Moro VS Tirek: Consuming All
(Wiz and Boomstick - Official Death Battle Theme Song)
https://youtu.be/mDBJXniDI9c
Adam: Moro, Dragon Ball's Consumer of Worlds.
Shadow: And Tirek, My Little Pony's magic-stealing centaur.
Adam: Everyone desires nothing more than absolute power, but use it too much and it can consume you. But today, these horned magic using villains proved they can consume power instead.
Popup: The Super anime and manga will be given to Moro, though the latter takes more notice since that's where Moro made his debut. Similarly, while G1 Tirac was the first to appear, we'll be focusing more on G4's Lord Tirek and the MLP comics as secondary canon.
Randy: He's Adam, that's Shadow and I'm Randy.
Adam: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win..... a DEATH BATTLE.
Moro consumes DEATH BATTLE
(Cha-La Head-Cha-La - Hironobu Kageyama)
https://youtu.be/pYnLO7MVKno
Adam: 10 million years ago, the Iragi Star System was eradicated, taking away countless lives and roughly 320 planets. The culprit behind this was the evil wizard Moro, who was so powerful that not even the Grand Supreme Kai nor the South Supreme Kai could muster enough strength to beat him. After a lengthy battle, the Grand Supreme Kai sacrificed his godly powers to put a seal on Goat Galactus' magical powers, allowing for the Galactic Patrol to arrest him. Sentenced to death, Moro was doomed to death.
Shadow: However, due to his immense power he had without his magic, nobody in the Galactic Patrol was strong enough to kill Moro. So instead they opted to let Moro wither away as the last of the magic in his body slowly drained his life force away.
Randy: A plan that failed because of one unfortunate coincidence. See, around the time that Goku killed Kid Buu, the Supreme Kai's seal broke on Moro, because Buu's death also killed the Supreme Kai he absorbed, allowing him to slowly gain some of that magic back into his system.
Adam: With an ounce of his magical power left, Moro was able to escape prison before his lifespan ended. After gaining his magical power back through the dragon of New Namek and going on another planet eating spree with the escaped convicts of the Galactic Patrol, he became a bigger threat then he was in the past.

Randy: Like all Dragon Ball characters, Moro can utilize life energy or Ki into attacks like huge energy beams, giant energy balls or even create shields. However, being a wizard, Moro has magic that grants him a wider variety of of powers, such as his telekinesis to raise rocks or lava, able to create illusions or even read minds just to name a few.
Adam: But his most iconic and deadliest ability ability is absorption. Moro can steal other people's ki and even their souls to empower himself, causing him to grow younger as he does. He can even eat people as well! Gross. Hell, after devouring Seven-Three, Moro is now capable of copying other abilities of those he absorbs like Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon and even Vegeta's Forced Spirit Fission, which can force ki out of someone, revive the dead and even undo fusions from either Fusion Dance or the Potara Earrings.
Shadow: He can regenerate limbs after devouring Seven-Three and after absorbing Merus, Moro gains his own Ultra Instinct form, which allows the user to dodge attacks automatically without thinking as the body will move on its own. And if he's absorbed too much he can become one with the planet itself.
Feats
Defeated Goku, Vegeta, Merus, Androids 17 & 18, Gohan, Piccolo, and more
Brought extinction to 320 planets and eradicated a star system
Couldn't be killed by the Galactic Patrol even after losing all of his magic
His ki feels like people screaming out in pain and agony
More powerful than training can overcome
Broke out of the Galactic Prison
Killed the Planet Namek Savior
Released hundreds of convicts from this same prison
Matched and overwhelmed Ultra Instinct Goku
Threatened to blow up the galaxy upon his self-destruction
Piccolo claims that fusions are render useless due to Moro absorbing Vegeta's Forced Spirit Fission
Stated by Vegeta to be comparable to the likes of Zamasu, Frieza, Jiren, Broly and even Gas
Shadow: Moro is truly one of Dragon Ball's most ruthless villains. He's brought extinction to 320 planets and eradicated the Iragi star system, shook the planet Namek with his power, and able to match and even overwhelm Goku in his Ultra Instinct form. You know, the very technique even the most powerful Gods of Destruction have not been able to achieve so easily? He's overpowered most of the Z-Fighters and even Merus, who's an Angel in training, and copied their abilities which included Ultra Instinct.
Randy: And Goku's defeated numerous foes at this point. Like overpowering Hit's Time Skip and defeated Jiren, who not only shook the World of Void just by powering up, but is also considered the first mortal to be even powerful than his Universe's God of Destruction. Yet Moro manhandled the Saiyan with ease.
Adam: God Goku's clash with the God of Destruction Beerus nearly the entirety of Universe 7. We've established that Universe 7 is 1,505.05 times larger than the observable universe, seems reasonable enough to use right? Well there's a catch; Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue are harder to pinpoint their exact numbers since they do not have official multipliers. Fortunately it's been roughly translated that Blue is comparable to the original Super Saiyan, which increased one's base form by 50. For safe measures, we're adding a 20 times boost for Ultra Instinct.
Shadow: And we can compare Moro's power and speed to the likes of Gogeta and Broly. Believe or not, this can actually make sense since Moro had absorbed Vegeta's Forced Spirit Fission which Piccolo stated would render fusions useless and Vegeta claims Moro is on par with the likes of Zamasu, Broly, Frieza and even Gas.
Popup: Broly's fight with Gogeta has shattered reality multiple times and Infinite Zamasu, upon merging with the universe itself, was capable of affecting infinite timelines which implies immeasurable speeds. Black Frieza also one-shot Gas, who was wished via the Dragon Balls to be the strongest fighter in Universe 7 and resisted existence erasure via Hakai.
Randy: With that out of the way, here's the numbers laid out for us to calculate;
Calculations
1,505.05 (Size of Universe 7) x 50 (Super Saiyan Blue Goku) x 20 (Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken x 20 Goku) x 2 (Gogeta) x 50 (Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta) x 20 (Ultra Instinct Goku) = 3,010,100,000
Adam: This means Moro is capable of destroying 3.01 million universes.
Weaknesses
Moro must continue to absorb the life force from planets in order to stay alive, and should his energy gets forcibly taken he will revert to his old age
Needs to make physical contact with his targets to steal their abilities, and after having his three orbs broken and sealed by Merus, he's unable to steal any further abilities
Moro's body can't contain the power of an Angel due to a lack of proper training, so he needed to turn the Earth into his body in order to keep the upper hand in his fight with Goku
Despite fusing with Earth, the power of an Angel is still too much for him to contain, and will drive him insane and eventually explode, wiping out the entire galaxy
Broke his hand upon hitting Goku's chest
Had his energy taken by Vegeta's Forced Spirit Fission
Ultimately defeated by Goku
Adam: Despite his unbelievable strength, however, Moro is far from perfect. He must continue to absorb energy from other planets in order to stay alive or else he'll revert back to his old age. Even then, his absorption has limits which led to his body breaking down as his body is unable to handle Meru's Angel powers and he has actually make physical contact for his absorption to work.
Randy: Likewise, his own energy can be taken from him like when Vegeta used Forced Spirit Fission on him. And should his three orbs be broken, Moro will no longer be able to steal abilities. Not to mention he's a bit cocky, but then again, finding a Dragon Ball villain without a superiority complex is hard nowadays.
Shadow: Still, with his godly power and deadly magic to boot, Moro will stop at nothing to make sure he's devoured all life in the universe.
Moro: Silence! How dare you presume to lecture me! You think yourself a God? Know this, I do not fear divine power! I am Moro, Consumer of worlds! The God's creations are mine to devour!! I AM THIS GALAXY'S SUPREME LIFE-FORM!!
Tirek steals the magic of DEATH BATTLE
( Lord Tirek Theme - Lord Vader)
https://youtu.be/SOUyUT1vFAM
Shadow: Centuries ago, two brothers from a distant land visited the world of Equestria to steal the land's magic. As they set out with their plan in mind, the younger of the two brothers, Scorpan, came to appreciate the land for its resident ponies and even befriended a young wizard.
Randy: Unfortunately for him, his older brother Tirek was deadset on stealing the magic for himself. So playing the ultimate younger sibling card, the young prince told on his brother to the high authorities of the land. The young prince was able to walk free, but the older brother was banished to the pits of Tartarus for all of eternity.
Adam: A rather harsh punishment for a young Tirek, but the banishment was ultimately the right move.
Randy: Even if Cerberus itself was breathing down his neck if he so as much took a step outside of his cage. However, due to complicated circumstances which involves time travel from Twilight Sparkle in the future, crazy, the big dog escaped from Tartarus for a moment, leaving its prisoner unattended.
Randy: Tirek made his escape and eventually went on a magic binge that left the fate of Equestria in the balance.

Lord Tirek
Adam: Tirek is a cunning centaur, using tricks and manipulation to con his way into his victim's trust and then proceed to backstab them later, as he has little experience in direct combat. But if push comes to shove, Tirek can use telekinesis to bind his enemies down or ragdoll them into mountains. And that's where his biggest ability comes into play: magic absorption. He's capable of stealing magic from multiple ponies and alicorns at once. Theoretically, this means he can use their abilities as well.
Shadow: And the more he steals, the bigger and stronger Tirek gets. He can generate forcefields, create portals, fire powerful energy beams from his horns and fly at high speeds despite his size. Then there's Grogar's Bewitching Bell, which can siphon magic like Tirek does.
Randy: Well that seems kind of redundant when he can just absorb magic himself.
Shadow: Actually, it's because Tirek can't absorb magic from those stronger than him like with Chrysalis and Discord. In fact it's the same thing that he, Cozy Glow and Chrysalis used on Discord, who was disguised as Grogar, and stole his magic to restore and empower theirs.
Feats
Tackled Twilight through a mountain unharmed
Lifted and threw a huge slab of rock whilst pinned under it
Created massive earthquakes and stone pillars by smashing the ground
Caught and pushed away a beam from an alicorn-amped and bloodlusted Twilight
Hurled Twilight into a mountain hard enough to cause a visible blast upon impact
Fought evenly with Twilight, who is capable of reacting to sunbeams
Almost no-sold two consecutive blasts from Twilight
Emerged mostly unscathed from a mostly shielded blast from Twilight
Completely stalemated Twilight in their epic battle, who beforehand temporarily absorbed all of the other alicorns' magic
Blasted the Golden Oak Library to oblivion
Manipulated Discord to convince him to join his side, and later betrayed and defeated him
Defeated Twilight by convincing her to relieve her magic
Alongside Queen Chrysalis and Cozy Glow, obtained Grogar's Bewitching Bell
Fooled Grogar into thinking he and his teammates failed to retrieve his Bell whilst hiding it from him and remaining allies
Infiltrated Canterlot to find information about the Bewitching Bell, entered the forbidden section of the Canterlot Archives and found a book all about before Grogar returned to his lair
Successfully betrayed Grogar by using the Bewitching Bell to drain his magic, exposing him as Discord
Defeated the Pillars of Old Equestria
Came close to conquering Equestria with his comrades by his side
Nearly killed the Mane Six
Randy: Tirek has proved why he's one of the most cunning and strongest villains the Mane Six had gone up against. He has absorbed magic from nearly everyone in Ponyville, defeated the Pillars of Equestria as well as the Mane Six and manipulated Discord into lapsing back into his villainous path and then proceeded to backstab him and steal his magic as well. And he was capable of surviving the Rainbow of Light which can annihilate Windigos, which are spiritual beings.
Popup: Tirek's telekinesis was capable of restraining Discord, who is very confident on fighting the 3 Alicorn Princesses at the same time, even before absorbing his magic and then some.
Adam: As Lord Tirek, the centaur has matched and stalemated Twilight Sparkle who, at the time, had the magics of Celestia, Luna and Cadance. Celestia and Luna possessed "infinite power for destruction", with Luna once creating a giant dream bubble that connected every resident of Ponyville together with a lesser shared dream had Luna merge the infinite hallways of Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. Heck, Celestia can casually move stars around Earth in her sister's absence.
Randy: Meaning Tirek is comparable to other MLP villains in the series. Like with an alternate version of the Pony of Shadows, who threatened the entire MLP multiverse which is infinite in scope and size. But now we need to address the red centaur in the room: Whether or not Tirek can use Discord's abilities.
Shadow: While Tirek stealing his magic seems like a very solid argument, there's several issues with that. It's more likely that Tirek gained Discord's raw power of magic rather than his abilities. Backing this up is the fact that Chaos Magic is really unpredictable and random and no one else other than Discord, and Pinkie Pie for that matter, can handle it. Sure Trixie Lulamoon did interact with it in the Gameloft game, but nowhere near Pinkie's caliber.
Adam: But that still means Tirek is as or more powerful than Discord when it came to power and and he's superior to the 3 Alicorn Princesses, thus Tirek is above them as well. Oh, and Pinkie Pie? Well with Discord's magic, she threatened to turn the cosmos into frosting. How much kinetic energy is that worth you may ask? Oh nothing, just over 4 duovigintillion times over!
Randy: That 4 followed by 69 zeroes bitches!
Weaknesses
He can only steal magic from living beings
Seems to have trouble absorbing magic from stronger opponents
Was unable to absorb Chrysalis's magic until she willingly gave it to him, waited until he was in his fourth state before trying to drain Discord of his magic, and made no attempt to drain Grogar of his magic
Rather arrogant and short tempered
Turned to stone alongside Cozy Glow and Chrysalis
Randy: But of course, even Tirek's might is no match for the power of friendship. Tirek is usually reliant on manipulating and tricking others rather than face them in direct combat and is out of options if they fail. His cockiness doesn't help either and he can only absorb magic from living beings.
Shadow: And without the Bewitching Bell, Tirek has trouble stealing magic from those stronger than him. Take the time Tirek was unable to steal Chrysalis' magic unless she gave him permission or the time Tirek could only take Discord's magic AFTER he achieved his fourth form. He was defeated by the Mane Six in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2 of Season 4's finale and defeated again in Season 9's The Ending of the End, being turned to stone with Cozy Glow and Chrysalis, though the latter eventually escaped.
Adam: But if Chrysalis can escape, who's to say Tirek couldn't either? It's only a mater of time before he's free and will stop any nothing to reclaim his lost powers once again.
Tirek: Getting rid of your magic so that I cannot take it from you? That was your plan? How does it feel, knowing that soon, every Pegasus, Unicorn, and Earth Pony will bow to my will, and that there is nothing you can do to stop it?
(^)(^)(^)(^)(^)(^)
Adam: All right, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Adam, Shadow and Vanessa: It's time..... For a DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Everfree Forest
(The Dark Lords - Brandon Yates)
https://youtu.be/3k5HmQTHmTo
The quiet forests of Equestria were always brimming with life. Friendly little bunnies, beautifully singing birds, rambunctious skunks that thankfully didn't stink up the environment, and much, much more inhabited these lush and green canopies this world had to offer. Albeit on a day like today, everything seemed to be just a little more grayer than usual. The birds refused to sing, the bunnies were revolted by any social interactions, and the skunks? Well you can guess what they were doing.
A lone figure trudged through the forest on a trail. The town in the distance behind him laid still with not a resident to be seen moving around. The sentient creatures of this planet were Ponies; creatures who specialized in magic or contained magic within them whether or not they could use it for combat or every day tasks. Oh, and they were quite literally horses that moved around on four legs.
But this lone figure? He was different from all the others. His physical appearance was that of a humanized goat, but unlike any other mammalian inhabitant, he was walking on two legs. The cloak he wore swayed in the breeze and with every step he took. He merely looked like an old man dressed in a peasants garb, but the evil smile imprinted on his face shown brightly as his eyes became set on the next town along his path.
The smiles faded as he stopped. He cocked his head and listened for something that caught his attention. He turned around to see a young filly running towards the old man, his little horn glowing with magical energy and eyes full of tear-filled determination as he glared galloped toward him.
Pony 1: Y-You hurt everyone! You hurt my parents!
The figure didn't smile, didn't frown, nor did he get angry. He slowly walked towards the trembling child and put a hand on his shoulder blade.
???: I commend your bravery.
A bright line shined through the forest and was followed by a very small earthquake. The old man slowly began to walk towards the village again and away from the small crater where the child once stood. He was now grayscale in color and laying in a heap, hardly breathing.
This ruthless man was Moro, the Planet Eater.
The distraction caused by that kid slowed Moro down enough for another likeminded individual to get to the village before he could. This one was more like the denizens of Equestria as he too was walking on all fours, but he also had a pair of arms and a torso, making him a centaur. He seemed to be far more feared by the village than anything else, so Moro opted to stand nearby and watch.
Pony 2: Everypony run! It's Lord Tirek!
Tirek bellowed out a laugh and began to absorb the magical power out of all the ponies that came into his view, slowly turning his form into a younger and redder looking version of himself. Those with their magic stolen immediately seemed weakened significantly and could only shamble away from the centaur's warpath. Having heard the screaming, but not knowing what exactly was happening, Moro smirked and moved into the village, killing anyone in his path by absorbing everything they had left. He too finally took on a slightly younger looking form and got closer to Tirek, eventually reaching out his hand to touch him and take his power for himself.
But the hindlegs of the centaur came up and kicked him in the face, sending him crashing into the wall of a Pony's home. Moro spat out a bit of paint and wood stuck in his mouth and stood up to face Tirek himself, who was laughing loudly at the attempt on his life.
Tirek: An embarrassing attempt done better two villages ago.
Moro smirked and walked towards the centaur, hands balled up into fists.
Tirek: Do you wish to fail again? Do you not know who I am?
Moro: No, but you don't know who I am either.
The Planet Eater floated off the ground and flew straight for Tirek, and the centaur readied a punch aimed right for Moro's head.
FIGHT!
Moro caught the punch in both of his fists and flew the centaur right off the ground and into the air, surprising him greatly as all four of his feet were no longer firmly planted on the ground. The Planet Eater swung his foe in a large circle, spinning fast enough to turn the two into a red and blue blur before letting go, causing Lord Tirek to be thrown into the ground hard enough to shake the planet for miles around. Dust immediately kicked up in the air, obscuring the red centaur from sight. Moro focused on the point of impact, but could hardly see through the thick clouds he stirred up. Suddenly he too was being thrust towards the ground at obscenely fast speeds due to Tirek's telekinesis.
The impact of Moro hitting the ground shook the Earth just as hard and kicked up the very same amount of dirt and dust. He got onto his hands and knees and looked up at Tirek, who was charging a blast of magic in-between his horns aimed right at the downed Planet Eater. Quickly, Moro fired an energy beam straight out of his mouth as Tirek fired his blast. The resulting explosion sent both parties crashing through the sides of the crater, letting both have a second to take in the force of the impact.
Tirek: Hahahaha! I haven't had fun like this in centuries!
Moro grinned, but not in the same way Tirek was. He leapt out of his hole at blinding speeds and clasped the centaur's neck in-between his hands, choking him and also draining the magic from his body. The red color of his skin began to grey out and fade into a dull tone as he desperately punched, kicked, and did ANYTHING he could to escape the death grip he was in. Moro's grin faded into a straight faced look of disappointment. The only real challenge on this miserable rock of a planet fell easily to his might. The planet's very own energy was next to be absorbed as he couldn't find anything of value here.
But then something changed. He felt his own grip get weaker and weaker. Growing concerned he noticed energy flowing away from his body and towards..... Tirek.
The centaur had grown red in color again and his horns had grown larger as well, in fact, he noticed his own arms had slowly began to wrinkle. He let go of his foe's neck and studied his body; he had become old again just as he was before! He looked up at Tirek and was rightfully socked in the face and then blasted out of the crater with a beam of magic from in between the centaur's horns as Tirek laughed.
Tirek: You're not the only one who absorb power you simpleton!
Using his telekinesis, Tirek caught Moro mid air and proceeded to slam him around the country side like he was a rag doll, but the only thing going through Moro's mind wasn't the pain, but the sheer anger at his own miscalculation. He yelled out in anger and shot out two blasts of energy that pinned Tirek to the ground and then capitalized on this by rocketing towards his foe as fast as he can. Quite literally taking the bull by the horns, Moro flung his body over Tirek's head and landed on his back, pulling back on his horns to get back as much of his power as he could. Eventually Tirek flung his head forward with enough force to break the Planet Eater's grip and throw him away. He quickly fired a beam at the flying goat man, but Moro was swallow the shot whole, making himself appear ever so slightly younger.
Moro: I'd say we're more evenly matched, centaur.
Before Tirek could even get a word out, Moro flew down towards the centaur at a blinding speed, pummeling him repeatedly through the woods and nearby unscathed-until-just-now villages, tearing up tree trunks, bushes, splitting rivers, and destroying the livelihood and hard work of the ponies that built their homes. Tirek thrust his arm through the onslaught and gripped Moro by the head and slammed him to the ground, causing a nearby geyser to erupt. Moro, seeing this, used his magic to direct the boiling hot water onto Tirek, making him put his guard up and scalding his skin in the process. The Planet Eater grabbed his foe by the horns once more and tossed him into a nearby town full of ponies who were just minding their business: Ponyville.
The resulting explosion from the impact ruffled Moro's beard and cloak from the wind pressure alone. He flew closer to the town and began to walk towards the point of impact, surveying his surroundings and not even grimacing at the bodies crushed under houses and the yelling that was going on around him. He moved closer and closer until a lone figure emerged from the smoke and fell at Moro's feet. It was a unicorn who was drained of her magic and was slow moving.
Pony 3: L-Lord Tirek..... he..... he took everything from me!
Moro gritted his teeth and scoffed, kicking the worthless creature aside as he continued on. He felt strength emanating from several meters in front of him, but due to the fires he had caused he couldn't make any figure out. Suddenly, a big, meaty red hand found itself gripping his beard and pulling him in close. It was Lord Tirek who had survived and used the denizens of the town to add onto his power, allowing him to go even further beyond his original power.
Tirek: Thanks for the meal, pal!
He lifted Moro up by the head and delivered a hefty gut punch to him, causing him to skip like a stone across the plains that laid before him. He tumbled and rolled until he came to a stop, taking a second to recollect himself. He reached for his back and pulled out a tracker from his army.
Moro: Seven-Three. I need Seven-Three....
Across the plains, Tirek was already charging towards the downed foe, unaware of just exactly what was entering the upper atmosphere of the planet. All Moro had to do was endure what was coming to him and wait for his army to show up. The inhabitants of this planet were too weak to get any real power from, but luckily he knew just exactly where to get the power he needed from, but for now he just needed to stall time. He used his magic to make the ground beneath the charging centaur erupt into a plume of flames, catching him in the gut and throwing him off balance long enough for Moro to fly up to him and knock him away into the forests.
The very trees themselves levitated out of the ground and were flung at Moro, who was able to dodge all of them and catch one with his own telekinesis and began to spin it at an increasingly fast pace. Tirek emerged from the forest as the javelin of a tree trunk flew right by his face, cutting it ever so slightly as it passed. He touched his cheek and looked at the small drop of blood that collected in his palm and growled fiercely, turning back to Moro. Moro attempted to use the plumes of flame from before but a bolt of magical energy intercepted the attempt and caught him in the head, blasting him towards the ground at an angle, leaving a trail of ripped up grass and dirt as the Planet Eater laid slumped in a heap.
Tirek picked him up with telekinesis and brought him closer, ready to drain him of his magical energy, but a crackling aura of lightning ignited around Moro, shocking Tirek enough to make him lose focus and drop him. Moro capitalized and rose with an uppercut the second his feet touched the ground, slamming the centaur's jaw shut with a fist and breaking a few teeth. Tirek put a hand over his mouth and fired an energy blast with the other, but Moro redirected it back at his foe and a small explosion occurred. Unscathed, the centaur slammed a hoof on the ground and uprooted the Earth, knocking Moro high up in the air.
He held him there mid air, suspended tightly with telekinesis and gloated.
Tirek: You're a gnat compared to my might! Though you hardly pose a physical threat, I have a special place for you once I take your magical power for my own!
Tirek's mouth opened and began to suck the magic out of Moro, who tried his hardest to break out of the hold, but ultimately had his attempts proven to be fruitless as he was fully reverted to his weakened state. Once the centaur was done, he brought Moro in close and opened a portal to Tartarus.
Tirek: Say hello to Cerberus for me, will you?
Tirek's laugh echoed around the landscape as Moro was cast to Tartarus and landed inside a massive cage guarded by an even bigger guard dog. Back on Equestria, Tirek laughed to the sky above, but with several ships entering the atmosphere and blocking out the sun, Tirek's grin grew even bigger as he had more power to steal.
But back in Tartarus, Moro sat in quiet solitude. The big, three-headed guard dog outside growled even if he made a slight movement in the middle of the cage. A plethora of emotions built up inside of Moro. Every thought about being sent to this version of hell made him feel shameful and humiliated, and every thought about the big, red, arrogant centaur only served to make him angrier and thirsty for revenge. Eventually the anger inside built up so high that he had no choice but to let it out in a scream towards the high heavens. The screaming got so powerful that it ripped open a hole in space-time, and luckily, lead right back to Equestria.
Lord Tirek had cornered the entire army in a makeshift trap made of the surrounding earth. At the very same moment he attempted to absorb their energy, a hole ripped open in the sky above him and out flew Moro, who landed a massive punch to the back of Tirek's head, knocking him straight to the ground. The Planet Eater landed standing, tearing up the ground as he slid along it until he gained traction.
Moro: All of the power I granted to you! Return it to me, NOW!
And with that, Moro instantly drained the power of his army, depowering them and then in turn powering him up drastically. Any signs of wrinkles, facial hair, or anything old age-related disappeared instantly. What stood in his place was a more muscular Moro who glared at Tirek with nothing but anger behind his eyes. Tirek smirked and rose to his feet and quickly fired three blasts of energy from his horns and his hands with all three landing their mark, but seemingly it had no effect. The Moro standing there merely disappeared while the real one dropped an elbow on top of Tirek's head, stunning him.
Using now greater telekinesis, Moro grabbed Tirek and shoved his face in the ground, dragging him roughly across the ground while laughing at his foe's predicament. Tirek, who was understandably confused about how Moro had gotten back so quickly from Tartarus AND how he pulled that little magic trick with the stunt double, struggled to find a way to get himself out of this. He thought to himself about any possible well of power not touched that he could absorb or any pony he hasn't targeted yet and could only think of one solution.
Aiming for the horizon, Tirek fired a massive laser beam that hit its mark miles away. Moro laughed at the pathetic attempt and let Tirek fall from hundreds of meters up in the air, landing on his side and causing him to cough up in pain. The Planet Eater stood over Tirek, smirking at the foe who he perceived as pathetic and not worth getting angry over after all. He pointed two fingers at the centaur's head and prepared a small, yet fatal ki blast to fire through his skull, but before he could do that several shadows were cast from overhead. Moro, temporarily distracted, was sucker punched by Tirek and trampled.
The Princesses Celestia, Luna, and Cadence along with Discord had arrived at the scene after a rather powerful shot of magic pierced Celestia's throne room and decimated the tapestries made by poor Discord. Upon realizing just exactly who it was, the four tried to run but found their magical powers stripped from them by Tirek who then proceeded to blast them away after he grew even more massive in size. Moro looked up at his foe now, who slowly floated off of the ground and bellowed out a very arrogant laugh at the now puny Planet Eater.
A massive hoof stamped the earth, uprooting rock underneath Moro and his entire army into the air. Moro flew out of the way in time as the cascading rain of stone buried the entire army underneath the rubble, killing most, if not all of them. Moro grew alarmed at this predicament and tried to spot Seven-Three's body amongst the rubble but couldn't spot the android anywhere. Then he was blindsided by the massive fist of Tirek, sending him sprawling across the field fast enough to catch fire. Tirek appeared directly in the path of the struck down Moro and launched him up in the air with a blast of magical energy and followed him, ready to skewer him on his horns.
The Planet Eater looked and saw his foe was now able to fly as well, but scoffed and moved his hand in a wavy motion, causing the exposed magma to rocket up towards Tirek and splash onto his hind legs. The centaur gritted his teeth and instead opted to grab Moro once more, gripping his entire body in-between his two hands and began to squeeze the life out of him.
Tirek: You're a slippery little runt, but your feeble attempts at magic only serve to feed my hunger!
The Moro in his hands disappeared from sight instantly, and the real Moro appeared on his back, gripping his horns once more.
Moro: And you talk to much you insolent cur!
Moro threw Tirek back towards the ground at a blinding speed, but unlike before, Moro used the magma on the ground below to scorch his foe's entire body, adding bloody red burn marks to his already crimson physique. Tirek howled in pain and stared up at Moro in anger as the latter charged a massive beam from his mouth and fired the beam which spread out over a mile in diameter.
The centaur put up a forcefield and powered through the blast by flying through it until he reached Moro, reaching out and clamping the goat's mouth shut. Moro kicked the arm away from him and grabbed Tirek by the beard and propelled himself back down towards the planet, slamming the centaur through it.
But the centaur was hardly hurt by the attack and instead flipped his body over Moro's and slammed his face into the dirt over and over. Moro fired a ki blast into his side, which was hardly felt, and the massive palm of Tirek wrapped around his body and chucked him towards the wreckage of where his army once stood. Moro panted and looked around the massive heap of rubble once more, trying to find Seven-Three anywhere.
Tirek smirked and took his time walking over to the panicking Planet Eater. Moro looked to one of the downed ships and saw movement. The android survived the attack but lost his legs and was crawling to the ship's medical bay.
Moro landed in front of him and looked down on him with a look of disappointment as the android locked eyes with him. In a flash, Moro picked up the android and swallowed it whole, changing his appearance to that of a more humanoid looking version of himself while retaining his horns. Tirek observed this development from afar and grew angry at his own arrogance, but the time he had to reflect was cut short as a spiraling beam of energy shot out from Moro's fingertips, digging into the forcefield the centaur put up in reaction. He grunted and side stepped out of the way, letting the beam hit a far off mountain and destroy it completely.
Moro, fused with Seven-Three, surged forward with great speed across the field towards his foe with an outstretched arm, and Tirek attempted to swat him out of the air but instead he teleported out of the way and landed on his head and began to absorb his magic, Tirek gripped him in a hand and did the same, but Moro didn't stop trying to absorb the power he had. The two were locked in an intense stalemate with neither really getting the upper hand on the other, and it was Tirek who eventually gave up and used his other hand to slam Moro on the head with a fist. This slightly dazed Moro long enough for Tirek to slam him into the ground once more.
Before the Planet-Eater could get up, one of the centaur's hoofs landed on his chest and his hand wrapped around Moro's arm and swiftly, and painfully, ripped it off of him and tossed it away. The screams of agony echoed for miles around as Tirek kicked him up in the air and blasted him across the field with a blast of magic, causing smoke and dust to rise out of the point of impact. Moro focused on his missing arm and yelled in pain as he quickly regrew it in time for Tirek to scoop him up and thrust him deeper into the earth.
Moro used the elasticity of his limbs to grab his foe by the horns and drag him into the hole he made throwing massive balls of energy around his foe in a bigger version of a Hellzone Grenade. He slammed Tirek in the temple as he flew past, stunning him long enough for the attack to trigger, erupting around the centaur. Moro laughed on the surface, looking down the hole his foe was undoubtedly buried in, and turned his laughter into a scream of victory. But alas, a shadow was cast overhead, stopping the Planet Eater's laughter in his tracks as he turned to face what was above him. It was Tirek, completely unscathed, and giving Moro the biggest condescending smirk one could ever muster.
Tirek: I believe my magical power completely outclasses yours.
Suddenly, surrounding Moro were massive bubbles containing the explosions in stasis. Before he could react, the bubbles burst and the explosion engulfed the Planet Eater, breaking his bones and bloodying his entire body as he was once more thrust downwards towards the planet. He landed face down and tried to prop himself up on his elbows to crawl away, but the massive hoof of the centaur crushed his spine into pieces, paralyzing him from the neck down as he screamed in pain.
Moro felt nothing but pain as he could only look at Tirek from the side of his eye. The regenerative powers of that Namekian were slowly kicking in, and the constant mouthfuls of dirt had finally given him an idea of how to combat the sheer size of this beast standing before him. Tirek grabbed him by the neck and force Moro to face in him the eyes. After a few seconds the centaur another devious smirk.
Tirek: Since you're so hungry for power.....
Using telekinesis to restrain the Planet-Eater, Tirek lifts Moro high up into the air and brought out the Bewitching Bell and aims it at Moro.
Tirek: Then let me help you!
The Bewitching Bell fires a huge yellow beam at Moro, giving him more energy. Moro laughs as if Tirek willingly gave him more power to absorb.
Moro: Hahaha! What an utter fool you are centaur! You're stupid to give me a free meal! Now I shall- Hurk!
Moro's words were cut-off when he began to choke, as purple lines began to form on his body. In his own arrogance, Moro had forgotten he had limits to what he can absorb and his eyes widened as he frantically tried to escape but Tirek's telekinesis proved too powerful to overcome.
Tirek bellowed in laughter as Moro's body began to slowly melt from the power overload. Soon a orange sphere forms between his horns.
Tiref: Looks like you bit off more than you can chew. Let's see you try to absorb this.
Clenching his hands, Tirek channels more power into the sphere which grew bigger. Finally Tirek raises his head and aims at the now disfigured Moro, who's now pleading through a melted jaw.
Tirek: DIE!!!!
A huge magical orange beam fires from his horns and slams into Moro, his mangled screams lasting a few seconds before he is vaporized. The centaur cancelling his offense once he senses that Moro nowhere to be found and crossed his arms.
Tirek: Hmph, this is what you get for crossing me.
KO!
* Tirek turns around and headed towards Equestria to try and take over it once again.
* Bits of Moro laid around the battlefield before they melted under the intense heat.
(The Dark Lords again)
Randy: ..... So, uh, I take it we're gonna train to use the power of friendship to seal Tirek?
Adam: Moro and Tirek were both formidable combatants to deal with, especially with their absorption and wide set of abilities to pull from. But the demon centaur had the necessary things he needed to overcome the Planet Eater.
Shadow: First is the big one, power. Scaling to Goku and adding multipliers, Moro is capable of destroying 3.01 million universes. Impressive, but remember the time Pinkie Pie threatened to turn the entire cosmos into frosting with Discord's power? Yeah, that's over 4 duovigintillion, over 69 zeroes and Tirek has the same kind of power. Even using infinite ends still favors Tirek. Jiren shaking the World of Void is still inferior to Luna merging dreams from everyone in town which has infinite hallways and both she and Celestia are stated by the Pony of Shadows to have "infinite power for destruction".
Adam: Tirek also takes the speed advantage. Now sure, Moro does have more quantifiable speed feats than Tirek. He can keep up and surpass Goku , whereas Tirek scales to the Pony of Shadows who absorbed all light in the sky at . But when we bring immeasurable and infinite speeds into the table, Tirek gains the upper hand. There are multiple instances of My Little Pony characters consistently being able to mess with immeasurable speeds before, like Discord being able to move through time by moving so fast or Celestia creating a magic wave that traveled through all of Equestria's dreams which, again, is made of infinite hallways. Even Infinite Zamasu affecting infinite timelines doesn't come close to that.
Popup: As shown with Moro's battle against Goku, Ultra Instinct can be overwhelmed if the opponent is faster.
Randy: Now it's their abilities that make the fight more interesting since they operate in different ways. Moro is more on soul stealing, mind reading, energy absorption and paralysis while Tirek is more focused on telekinesis, shields, absorption and BFR. Well ironically enough, their main ability to absorb magic and energy is moot since they can just go back and forth with it. But given Tirek's superior power, his telekinesis would easily surpass Moro's and restrain him and his shields means Moro would have a hard time breaking his defenses.
Shadow: Though Moro's regeneration could help him last longer, the gap in power makes it unreliable and given Tirek grows in size when he absorbs magic, there's always the possibility of the centaur breaking all three of Moro's orbs which can nullify his ability to steal energy or copy attacks. And even his illusions could only delay Tirek at best. Sure he's much more experienced and the more skilled fighter, but Tirek has gone up against similar foes before and came out on top.
Popup: While Tirek's manipulation would fall flat against someone like Moro, the same could be said in reverse as Tirek knows when a deception being played like when he realized he couldn't get Grogar's Bewitching Bell through brute force. And though Tirek can only absorb magic from living beings, the Bewitching Bell can do so much more.
Randy: But I know what you're thinking: Could Moro steal the Bewitching Bell from Tirek? Theoretically, yes, Moro can use it and his mind reading could clue him in on the item. But the Bewitching Bell has active resistance to being taken in active combat, like when it resisted Applejack's attempt to steal it until Tirek intercepted her. The only times the Bell was vulnerable were when it was directly struck by a Rainbow of Light and when Cozy Glow, the active wielder of the bell at the time, was overpowered. Neither of which Moro can do. But wait, couldn't Moro just steal Tirek's soul? I mean Tirek did survive an attack that could obliterate the Windigos which are spirits. But there's a difference between destroying souls and outright taking it. And can't Moro just take over his body and consciousness?
Adam: Believe or not, no, Moro can't. There are several times when MLP characters like Discord and Fluttershy have been able to operate as spirits and there's nothing to suggest that anyone who're turned to spirits in My Little Pony have lost their powers and it's likely Tirek can do the same given he's in the upper tiers of the MLP multiverse. And it's possible that Moro can only steal souls from those weaker than him. If he didn't stole the sole of Goku and Vegeta before and after he absorbed Merus, the same scenario would happen to Tirek. As for Moro taking over Tirek's body and consciousness, that's a no-no either. Characters in Dragon Ball and My Little Pony have dealt with possession and mind control, the thing is having superior power proved a major factor.
Shadow: Like the time Vegeta broke out of Babidi's possession or Sombra being much more stronger than most of the people he encountered. Twilight was only capable of undoing the mind-control after tapping into the Magic of Friendship.
Popup: Discord, who is easily superior to Sombra, was only "defeated" mainly because Sombra aimed for Fluttershy and Discord took the hit and let his guard down.
Adam: And remember, we're taking into account that Tirek has absorbed Discord's raw magic, not his abilities. If he was actually capable of using that, well, I don't think Moro could resist reality warping or outright plot manipulation on Discord's level. Finally, even though Moro can resist his energy being taken by the Bewitching Bell, he cannot resist absorbing more than he can handle, as shown when his body was breaking down due to being unable to handle Meru's Angel powers.
Shadow: Moro was a vicious and cunning villain, but Tirek's superior power, greater speed, Bewitching Bell and overall better resistances and abilities netted him the victory against the Planet Eater.
Randy: Tirek is truly the goat in this battle. Get it? Goat? Because they have horns.
Adam: Ugh. The winner is Tirek.
