough to help Aqua and Mickey raise a barrier to intercept the Replica Xehanorts' assault or intercept Xemnas's death blow against Lea.

Junko: at first, Xion was shy, secluded, and taciturn, not having a will of her own. But upon opening up to Roxas and Axel, Xion grew deeply loyal to her newfound friends, spending her days with them eating sea-salt ice cream atop the Clock Tower. But once learning of her true role, Xion became deeply lost and confused, torn between staying with her friends and fulfilling her destiny. But after finally coming to terms with her existence, Xion developed a strong sense of justice, willing to sacrifice herself for the greater good, even if it meant being forgotten by even her best friends.

Monika: Due to inheriting Sora's memories and combat skill along with Roxas, Xion is a skilled combatant able to go toe-to-toe with even the strongest of Heartless. She manages to give Axel and Roxas incredibly difficult fights in their attempts to bring her back to the Organization, bringing the former to the point of unconsciousness. She fights in almost the same manner as Sora, inheriting his most powerful techniques, particularly the Limits he lost during his time in Castle Oblivion.

Junko: Her main weapon is the Kingdom Key!

Junko takes out the keyblade and starts swinging it around at Monika, who casually dodges it.

Junko: I'm surprised this thing can actually cut! Though it's not the real deal is it?

Monika: Nope. It's more of a perfect replica of the original. It should be capable of all of the Keyblades functions. It can also be hurled at enemies in a Strike Raid-esque attack.

Monika takes the Keyblade and swings it, sending Junko flying

Monika: On top of that, even if Xion loses the Keyblade, she could always summon it back into her hands.

Junko: Ow... oh yeah, she also has her cloak.

Monika: A standard-issue cloak worn by those who traverse the realm and corridors of darkness. It's imbued with magic that shields the wearer's heart from darkness. this allows Xion to traverse the Realm of Darkness and corridors of darkness without the risk of corruption.

Junko: Corruption in the Realm of Darkness will eradicate the victim's existence itself, erase their memories and sense of self, and whittle away at their willpower! Oh yeah and if she puts on the hood, she can completely conceal her face!

Monika: But most importantly is her skill in using magic, which she can fire off with decent precision. She's capable of tossing opponents into portals to move the fight to new locations and copying the weapons and status of others. And as a being from another world, she is unaffected by the laws of the worlds she visits.

Junko: The first magic she uses is Fire Magic.

Junko: Or just fire... or Fira... or its strongest version known as Firaga which lets her unleash a blast of fire at her opponents.

Monika: Then there's Ice Magic.

Monika: Also known as Blizzard magic. The strongest version is Blizzaga as it lets you unleash a chunk of ice to punch through the opponent.

Junko: After that is Lightning Magic.

Monika: You mean Thunder Magic?

Junko: Whatever, the strongest version is Thundaga anyway. It unleashes a bolt of lightning to smite the opponent.

Monika: Well next is her Wind Magic.

Junko: Lemme guess, Windaga?

Monika: Nope. This one is actually called Aeroga. It unleashes a barrier of wind to stave off opponents or knock them into the air.

Junko: Well next up is Healing Magic.

Junko: Which cures her wounds and relieves her of exhaustion.

Monika: But her biggest and favorite magic to use is light magic.

Monika: Also known as Holy magic, it has multiple applications. She can assail the opponent with pillars of light from above, cloak herself in light as armor to reduce damage, transform herself into a ray of light and dart around the arena, unleash laser beams that cut down the opponent's health, and so much more.

Junko; She can even use her Limit Break, Event Horizen.

Junko: Where she charges her Keyblade with light before attacking her foe with a powerful barrage of melee attacks!

Monika: To top it off, she has several transformations based on where she is thanks to Sora's memories. Starting with the first form.

Monika: Activated by Xemnas's device in Wonderland, Xion assimilates Sora's memories of Wonderland, and assumes the appropriate form, equipping a sword similar to those used by the Card Soldiers.

Junko: In this form, she emphasizes on aerial attacks and mobility. She also gains access to Sonic Blade, where she rushes the opponent multiple times. On top of that, she can raise a barrier to render herself immune to damage and restore her health.

Monika: Then there's her second form.

Monika: Activated by Xemnas's device in Halloween Town, Xion assimilates Sora's memories of Halloween Town, and assumes the appropriate form, equipping a sword-cannon resembling The Experiment's arm.

Junko: This form emphasizes on ranged attacks and longer-reaching melee attacks. She also has access to Ragnarok, where she blasts the opponent with rays of light composed out of the nothingness element, which ignores defense. And she can raise the same barrier from the first form.

Monika: Then there's the third form.

Monika: This one's my favorite in terms of design. It's activated by Xemnas's device in Agrabah. Xion assimilates Sora's memories of Agrabah, and assumes the appropriate form, gaining two additional arms and equipping scimitars in each of them, similar to Kurt Zisa.

Junko: This form emphasizes on swift, graceful sword techniques and quick evasions! And she gains access to Ars Arcanum, where she infuses her blades with light and assails the foe with a vicious series of slashes!

Monika: And of course, she can raise the same barrier as the last two forms.

Junko: Normally, there are only two or three transformations with these things. But Xion is consistent as she brought her fourth and final form!

Monika: The form she takes once her remaining three forms are exhausted. Xion assimilates the last of Sora's memories and resembles him closely, and grows massive in size. She gains twin blades that can inflict random status effects when they hit the opponent and she places greater emphasis on light-based attacks than before.

Junko: On top of that, she can entrap opponents with gravity circles on the ground to compensate for poor mobility and gains access to Final Break, a Trinity Limit-based attack which ignores defense and deals massive damage!

Monika: But even with all this power, she's nowhere near perfect.

Junko: Xion can be emotionally unstable at times. Her magic spells have limited casts and uses and her Final Form lacks mobility. She'll need to be hard-prest to use her Final Break as well.

Monika: But regardless of how she feels, she did eventually find herself. Sacrificing her life for the greater good and returning with a brand new light.

Xion: It's too late... for me to undo my mistakes. But you can't let Xemnas... have Kingdom Hearts. You can't. Good-bye, Roxas. See you again. I'm glad... I got to meet you. Oh... and of course, Axel, too. You're both my best friends.
