Junko: You know, the life of Madoka Kaname used to be a normal one. Just a normal girl living a normal life with her normal family and walking to school with her normal friends. Then one day, she sees the new emo chick try and kill a cat, so she saved the cat and ran with it. Only to learn that this cat can fucking talk!

Kokonoe: This cat is Kyubey, the messenger of magic who's job is to turn girls into magical girls. All they need to do is make... one... wish.

Neptune: And Madoka made hers in order to become a super cute magical girl!

Kokonoe: As a Magical Girl, Madoka has a healing factor that lets her regenerate from virtually any physical harm. She can telepathically communicate with other magical girls, make regular weapons stronger than they should be, control weapons telekinetically, create portals to other dimensions, and even turn off her sense of pain. Madoka literally becomes more powerful the more damage she takes.

Junko: She's also resistant to mind manipulation and status effects like poison, stun, confusion, bind, and slow.

Ann: Her main weapon is the Rose Branch Bow!

Ann: A staff that can turn into a bow modeled after a rose branch. It can increase in size for melee attacks and fire off many types of arrows.

Neptune: Like the Spread Arrows which splits into multiple near the enemy, the Twinkle Arrow which is an extra-powerful single arrow, and the Starlight Arrow which fires off a group of arrows in one direction!

Ann: Her Ultimate Attack though is her Magical Squall, where she fires off enough arrows to cover a whole city! These arrows can travel through time and make copies of herself!

Ann: Well... remember that thing we said about a cat and a wish? Turns out that cat is actually evil and is turning Magical Girls into Witches whenever the Magical Girl feels dispair. That Emo girl was also a time traveler who was trying to stop Medaka from becoming a magical girl and eventually a Witch. Little did the time-traveling yandere know the more she did that the stronger Medaka becomes through each time-loop. So finally, in the last timeline, Medaka wished for the power to get rid of all Witches in the past, present, and future. As a result, she pretty much became a God... 

Kokonoe: She becomes... Ultimate Medaka...

Kokonoe: She's become a conceptual being... taking the despair from all Magical Girls.

Junko: Oh... so she's basically the embodiment of hope. Ugh... Neptune, you can take my place. I'm gonna go before I get bored to death.

Ann: Oh come on. She's incredibly powerful, can change the laws of cause and effect, and can even erase beings from existence that don't exist in the first place!

Neptune: She can destroy entire timelines and her skirt is the literal universe! And she's even immune to power absorption. If someone attempts it, she'll end up possessing them instead.

Kokonoe: She also gains the weapons and abilities of all the other Magical Girls. Allowing her to control the elements of water, earth, fire, air, magnetism, illusions, and electricity.

Ann: She has plenty of weapons, like guns, polearms, explosives, whips, spears, and swords! She also gets an upgraded Holy Bow!

Ann: A much more powerful bow capable of dealing a lot more damage! With this she can perform Shooting Star, which is an amped up version of Magical Squall that fires an infinite amount of arrows at once!

Neptune: She has the Ribbons from Mami Tomoe!

Neptune: This ribbon is nigh-unbreakable and seals the abilities of those trapped inside.

Ann: She's also got Homura's Time Stop.

Ann: Letting her pause time fr an indefinite amount of time. She can also slow it down or speed it up.

Kokonoe: If he wanted to, she could summon allies to aid her in battle. Like Mami, Kyoko, Homura, or Sayaka.

Neptune: She can banish her enemies soul to heaven or hell, control or change one's fate, fire an omnidirectional blast that destroys matter, turn dreams into reality, nullify the enemies powers, cause enemies to spontaneously combust, copy her opponent's abilities, manipulate memories, and so much more!

Kokonoe: It should be noted that even though Madoka can supposedly not destroy concepts directly, the laws she creates ARE capable of such. She created the concept of destroying witches, which had the same effect as destroying the concept of witches. And despite not having many physical feats, her strength and durability should scale to other magical girls.

Ann: And finally, she has access to the Law of Cycles!

Kokonoe: Perhaps her greatest ability. She created it to destroy thevery concept of witches and essentially made it heaven for Magical Girls. It's a realm completely disconnected from the multiverse.

Ann: Wow... with all this power, it's no wonder she's known as Godoka by fans.

Kokonoe: However, don't mistake her for being an all powerful being. She's not Omnipotent.

Kokonoe: Despite having reality warping powers,there are still things that are out of her control. Her kindness can also cause her to let her gaurd down at times. It's also possibly for stronger reality warpers to rewrite her or erase her entirely.

Junko: Sucks for someone who lacks a whole lot of physical feats.

Ann: Yeah, but as long as the gap's not too big, she could always undo what's been done. Rewriting the multiverse as she sees fit. And now that she's a concept that that exists in all timelines, across all universes... she can't be killed through traditional means... meaning it's gonna take a whole lot to get rid of this Magical Girl Goddess.

Madoka: If someone tells me that it's wrong to hope, I'll tell them that they're wrong every time.
