Both possess facial hair and has multiple children with a son who hates them and is a protagonist in their respective worlds.

Both not only abuse their spouses, but also their children (Endeavor forcing Shoto to train and be a tool to surpass All Might and Judge locking Sanji up for not being strong and not having superpowers)

Both also possess enormous power over an element (Fire of Endeavor and Lightning for Judge).

Both started off antagonistic, but are eventually reasoned by their sons (Shoto Todoroki and Vinsmoke Sanji respectively) to be a better parent and an ally.
