Naruto vs Star Wars

Connection:

Both are masked villains with several lost limbs which they can replace and were once heroes prior to turning to evil

Both were orphaned at a young age

Both fought alongside their best friends (Obi-Wan Kenobi and Kakashi Hatake) during devastating wars (The Clone Wars and Third Shinobi War respectively)

Both have dreamed for peace (Obito wanted to become a Hokage to bring peace to the world and Anakin will bring balance to the Force as he is the Chosen One)

Both lost the women they loved (Padma Amidala for Anakin and Rin Nohara for Obito) which caused them to turn to the dark side and manipulated by one of their series' antagonists (Emperor Palpatine and Madara Uchiha respectively)

Both wore masks and and dawned a new identity (Anakin Skywalker fully embraces his Sith name Darth Vader while Obito becomes Tobi and on several occasions claims to be Madara himself)

Both are part of a villainous organization (The Galactic Empire and Akatsuki) which resulted in another war (Galactic Civil War and Fourth Shinobi War)

Both are ultimately redeemed by series' main heroes (Luke Skywalker and Naruto Uzumaki) who're the light counterparts to them (Luke is Padme and Vader's son who will also bring balance to the Force after Anakin turned to the Sith, whereas Naruto also dreamed of becoming Hokage like Obito)

Both have sacrificed their lives to help defeat the greater evil (Vader helped Luke who cried for his father and tossed Palpatine into the shaft while being struck by Sith Lightning, despite the fact his suit is vulnerable to electricity, whereas Obito took an All-Killing Ash Bones meant for Naruto while using Kamui to destroy one aimed for Kakashi), atoning for their sins and entrusting the future of to them while also giving them something (Luke used his father Anakin's blue lightsaber, while Obito gave Kakashi his Sharingan which allowed him to activate his Dual Mangekyo Sharingan and Perfect Susanoo)
