Both are the biological fathers of the protagonist of their respective media (Naruto Uzumaki and Kiana Kaslana respectively) and connected to ninja-related stuff (Minato coming from a world where ninjas are the norm, whereas Siegfried's a fan of "Arahato", a ninja mech show from his childhood that inspired him to run away from home and travel the world while acting as a wannabe ninja)

Both rescued their future wives after they had a skirmish with an opposing entity (Kushina Uzumaki being kidnapped by ninjas from Kumogakure, who were killed by Minato when he was sent to rescue her, with Cecilia Schariac fighting Welt Yang, who only wanted to investigate the vehicle she was in, causing her to end up unconscious and land near Siegfried)

Both became one of the most powerful warriors of their generation, capable of holding their own against other top tier warriors and powerful monsters, all thanks to their superhuman skills and a special weapon they had access to (Minato becoming Konohagakure's 4th Hokage after his accomplishments in the 3rd Great Ninja War and capable of holding off Kurama thanks to his incredible mastery over Chakra and the Flying Thunder God Kunai. Siegfried becoming an Schicksal Knight equal in power to S-Rank Valkyries and capable of contending with Herrschers thanks to his Kaslana heritage and the 7th God Key: Judgement of Shamash)

Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to spend a lot of time with their family because of a disaster that claimed their wives' live and their connection with their children (Kurama's escape the day Naruto was born which claimed Minato's and Kushina's lives. The Second Eruption, an event where Cecilia sacrificed her life to stop Sirin and where Otto Apocalypse, Schicksal's Overseer, would try and succeed in kidnapping Kiana)

Both also gained access to a form that enhances their superhuman abilities even further (Kurama Mode and ICHOR Expressed respectively)

Both continued to watch over their children even after their separation (Minato implanting a bit of his Chakra in the seal that contained Kurama and Siegfried watching K-423 from afar)
