Kokonoe: Born in Queens, New York, Frank Castle served four years in the Vietnam War. His life was changed forever after his family was gunned down by mobsters. Fueled with a sense of hatred and revenge, Frank dedicated his life to using his skills as a Marine to wage war against the criminal underworld. 

Junko: This means killing everyone from Italian Mafiosos, Russian Bratvas, Mexican drug cartels, Irish Mobs, Chinese Triads, Japanese Yakuza, and even Jamaican Yardees! A bunch of heroes don't like it but who the hell's gonna stop him?! Nobody is safe from the wrath of The Punisher!

Kokonoe: Frank West is incredibly strong and is a master of several different martial arts including Nash Ryu Jujutsu, Ninjutsu, Shorin-Ryu Karate, Hwarang-Do, and Chin Na. He's also one of the best fighters out there, taking on opponents like Captain America, Black Panther, Wolverine, Daredevil, Spider-Man, and many more.

Junko: The guys wrestled bears and alligators! Hell, he's fought Kravin the Hunter, who's wrestled Rhinos and Gorillas! He can lift 400 pounds with ease and even broke out of 800-pound steel handcuffs! Hell, some of the guys he's fought can tear apart steel with their bare hands!

Ann: He's fast enough to dodge point-blank machine gun fire, lasers, lightning, and missiles. He's also capable of outrunning entire explosions. He has no problem keeping up with Daredevil, who can duck his head under a point-blank revolver shot in under a microsecond.

Junko: That's impressive, sure. But not nearly as impressive as this guy's pain tolerance! I mean, he's been stabbed, shot, electrocuted by 11,000 watts of power, resisted Ghost Rider's Penance Stare, got ran over by Ghost Rider's motorcycle, and took hits from superhumans who could rip a normal person to shreds! Like Molly Hayes, who can topple monsters as large as skyscrapers!

Kokonoe: He's incredibly skilled in the arts of intimidation and stealth, perfectly capable of stealing Tony Stark's Iron Man armor, detecting others in complete camouflage, and he nearly killed the Green Goblin if Sentry hadn't shown up and well... thrown him around.

Ann: He's one of the finest sharpshooters in the Marvel Universe rivaling Bullseye and Hawkeye. He even rivals Captain America with his tactical genius and intelligence.

Kokonoe: But before we get to that, we need to talk about his armor. 

Junko: This mostly consists of his Kevlar Vest.

Kokonoe: Soft vests are capable of protecting the wearer from small-caliber pistols and shotguns projectiles. The metal or ceramic plates can be used with a soft vest, providing additional protection from rifle rounds.  And tightly woven fiber layers can give soft armor resistance to stab and slash attacks from knife attacks.

Ann: Frank's vest is fireproof and can block knives and sword swings. It can take the force of a double barrel shotgun, a light machinegun, and minigun fire. 

Junko: It remained intact after Electro blasted it with a lightning bolt and it can take several blows from superhumans before breaking apart. Each tooth of the skull has spare ammo that Frank can use.

Ann: That's right! Because the main weapons in his arsenal are guns!

*Ann's eyes lit up*

Ann: He's got Pistols, Shotguns, Assult Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Machine Guns, Sub-Machine Guns, Grenade Launchers, Rocket Launchers, and RPGs with adamantium-tipped, armor-piercing bullets! He's also got explosive bullets that stick to his target's skin and blow up with enough force to knock the Hulk through a large wall! He can easily use his gun to wipe out entire groups of men, even ninjas!

Kokonoe: But that's not all. Thanks to his intellectual mind, Punisher has managed to remake the tech of both superheroes and supervillains alike. This included Spider-Man's Web-Shooters.

Junko: Well it does make sense. He was originally a Spider-Man villain after all.

Kokonoe: The Web Shooter is connected o his wrist and while he doesn't use it to swing around, he does use it to bind foes in place or at least distract them. It can be activated by a double tap from the middle two fingers and its tensile strength is estimated to be 120 pounds per square millimeter of cross-section, meaning one should apply over half a ton of force to break even a centimeter of it.

Junko: The shooter is protected by a band of spring steel which requires a 65-pound pressure and the tensile strength is often comparable to steel. But that's not the only thing he rebuilt. He also made his own Goblin Glider and renamed it... the Punisher Glider!

Junko: This thing can support at least 400 pounds and can go up to 90 miles per hour, letting it reach speeds that can keep up with a web-swinging Spider-Man or a sprinting Anti-Venom. It even comes equipped with government-issue drone missiles.

Ann: Though he doesn't really need it considering his main source of transportation is his Battle Van.

Kokonoe: The Punisher has had many different versions of the Battle Van over the years. It possesses an AI that lets him call upon it via voice command. It holds a computer with capabilities such as intruder detection and suppression, USA road and city maps, audio listening device, and sonar ranging of outside objects. 

Junko: It also features a Minigun that fired 5.56 ammo and a grenade launcher as offensive weapons. 

Kokonoe: But his strongest weapon is the Satan Claw.

Kokonoe: Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, this gauntlet is capable of unleashing electric sparks. It can punch through the plating of a robot with no problem and the Punisher has even used one version to punch Rhino through a wall... the same guy who can take hits from the Hulk.

Junko: But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Franky over here isn't the perfect killing machine.

Junko: The guy's vest can only take so much damage, and Frank West is still only human. Granted he's an incredibly tough human who's super hard to kill... but he's human nonetheless.

Kokonoe: He's been killed by gunshots from the Black Dawn, a group which he estimated beforehand. He was nearly killed by Kingpin twice and was once taken down by being repeatedly tasered and beaten by a special unit.

Ann: Moral of the story is... The Punisher is extremely hard to kill.

Junko: Sometimes, there's just too many unforgivable pieces of scum roaming the streets every single night... you lock 'em in and they'll get back out in a matter of months if the world's feeling generous. They get back up... but when Frank Castle is around? You can be more than sure that he'll make them stay down. Permanently.

Punisher: They laugh at the law. The rich ones who buy it and twist it to their whims. The other ones, who have nothing to lose, who don't care about themselves, or other people. All the ones who think they're above the law, or outside it, or beyond it. They know all the law is good for is to keep good people in line. And they all laugh. They laugh at the law. But they don't laugh at me.
