Neptune: If you can't begin then I'll just have to begin for you!

Junko: Oh come on! She's already here?!

Neptune: Yep, and I've been here so many times that you get to know who I am again! That's right, the guardian of Planeptune, the Protagonist of all protagonists, is here once again!

Junko: Yeah, still a brat.

Neptune: Hey!

Monika: Well regardless, we can't deny that she's strong. There's a reason CPUs like her are considered Goddesses.

Monika: We're talking about someone much stronger than Histoire, who stabilized the time flow between two space-time continuum. Histoire has also been mentioned to channel the power of the universe to even controlling all of existence.

Junko: She stopped Rei Ryghts from destroying both the Ultra Dimension and Hyper Dimension. She's also fought and defeated Kurome while she was Dark Orange, which held the powers of the CPUs, the last fraction of Rei's powers, and Kurome's own Negative Energy.

Kokonoe Notes: Kurome's also the very embodiment of Zero and Heart Dimension, and even stated that she would become Hyper Dimension if she was allowed to fuse them together

Neptune: Speaking of the Heart Dimension, I also helped destroy that too!

Monika: Right, the Heart Dimension is a reality where dreams become entire dimensions and contain an uncountable amount of said Dream Dimensions.

Neptune: And let's not forget how many times I beat Arfoire!

Monika: Well, Arfoire's power varies but, consistently, she can destroy all of Gamindustri. She should also scale to Noire, who casually destroyed a meteor that would destroy Gamindustri.

Kokonoe Notes: The size of Gamindustri varies depending on the game, either being as big as a continent or a planet much bigger than our own

Junko: She's fallen from long heights on several occasions with little to no injury and even survived a fall from space! She's fast enough to dodge lasers and can react to and block Rom's Starlight. Considering CPUs are conceptual beings separate from time and space, this isn't even close to Neptune's full power. 

Neptune: Heck, even when I did die and go to Hell, I found Hell's torture to be child play! Even when they had me take a dunk in lava and walk on spikes! No wonder I could scare Hell's ruler simply by transforming!

Monika: Well, we should give you some credit despite your constant habit of breaking the Fourth Wall.

Monika: While seemingly ditzy at first, Neptune has shown to have dabbled in more complex and intellectual fields, making her much smarter than she looks. Despite not having any proof, she noticed Uzume was extremely fixated on being "cool", allowing her to convince Uzume to take a shower with her. She's stated to have designed one of IF's weapons, "Dual Sword Neptune" and has concocted her own beverage, "Dr. Nepper", which actually ended up healing Histoire's stomach ache.

Junko: also the proposer and creator of the "Nep Bull", a beverage that's also a medicinal drug as it can be used to heal others in battle. She seemingly created different variants of Nep Bull that are even stronger beverages and healing items than the original Nep Bull.

Neptune: Did I ever mention I'm adept in mathematics? I once calculated the exact amount of minutes and seconds that are in 3 days in just a few seconds and recited 29 digits of pi off the top of my head, only getting one digit wrong, and I would have kept going if I wasn't interrupted by Blanny.

Monika: In addition to this, Neptune is a combat savant. She's highly proficient in sword fighting and katana-wielding, as it's her main form of combat, which she's been engaging in for over a few decades of her life. She's adept in her own style of battle, with the majority of her techniques being self-developed. This includes her large list of SP Attacks, her D-Drive attack family, and her Nep Battle Dance attacks.

Junko: She's been shown to learn and create new techniques in rapid succession, being able to efficiently use those new techniques in battle shortly after this, and in some cases, improve upon them later. She even incorporated taijutsu into a few of her techniques, creating a mix between her regular sword-fighting style and martial arts. It's also been demonstrated in the Coupling Skill "Nep-Nep Combination" that Neptune can switch from her one-sword fighting style to dual-wielding on the fly.

Monika: She can compete with Hyper Dimension Falcom and MarvelousAQL, the former of whom fights using her own self-taught sword-fighting style, with Nepgear requesting Falcom help tutor her a bit in the process, and the latter has trained for a few years at a ninja academy, with even an alternate dimension version of Neptune being amazed by her combat prowess

Junko: That same version had engaged in a war with the other three Goddesses for hundreds of years on end, being able to hold her own against all three of them at once for a short period of time, and could even defeat Arfoire despite having amnesia and only recently resuming battle with nothing but a wooden sword she found in a dumpster

Neptune: Never underestimate the power of a Wooden Sword! Besides, I have some attacks of my own, like my signature Cross Combination!

Neptune: This is a classic technique where I dive into the enemy's guard, then slice them up!

Monika: She pretty much unleashes a flurry of sword slashes, sending her opponent high into the air before she jumps up and swings a downward slash, sending them crashing back to the ground.

Neptune: Then there's the move I learned from a book left behind by a CPU who ruled Planeptune long ago, Critical Edge!

Junko: Neptune runs up before slashing and launching an enemy up into the air before slashing them out of the air!

Neptune: And if you like that, you're gonna love my 32-bit Mega Blade!

Neptune: I'll pierce through my enemies with a giant blade made from the power of faith!

Monika: Neptune summons a sword to fall from the sky and stab the enemy to cause an energy blast. She can summon up to 8 of these and fire a volley of multiple small versions. She can even pick one up to use as an extra sword.

Junko: But nothing feels better than a good old Victory Slash!

Junko: Neptune Neptune charges forward before slashing a 'V' shape into the enemy which explodes!

Neptune: A V slash for the mornings we will face, the victories we will obtain!

Monika: It's almost as impressive as the Delta Slash.

Monika: Where she slashes her sword at the enemy two times, trapping the opponent in a box before slashing it one final time, causing it to explode in the Delta sign. 

Neptune: A new skill that's so new I can't even say that it's new anymore. But it's not as cool as the Neptune Break.

Junko: Neptune holds her sword before launching as purple energy surrounds her. She then rapidly slashes the enemy from all directions, spins her sword into the air, and catches the sword to slash the enemy again. Neptune stabs the enemy one more time before they explode into a purple column of light!

Neptune: A special attack that's strong enough to break the game's balance!

Monika: It's stronger than your Purple Flash?

Monika: Where you power up and charge at your opponent before hitting them with an explosive slash.

Neptune: Oh yeah, that one's an incredible all-out attack with devastating results. Goes to show I'm super strong, and we didn't even get to my Keiji Inafune summonings yet!

Neptune: The first one is the Inafune Sword V! Where I summon 4 Keiji Inafune's before launching them towards the enemy and they explode on impact!

Junko: We still don't know how that makes it a sword but okay.

Neptune: The second one is the Who Did This?! Nova! Where I summon a Ship with Keiji Inafune's face on it and fire lasers at the enemy!

Monika: I... have no words...

Neptune: Really? Not even to the Atranger?!

Neptune: That's right, I can summon an Atranger that slashes at the enemy before firing a rocket fist that explodes!

Junko: It still looks like a toy.

Neptune: Ah- Well... who needs summonings when you have swords?!

Monika: Right, Neptune has a large variety of blades, including the wooden one she found in the dumpster.

Neptune: I also have a Bamboo Sword, a Hunting sword, and a Prototype Mechanical Blade with improved durability and edge. I have several versions of the Mechanical Blade, with the strongest being sharp enough to cut things without form! Let's not forget my Tatsui blade with a main focus on severing my opponents. One of my favorites is the Bastard Sword, which excels at crushing foes and lets me get away with cursing.

Monika: The Claymore Sword is a long, broad sword. Because of its length, it takes remarkable proficiency to wield.

Junko: Then there's the Executioner Blade, an ominous instrument of death often called 'Soul Sucker' because it draws a pool of blood from its prey that they will later drown in!

Monika: Wow... that got dark quickly.

Neptune: I have three versions of the Beam Katana and I've got the Mecha Nep Blade! My personal mechanical blade that Histoire made using Planeptune's tech! It draws out all the power of Neptune! I can do the same with a blade called the Purple Force! Also, let's not forget my Excalibur sword, with a blade and hilt that wards off calamity!

Monika: There's the Laevateinn, a divine blade brighter than the sun. A ray of hope that brightens Gamindustri's future. She also has the Kiryu Sword and a giant paper fan that... makes you want to whack someone over the head with it... that's it?

Neptune: Yep. What else would it be for?

Junko: The Shining Land is a famous one whose name has been passed down through many adventure stories. It exists in several dimensions and is said to be able to travel dimensions. Then there's the Nep-Stinger, a mechanical sword that increases its power by circulating energy inside. Its design is focused on attacking.

Neptune: My favorite is still the Kneesocks Sword, a sword sword made out of old and recycled knee socks. When attacked with this weapon, it feels like you're being kicked. I have an upgraded version made of Nep Jr's Kneesocks but she has no idea~!

Monika: Why... do you have your sister's kneesocks?

Neptune: My strongest version is the Orange Kneesock Sword, made in the image of Uzume! It just feels stronger than the other Kneesock Swords. I have a sword that can slice a mountain in two with a single swing, one that can blind anyone nearby, one that glistens with red mist, and one that gives me great strength in exchange for my life. I can resist its effects with my amazing willpower.

Junko: Oh yeah, she also has a gun that shoots elemental bullets. But she really doesn't need it considering she has a vast amount of magical powers.

Monika: Right, not only can Neptune heal herself, but she can increase her strength and defense, especially towards elemental attacks. She can even infuse her sword with magic, allowing her to give her weapons elemental properties or she could decrease her opponent's strength and durability.

Neptune: Shooting fireballs, unleashing earth pillars from the ground, summoning lightning from the sky, the usual. I can teleport, create barriers for protection, bestow power onto others, sense one's presence, Share Energy, Negative Energy, etcetera. 

Monika: And all of it is possible thanks to Share Energy, which can be provided through the use of Share Crystals.

Monika: As stated before, CPUs are divine Goddesses forged by the faith of others, otherwise known as Share Energy. 

Junko: This pretty much means Neptune will continue to live so long as people continue to have faith. Hell, there aren't even that many things that could actually kill a CPU permanently either. So it goes without saying that the more Share Energy a CPU Goddess obtains, the stronger they become. Well, a Share Crystal is the physical embodiment of that energy. This can recharge her energy, putting her back at full power when in a weakened state. It also undoes hypnosis, though she doesn't need a Share Crystal for that.

Neptune: And it lets me open a Share Field, a temporary pocket dimension that can contain and weaken the powers of whoever is trapped inside it while giving the user an unlimited supply of Share Energy.

Monika: But most importantly it grants her the ability to transform, with her minor transformations being a planet-destroying, missile-launching jet, and a time-traveling motorcycle. But her more important forms are her HDD transformations, specifically Purple Heart.

Junko: Essentially her own version of Super Saiyan, this form is far stronger and far faster than her base transformation!

Monika: Alongside the major power boost comes a personality change as well, making her more serious and less childish, allowing her to be more strategic when the time calls for it.

Neptune: That's not to say I don't have my fair share of comedic moments. Even in this form, I'm so sexy it can make a robot boy faint!

Junko: But nothing is more impressive in her arsenal than NEXT Purple!

Junko: If Purple Heart was Super Saiyan then NEXT Purple is a Super Saiyan God! She's far more powerful than both Neptune and Purple Heart combined! It's been stated that no other HDD form in existence can even come close to this level of power!

Monika: Equipped with boots, wings, and gauntlets, this form truly is a sight to behold. With a single attack, NEXT Purple took down Affimojas, removing the Negative Energy from his body and even slicing in half Gamindustri's history rewrite with the same attack and even restoring everyone's memories of the Goddesses in the process.

Junko: And that was from a basic attack, not even her strongest attack, the Dimensional Slice!

Monika: NEXT Purple charges up the boosters upon her back and charges at her opponent at extreme speeds before slashing at them, causing a massive explosion of energy behind her. This move is so powerful that it can destroy the very concept of her opponent.

Neptune: See? Goes to show just how awesome I am. 

Junko: Hold on there, while you're powerful you do have your fair share of weaknesses yourself. Pun intended.

Junko: Neptune doesn't normally think things through and sometimes just jumps into action without much of a plan backing her. She's also pretty lazy and really... really hates eggplants.

Neptune: They're disgusting! I once fought animated eggplants and it drained me mentally instead of physically. Heck, it's so bad I could revert back to my base form through the smell alone!

Monika: And while it is extremely difficult to kill her, she can die through specific means like Anti-Sharecite or Negative Energy. If she were to run out of Share Energy, she would no longer be able to transform and could even be killed a lot easier albeit she'll probably come back after a few minutes.

Junko: Doesn't help that the Dimensional Slash can revert her back to her base form and uses up a ton of that Share Energy.

Neptune: Well even someone as amazing as I am needs a few flaws. But I can't help is since I'm so awesome! I may not be the most responsible but I am still a Goddess and I'll do whatever it takes to protect my friends!

Neptune: Nope, you can't be more popular than me. I mean, I'm the main character of this franchise and stuff.
