Medaka was sitting in a chair in the middle of a dojo. Said Dojo was in a forest surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Medaka had her eyes closed as she started to relax. She only opened her eyes once Giorno stepped in.

Medaka: So, you're my next opponent. And here I thought I could have a day off.

Giorno: Sorry, it looks like either of us can truly get what we want.

Medaka: Hmph, that's fine. 

She stood from her seat with a smile.

Medaka: If you truly believe you could take me on then so be it! I will accept all challengers!

Giorno: Then I shall take you on! For I have a dream that I know is just!

Medaka dashed at him, but before she could do anything-

Giorno: MUDA!

She blocked a direct punch from his invisible stand and was knocked back.

Giorno: Hm? "She reacted to a punch from Golden Experience. Could she be a Stand user?"

Medaka looked up, then looked around.

Medaka: "What was that? An invisible opponent?"

Giorno saw the look in her eyes.

Giorno: "No... she must be running off instinct" MUDA!!!

The stand went for another punch and she blocked it.

Golden Experience Went for several consecutive punches and Medaka blocked them all before going for a punch of her own. Golden Experience took it before going for a downward punch and Medaka quickly jumped back and dodged it. She dropped several superballs that immediately blew up. They had no effect as plants came from the small crack behind her and tried to grab her. Medaka jumped to the side to dodge it before dashing at Giorno. A tree suddenly appeared in front of him and she punched that instead, causing her to feel the full impact of the blow.

Medaka: Ugh! What?

Giorno: My advice to you is that you just give up. You have no chance of beating me.

Medaka: ... Is that so? Then let's test that theory!

Medaka punched the tree again. This time, the wall beside Giorno suddenly crumbled.

Giorno: Nani?!

Medaka: Heh, just as I thought!

She punched the tree again and this time it was Giorno who felt the full force of the impact. He coughed up blood as he was surprised and Medaka flipped back her hair as Golden Experience was right above her. It went for a punch and she quickly blocked it.

Medaka: I may not be able to see you...

She pushed it back.

Medaka: But I still know where you're at!

She punched the air, creating a gush of wind that knocked it away. 

Medaka: Now stand still!

She dashed at Giorno, who tried to dodge it but couldn't.

Giorno: I can't move!

His Stand quickly moved between them as she went for a punch. The Stand blocked it and was knocked into Giorno, sending them both flying out the Dojo. Giorno was knocked into a tree as Medaka stepped out.

Medaka: We both have two options here. We can give up or die here.

Golden Experience suddenly punched the ground and the grass around her grew and wrapped around Medaka, holding her down. 

Giorno: You say we have two options... however, you only have one.

His Stand punched the tree behind him and it went to collapse onto Medaka. Her hair turned pink as she went into War God Mode and ripped the grass from the ground. She then lifted her arms and caught the tree before swinging it at Giorno. He summoned his Stand and punched it, destroying the tree in one hit. She dropped the piece she was holding and stomped the ground, unleashing a burst of ice at him. Giorno's Stand punched the ice and completely shattered it. As soon as it did, she sent a giant fireball at him and the Stand blocked it. Medaka then dashed at it and they both swung their fist before clashing. They went for multiple highspeed punches.

Giorno: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!

She used a thousand skills in seconds, knocking the Stand away. She went for another punch, but the Stand recovered quickly and punched Medaka in the gut hard, using its powers on her. She opened her eyes and saw that everything was in slow motion. She quickly stood up and jumped back.

Medaka: What? Did time slow down? ... No... so far his abilities have been to manipulate life. So if he touches something that's already alive, you're giving it more life. In other words...

Medaka looked to see herself standing there dumbfounded.

Medaka: That's what I thought. 

She closed her eyes and focused as her senses quickly came back and her consciousness came back to her body. Her instincts kicked in immediately as she dodged a heavy punch from Golden Experience and jumped back.

Giorno: Geh!

Medaka: Sorry, little things like that won't work on me. 

Suddenly, Giorno felt great pain in his body. He looked down to see both his hands had fallen off.

Giorno: What...? But when...?

Teeth marks then appeared on his neck and his throat came off. On top of that, his chest had several huge holes and slash marks on them. He fell to the ground barely screaming in pain.

Giorno: NNNNNNNNNNNNNGH!

Medaka: Oh, did I forget to mention? One of my skills allows me to reopen any wound you may have. And from the looks of it... you have a lot.

An arrow fell out of his shirt and he tried to crawl to it. Medaka noticed and her nails grew in size.

Medaka: It's over.

She dashed at him and went to stab him with her nails, but Golden Experience hit her with a headbutt and knocked her back. Giorno then grabbed the arrow with his teeth and stabbed himself with it in the leg. Suddenly, all the damage done to him immediately healed and his hands came back together. Medaka watched as everything reversed, Giorno stood up, and Golden Experience evolved into GER.

Medaka: What? ... Hmph.

Medaka's hair turned black as she quickly went into her Alter God Mode.

Medaka: I may not know what happened, but I have a feeling it's time I stopped holding back.

She dashed at Giorno and summoned a screw to try and stab her with. GER went for a punch and she jumped back, but suddenly her body moved in reverse and she ended up getting punched anyway and sent flying back. She quickly got up as GER dashed at her for another punch. She tilted her head to dodge it, but her head tilted back where it was immediately after, and she got punched to the ground.

Medaka: What the?! It's like my actions... are being reversed...

Giorno: That's the power of Requiem... All things shall return to zero...

Medaka: Is that so?

Medaka suddenly ripped her shirt off before holding her arms out and going into her Forsaken God Mode.

Medaka: In that case, give me everything you've got!

Medaka got back in base form and caught the Stand's fist.

Medaka: So you finally noticed? I decided to take a page out of your book. But I didn't return anything to zero... instead, I took the "action of summoning requiem" and turned it to nothing.

Medaka took a long screw and stabbed Golden Experience in the chest with it. Golden Experience was unphased as it went to punch her face, but she got into her Alter God Modern an instant and the punch did nothing to her.

Medaka: Sorry, but you're too weak to stop me now.

Giorno: Geh!

Giorno quickly looked around for the Stand Arrow.

Medaka: Don't bother.

But she was already in front of her.

Medaka: I already went ahead and turned that to nothing too. Now nothing is stopping me... from facing the real you!

Neptune: Wait what?! There's no way that's it!

Kokonoe: It's no surprise really. Medaka had all the means to counter everything in Giorno's arsenal.

Junko: When it comes to physical capabilities, Golden Experience was faster, but Medaka was much stronger and more durable. While yes, that stand scales to guys that can destroy meteors, Medaka destroyed the freaking moon! And while Giorno is incredibly smart, Medaka herself is so smart it can translate to stupidity.

Ann: Yes, the living creatures Giorno creates can indeed reverse any attack. But Medaka has that same ability. Difference is, she can actually choose where the reversed damage goes. Even if it's to her opponent themselves.

Kokonoe: And while he can attempt to screw with her senses using Life Shot, Medaka has already faced similar abilities and came out on top thanks to her Weighted Worlds skill.

Junko: And while it is true Medaka can't see Golden Experience, the stand itself is mostly a close-ranged fighter... so as long as Medaka has her instincts on, she can easily dodge its attacks without thinking and discover its whereabouts from there.

Ann: That's not all. Misogi already used All Fiction on concepts like color and even his own death... meaning nothing is stopping Medaka from turning a Stands invisibility into nothing so that she could see it.

Junko: Speaking of All Fiction, let's talk about which is stronger! GER's Return to Zero or Medaka's All Fiction!

Kokonoe: Well, GER is an incredibly powerful stand. Its powers are capable of countering almost all of Medaka's abilities and skills. However, it does have a few weaknesses.

Junko: Yeah, reality-warping basically screws GER  over hard as it nullifies its abilities.

Neptune: Oh yeah, there are some spoilers here so be warned.

Junko: This was shown when GER clashed with Dio Over Heaven and wasn't able to use its powers. If you must know, DIO's Stand at this time can rewrite reality. Also, when someone decided to reset the entire universe, GER didn't automatically activate, showing it won't automatically reverse events if it doesn't see Giorno as being in any type of danger. Due to how Medaka's abilities work, there's no denying it can pull a 180 on our good ol' reverser.

Ann: And as for the speed advantage, Medaka could always bring that down with BookMaker, which is nearly impossible to remove.

Kokonoe: Ajimu had every skill Medaka has and more but even she couldn't remove it. So it's safe to assume it can't be removed with reality-warping alone.

Ann: Giorno was pretty tough and had some bizarre skills to get through, but Medaka had the power to get the job one.

Kokonoe: The winner is Medaka.
