Adam: In a metallic planet called Cyberton, an ongoing civil war is happening that exploded two Cybertronian factions: the peacekeeping Autobots led by Optimus Prime, and the war-mongering Decepticons led by Megatron. This war kept ending in a stalemate with thousands dead and Cybertron a former shell of what it used to be.

Randy: But how did it came to be you ask? Well millions of years ago, Megatron and other Transformers were unfairly treated by the repressive cast system which determines their fate and how they should live their lives. Upset by this discrimination, Megatron rose to defy the Senate and demanded that all Cybertronians be equals.

Nakano: But after an attempted assassination on his life by the Senate, Megatron knew that peace could never an option and led the Decepticons in a War for Cybertron, becoming the very thing he fought against. But this would be foiled time and time again by his former brother turned rival, Orion Pax, aka Optimus Prime of the Autobots.

Nakano: As a former gladiator, Megatron holds a millennia's worth of combat experience under his belt and is a tactician, capable of exploiting an enemy's weakness. He can fire lasers from his eyes and arms, and use energy weapons such as a mace or shield composed of Energon, an energy source fueling all Cybertronians.

Adam: He also wield the Panic Bubble that, should you enter it, can't let you out again until either you or Megatron is dead. Which Megatron has introduced to countless enemies that tried. But when Megatron has had enough with Autobots getting in his way, he busts out the big guns.

Randy: Literally! Thanks to his Fusion Cannon. The Fusion Cannon is a huge grenade launcher class weapon capable of firing huge rounds of energy shots that can one-shot most foes and reach space from ground level. And of course, being a Transformer, Megatron can change from his robot form to different ones. Either as a Walter P38 gun, a tank or a stealth bomber jet.

Popup: Galvatron is not something Megatron can use at will as it required him getting upgraded by Unicron. And in several continuities, Galvatron is depicted as his own character.

Adam: However, if pushed too far, Megatron unveils his greatest ability. Thanks to a space bridge teleportation within Megatron, he can summon antimatter from a black hole, a very volatile substance that, should it make contact with matter, will annihilate each other at the subatomic level.

Randy: It doesn't matter how tough you think you are, one touch from antimatter and your ass is good as dead.

Adam: Optimus is capable of throwing a 700,000 ton oil tanker and strong enough to crack Six Phaser Sixshot's chest plate, which was drawn from the compacted subatomic matter of a collapsed star. Megatron also survived an explosion that knocked Cybertron out of orbit, a feat worth over 4.5 Ninatons of TNT. He can keep up with the likes of Starscream, who travelled from Earth to Cybertron in seconds and Cybertron is located in another galaxy.

Randy: And while teaming up with his rival Optimus, they both managed to defeat Nova Prime and Regensis Shockwave. Nova wields the power of the Darkness, the dark counterpart of Optimus' Matrix of Leadership, whereas Regenesis Shockwave was threatening infinite timelines across the infinite multiverse.

Adam: Wanna know what's the craziest part about them beating Regenesis Shockwave? It's that Megatron was an Autobot doing so!

Nakano: Of course, Megatron isn't completely unstoppable. Despite his extreme intelligence, Megatron has a tendency to underestimate his opponents especially Optimus and has been known to get cocky and arrogant.

Adam: And the very antimatter he posses poses a danger to him just as it is to his enemies if he's not careful. And given his cruel behavior, he legitimately has only few faithful followers like Soundwave.

Randy: And for some unknown goddamn reason, he always keeps Starscream around even knowing that bastard will take his role as leader of the Decepticons. Though you'll be happy to know Megatron kicks his ass a lot.

Adam: But no matter his faults and no matter how many times Optimus kicks his ass, Megatron will always fight for the good of Cybertron even if he has to step over thousands of bodies to do so.

A damaged but very much alive Megatron charges his Fusion Cannon at the downed Starscream, which prompts his to get up and run. But the Decepticon leader transforms into his tank mode and continues to build up before unleashing a powerful energy shot that hits Starscream's back and creates an explosion that shook the ship.

Shockwave and the other Decepticons covered themselves from the smoke before looking back in surprise. Starscream falls down, the light in his eyes flickering before going out, implying his demise. Megatron picks him up and after confirming his traitorous second-in command to be dead, drops his corpse off the ship and into the moon's surface as the ship begins to lift off.

Megatron turns around and walks back to where the other Decepticons are waiting for him.

Megatron: We. Are. Done. Here.

Vilgax is Back with a Vengeance against DEATH BATTLE

Adam: Ben 10 has encountered and defeated a wide variety of foes over the course of his hero career, ranging from the xenophobic Highbreed to his evil "doppleganger" Albedo. But none can match the presence that left a big impact on the young Omnitrix wielder like Vilgax.

Nakano: Exiled from Vilgaxia for "ambitious disobedience" in 1773, Vilgax answered a Chronosapien named Maltruant's distress call on Earth, repairing his ship in exchange for a Chronosapien Time Bomb. They were confronted by a time travelling George Washington and Ben 10.

Adam: And upon seeing Ben use the Omnitrix to turn into different aliens, Vilgax became intrigued at the Omnitrix's capabilities. Upon such an encounter, Vilgax vows to take the Omnitrix and created an army of aliens to conquer the universe. The only thing preventing Vilgax from reaching that goal would be Ben 10 himself and his other allies.

Nakano: While Vilgax's powered has varied from time to time, gaining and losing, one thing that's consistent is his uncanny durability, able to take hits from the likes of Heatblast, Humungousaur and Ultimate Swampfire and emerged unscathed after receiving cybernetic augmentations following his near death experience. And he has a lot of combat experience given he's from 1773.

Randy: Vilgax wield an energy sword which, assuming it's similar to his previous ones, is capable of shattering the likes of Chromastone and can fire energy blasts from the palm of his hands. And should his back be against the wall, Vilgax will unleash his True Form, which is essentially a giant squid.

Popup: In the 2016 Reboot, Vilgax has access to the Antitrix, an Omnitrix ripoff which creates alien hybrids and once became AntiVilgax (Vilgax fused with every alien in the Antitrix) and Alien V (a hybridization between Chimera Sui Generis and Celestialsapien DNA). However, he lost those and cannot use them again.

Adam: However in Omniverse, Vilgax received Malware's remains and upon merging, becomes the all-powerful Malgax. With it, Malgax's powers skyrocketed, being able to overpower most of Ben's aliens with ease. And Malware himself survived Galvan B's destruction.

Nakano: Malgax can also use technologies that Malware has previously assimilated, including a jetpack, a variety of laser weapons and last but not least, the Tachyon Cannon. The Tachyon Cannon can lock into the DNA of its user's target and annihilate them down to the subcellular level.

Nakano: Vilgax has shown why the dubbed "the most dangerous being in the universe". He's overpowered Ben's strongest heavy hitters such as Four Arms, Diamondhead and Humungousaur with ease and fast enough to tag XRL8. And true to his name, he has conquered 10 worlds and absorbed the powers of their defenders. One time, Vilgax flew from Vilgaxia to Earth in a short time and then from Earth to Petropia in an even shorter time.

Popup: According to Kevin, Petropia sits at the very edge of the galaxy, putting him at 213 million times FTL.

Randy: And Vilgax survived a lot of things; getting curbstomped by Four Bens, Gwen from another timeline included, his own ship getting blown up multiple times and taken hits from Waybig. In our previous Vilgax VS Ridley fight, Waybig's Cosmic Ray has overpowered the Incursean Conquest Ray which is stated to destroy entire planets and did destroy Pluto. In order to destroy Pluto means the output is worth about 8.81 yottatons of TNT. He also used the same attack to obliterate two-thirds of Malware's Third Form.

Popup: Malware in his normal size survived the destruction of Galvan B which has an energy output of 430 yottatons of TNT.

Adam: And Malgax has been able to overpower Atomix, who can manipulate atomic/nuclear energy and Ben's second strongest alien, with ease. During their second encounter, Malgax claimed that no other alien barring Alien X can beat him. That includes Gravattack, who can make a black hole, a feat worth generating 108.36 Ninatons of TNT and he's considered inferior to Atomix.

Adam: And as the series progresses, Vilgax's scare factor decreased over the years, relying on other methods just to keep up with Ben. But even after stealing the powers of 10 heroes, absorbing Dagon's powers to become Dagonax, using the Chronosapien Time Bomb to kill nearly all the Bens in the multiverse and having the Malware Armor, Vilgax has failed to kill Ben time and time again

Randy: And did we forgot to mention that for someone as evil as Vilgax, Ma Vreedle somehow scares him and even made him cry? Yeah, Omniverse really dropped the ball on that one.

Adam: But no matter what happens, Vilgax will do anything to claim the Omnitrix at all costs. Even his defeat by Ben's hands will not stop the Conqueror of Ten Worlds from trying over and over again.

Vilgax takes several hits from the mutated Kevin 11 before blocking an incoming punch and knees in him the chest, making him spit out saliva before throwing a right uppercut that knocks Kevin back and making him keel over.

Kevin: I just saved your lousy alien butt. You should be grateful.

But Vilgax isn't impressed as he walks over to him

Vilgax: 'Vilgax owes allegiance to no one', especially not some mishappen chaotic amalgam of creatures from the Omnitrix.

He leans in with his red eyes glowing.

Vilgax: What do you know about the Omnitrix?

Earth

Outside of Earth's atmosphere, it was something out of science fiction as two armies are seen fighting for the right to conquer Earth. Vilgax's drones and hired mercenaries going up against Megatron's Decepticons. The stakes were high as the number of casualties grew bigger, with explosions happening left right and center.

In the middle of the chaotic fight, two huge ships are seen colliding into one another, one being Vilgax's Chimeran Hammer and the other Megatron's Nemesis. Both leaders are seen walking towards the front of their ships and into each other as their soldiers fought around them.

From Vilgax's side, SixSix, SevenSeven and EightEight are seen hovering in space as Psyphon joins them, shooting down any Decepticon they see.

Psyphon: Kill them all! Leave no survivors!

Suddenly several drones above them are shot down as Soundwave, Shockwave and Starscream appeared to Megatron's aid with several Seekers flying overhead.

Soundwave: Decepticons, attack!

The three Cybertronians jump to battle Psyphon and three Sotoraggians, leaving their masters all alone.

Vilgax: Leave this planet at once! I have come for the Omnitrix and I will not let a robotic toy stand in my way! I am Vilgax, Conqueror of Ten Worlds!

But the Decepticon leader isn't so easily intimidated by Vilgax's threat.

Megatron: And who are you to demand Lord Megatron to leave?! I will claim this planet and the Omnitrix for Cybertron. If anything, it is YOU who should leave!

Vilgax clenches his fist in anger, his eyes crimson red.

Vilgax: This universe isn't big enough for two conquerors.

Megatron's eyes narrowed.

Megatron: Agreed.

The Conqueror of Ten Worlds and Leader of the Decepticons roared as they charge forward with their fists cocked back.

FIGHT!

They threw their arms forward and the fists collide, creating a powerful shockwave that knocks everyone nearby back and causing their ships to shake from the impact and detach, with the two landing in the Chimeran Hammer. As they skidded back from the force, Megatron aims his Fusion Cannon and fires several shots at Vilgax, who either ducked or blocked his with energy sword.

Vilgax thrusts his hand out and fires several energy blasts of his own at Megatron, who retaliates by either tanking it or summoning his Energon shield to block it. Vilgac dashes forward and throws a another punch but the Decepticon swerves his head to the side and throws a haymaker into Vilgax's face.

Megatron then summons an Energon mace and wails it on the Chimera Sui Generis' face repeatedly until Vilgax caught it with his tentacles and knees Megatron in the chest, knocking him down to one knee.

Vilgax: Do you know who I am?! I am Vilgax! The most dangerous being in the universe!

He wraps his arms around the Transformer and suplexes him to the floor before tossing him over his shoulder. Vilgax then charges forward and kept punching Megatron until his fists were caught in the Decepticon's own.

Megatron: The most dangerous being in the universe? This is bad comedy!

Megatron kicks Vilgax back a dozen feet before he jumps and transforms into his tank mode. His fires more energy shots from his Fusion Cannon. Vilgax is hit by several but manages to dodge them all and picked them transformed Megatron over and slams him down repeatedly until Megatron transforms back and kicks the Chimera Sui Generis back.

Vilgax: Once I slice you to pieces, I'm going to rebuild you as my personal training bot!

Vilgax draws his energy sword as Megatron's left hand shapeshifts into his Energon mace. The two swing their weapons at each other, countering and blocking each of their attacks. Vilgax flies above his opponent and shoots multiple energy blasts. Megatron quickly rolls out of the way to and spins his chained mace above his head then chucks it to knock Vilgax back down to ground level.

Megatron flies upward and unleashes a barrage of fusion cannon blasts. Vilgax manages to protect himself by blocking with his energy sword which was eventually destroyed, but not before Vilgax shoots an energy ball that knocks Megatron down.

The Vilgaxian leader attempts to throw a punch, but Megatron immediately transforms into his smaller Walter P38 form. Vilgax misses completely and is uppercutted in the jaw when the gun enlarges to stretch out an arm. Grabbing the octopus-like alien by the leg he tosses him down as a Panic Bubble traps them both inside

Megatron: I will crush you with my bare hands!

Megatron throws some punches at Vilgax's face. Blood flies out. He prepares to clobber him with his Energon mace but Vilgax uses his remaining strength to kick Megatron and shatters the Panic Bubble behind him. The Decepticon stands up and faces him again, but his eyes widened as Vilgax pulls a black and red cube from his pocket.

Vilgax: I've had enough of you!

Vilgax crushes the cube and the goo merges with him, becoming Malgax!

Megatron aims his Fusion Cannon and fires a shot, but Malgax absorbs it and morphs his right arm into a Tachyon Cannon which he charges and fires back, nailing Megatron in the side. The Decepticon screams in pain as the attack actually felt painful. Malgax fires two more energy beams which struck him in the shoulder and knees, making him keel over.

Malgax morphs both hands into energy swords and begins slashing Megatron, cuts forming on the Transformer's body. Megatron regains his footing and throws a right hook that stuns Malgax before grabbing his arm and throws him into the air. He changes into his tank mode again and fires several shots. Malgax recovers mid air and creates a jetpack as the projectiles missed and struck several drones instead.

Malgax flies down and knocks Megatron over with a punch. Megatron shifts back to his robot form and turns his body, only for Malgax to throw powerful haymakers in his face before stabbing Megatron with his energy swords, making Megatron cough up Energon blood.

Malgax: *Scoffs* Is this the best you can do?

He kicks Megatron back before morphing his right arm into a Tachyon Cannon again and fires an energy beam to the Decepticon's face, making him scream in pain as he turns around and fell to his knees.

Malgax: Pathetic.

Malgax walks forward to finish Megatron off, but stopped when Megatron began chuckling.

Megatron: Pathetic? I, Megatron, am pathetic?!

Without warning red and black energy pours from his face as Megatron stood up and turns to face Malgax, his eyes leaking antimatter in an act of desperation.

Megatron: You don't know what pathetic even means!

Malgax aims his Tachyon Cannon and fires another blast of energy at Megatron, but to his shock, a wall of antimatter appears in front of Megatron and counters it.

Malgax: Impossible!

Malgax rushes forward and slashes with his energy swords, but they too were disintegrated by the wall of antimatter. Megatron uses this to grab Malgax by the throat and laughs as he uses his Panic Bubble with his antimatter spreading all over the the Chimeran Hammer.

Megatron: Die a fool's death.

Antimatter bursts from Megatron's feet which then surrounds both combatants. Malgax screams in absolute agony as his body is covered by antimatter, his screams lasting for a few seconds before going silent. When Megatron dissipates both his antimatter and Panic Bubble, only half of the Chimeran Hammer remained with Malgax nowhere to be found.

Megatron: Hehehehehe.....

Megatron slowly chuckles from his victory before rearing his head back and roaring in laughter.

Megatron: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

KO!

* Vilgax's surviving soldiers are seen being decimated by the Decepticons.

* Megatron is seen being escorted back to the Nemesis by Soundwave and Shockwave, with Starcream muttering how Megatron lived from behind.

Results

(Galactic Conquerors again)

Randy: Well, good news for Ben is that Vilgax ain't coming for his Omnitrix anymore. Bad news though, is that Megatron just took his place.

Adam: Vilgax definitely did not go down without a fight, but Megatron had all of the advantages he needed to put Vilgax down for good.

Nakano: For starters, Megatron is far tougher than Vilgax. Vilgax could scale to Waybig who overpowered the Incursean Conquest Ray which destroyed Pluto, worth over 8.81 Yottatons of TNT. Impressive sure, but Megatron survived a blast that knocked Cybertron out of orbit. Strength like that is calculated at over 4.5 Ninatons of TNT. Far more durable than what Vilgax could take.

Randy: Megatron is also way more experienced, fighting as a gladiator and the War for Cybertron against the Autobots for 9 million years, whereas Vilgax has a measly 400 years under his belt. Sure Vilgax has fought Ben's heavy hitter aliens like Four Arms, Humungousaur and Waybig, but Megatron has matched and defeated the Deceptigod, a being powered by an entire universe! And both he and Optimus killed Regenesis Shockwave, who is threatening multiple timelines with his power.

Adam: Though to be fair, Vilgax isn't at a complete disadvantage, especially with his Malgax form. He could match and defeat Atomix, Ben's second strongest alien and is superior to Gravattack, who can output 108.36 Ninatons of TNT, far stronger than Megatron surviving Cybertron getting knocked out of orbit. And the Tachyon Cannon's ability to destroy a target's DNA at subcellular level means Malgax could kill Megatron with one well-placed shot.

Randy: But Megatron had counters to that as well, notably his manipulation over antimatter, which destroys at the subatomic level. And while the Tachyon Cannon has the potential to kill Megatron, Vilgax would have to hit him first. Vilgax travelling from Vilgaxia to Earth and Earth to Petropia in under an hour puts him at 213 million times FTL. But Megatron could keep up with the likes of Starscream, who travelled from Earth to Cybertron in seconds.

Nakano: Cybertron exists outside of the Andromeda Galaxy, which has a distance of 2.537 million light years from Earth. We determine the timeframe to be at 81 seconds.
