Junko: In the metropolitan cesspool known as Daten City, the evils of man aren't the only thing threatening the lives of those who live there. This city, being so close to the barrier between heaven and hell, is besieged by evil ghosts, hellbent on wreaking their revenge on the world. Fortunately, Daten City has two guardian angels to protect them. Cast out of heaven for being too debaucherous and cruel, they must slay evil ghosts to collect heavenly currency in order to buy their way back into heaven. Wielding their namesakes as divine and holy weapons of judgment, they are Panty and her younger sister, Stocking Anarchy.

Kokonoe: Right, these sisters were complete opposites. While Panty was more of a pervert who enjoyed men, Stocking is more of a bisexual masochist who doesn't enjoy sex but rather enjoys sweets.

Ann: And who can blame her! Ice cream, chocolate cake, brownies, pudding, mochi, sugar candy! Oh, it's all too good!

Junko: Yeah, but enough about Stocking... or Ann's obsession with food... let's talk about how strong Stocking is instead!

Junko: She can cut through just about anything! Whether that be a speeding truck strong enough to send thousands of police cars flying, several city-sized demons, or some disgusting fat lady that forced her to get fat over sweets.

Ann: Actually, Panty did that one. But that is the evilest of demons. 

Junko: But it's not as impressive as the time she threw her horny ass dog so hard it demolished a cow skull! Or that one time when her sister was fuckin' some nerd and Stocking threw their bed up literally into the sky!

Kokonoe: Right... she's been buried under a ton of metal coins and survived a plane crash unharmed. She's even been electrocuted and attacked by a bunch of tentacles but only seemed to enjoy it. 

Ann: There's also that time when she survived the moon literally sneezing her back to Earth...

Junko: Okay, what the hell is with these creepy-ass moons with faces?! Anyway, she's pretty fast too. She did jump ropes so fast it caused a twister that destroyed the area around her! And she cut her sister 666 times in a matter of seconds!

Kokonoe: That's not even her top speed either. At least not compared to the time she ran around the world so fast she ended up running in space.

Ann: Her weapons of choice are her two katanas, Stripes I & II!

Ann: These two blades come from Stocking's... well... socks. She can take them off and turn them into any bladed weapons, but mostly prefers her swords. They're sharp enough to cut through steel, stone, toilets, and even building-sized ghost. She can combine them for a spinning attack and even create shockwaves with a single swing!

Kokonoe: They can even withstand a bullet from Panty's gun, which can blow a hole through the giant reborn Corset and the sky behind him. 

Junko: She also has her sweet ride, See Through!

Kokonoe: This pink Jeep drives her and Panty all across the city. It's strong enough to go through buildings and is not only fast enough to drive up buildings, but can keep up with a train going several times the speed of sound.

Ann: And she has Honekoneko.

Ann: The stuffed plushie she always keeps with her. It can match her reactions and size. But it can also, apparently, breathe fire.

Junko: That's not all. Stocking seems to have some sort of Angel Luck going for her.

Junko: This let her walk around in an active warzone without getting shot and let her win every game in a casino, including a rigged game of Roulette.

Kokonoe: Stocking can also briefly turn invisible, heal any injury, and if she wanted to... she can turn to her Angel Mode.

Kokonoe: In this transformation, Stocking becomes several times more powerful. She gains wings that let her fly and even gains access to her Super Weapon, which is a massive, two-handed Great Sword capable of destroying most of Daten City with just the backlash of its attacks.

Junko: But even Stocking isn't your perfect little princess... well... if you wanna think she is.

Ann: Yeah, her swords are holy weapons, so they can't hurt normal humans... only beings spiritual in nature. 

Kokonoe: Her socks also need to be clean before battle otherwise they'll be unsharpened and break. Also, she gets angry pretty easily.

Ann: But the biggest thing to consider about her is that she was never an Angel at all! She was actually-

Junko: A bisexual racist?

Ann: Um... I was gonna say a Demon but... that works too.

Kokonoe: Still, take away her vulgar attitude and um... fetishes... you got someone who makes sure to get the job done.

Stocking: Not that we don't support your little dreams and all, but I really need some chocolate, so we're going to go ahead and kill you now.
