Vanessa: Though starting off as antagonists, these two misguided defenders of justice would come to see the light and fight for what's truly right. That's my dad Adam, he's my boyfriend Greg and I'm Vanessa.

Adam: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win..... a DEATH BATTLE.

Adam: Of the three families that make up the Three Houses, who work together to battle the Honkai, the House Kaslana are known for their excellent resistance against Honkai and usually the patriarchs are considered their best and most powerful warriors in the lineage. It helps that they are the descendants of Kevin Kaslana, the most powerful soldier of MANTIS and dubbed Hero of the Previous Era.

Greg: They took an oath that they will defend humanity even at the cost of their own lives. And today we're talking about everyone's most well known member, Kiana Kaslana!

Vanessa: Oh wait, you thought we're talking about our beloved white Tuna who is K-423? Pfft! No no no, we've already covered her in Kiana Kaslana VS Noel Vermillion. We're actually talking about our blonde Goose. Confused yet? Well strap in, this one's a doozy.

Adam: Kiana Kaslana was born as the daughter of Siegfried Kaslana and Schicksal Valkyrie Cecilia Schariac, who was their strongest member at the time. Despite Siegfried believing Kiana could become as strong as his wife, Cecilia wanted their child to live a peaceful life and live in a world without fear or Honkai.

Greg: That is, until a catastrophic event known as the Second Eruption occurred which was instigated by the Herrscher of the Void Sirin, who was an experimented child in one of the Babylon Labs stationed in Siberia. You can probably guess that Sirin did not take that kindly. Even worse when she had the aid of the Will of the Honkai in her quest to destroy humanity.

Vanessa: It was a long and grueling battle and not even the uneasy alliance of Schicksal and Anti-Entropy were enough to stop her rampage. Eventually Sirin was defeated at the hands of Siegfried, but by that point thousands of lives were lost, including Cecilia, whom spend her final moments with Sirin.

Adam: But things took a turn for the worse. One day, Schicksal had captured Kiana and made plans to use her DNA to revive Sirin in which the Kiana we're familiar with is created. Siegfried managed to rescue his daughter. But things went wrong and not only did Kiana got hit by debris on the plane they were escaping, but Siegfried had took the clone home by mistake. Fortunately, Kiana was saved by Otto Apocalypse and an A-Rank Valkyrie named Ragna Lothbrok, who took her to an orphanage and treated her wounds with Soulium, though that did kinda made her forget her past.

Vanessa: Bummer, but that's nice of Otto to heal Durandal. I wonder why-

Greg: Otto is also the Overseer of Schicksal, the very same group who kidnapped Kiana in the first place. See, he wanted to revive the woman of his life, Kallen Kaslana, and sought every means to resurrect her. He was responsible for the inhumane atrocities on the Babylon Labs that experimented on kids like Sirin. Oh and he's the one who ordered those missiles that took Cecilia's life in the hopes of killing Siegfried who realized Schicksal's true colors.

Vanessa: Fucking bastard!

Adam: Well it's not all bad. While the treatment did wiped Kiana's memories clean, Otto nevertheless took her under his wing. It was here she took the name Bianka Ataegina, commonly referred as Durandal. Huh, now I get why they call her "Kiana B", because she's blonde. Man Honkai fans know how to get creative with their names.

Adam: Having both the Schariac and Kaslana bloodline, Durandal is both skilled and strong. Being a Valkyrie means she has superhuman capabilities and has high resistance to the Honkai energy, and she can use Time Fracture, an ability that lets her slow down time and counterattack with fast and or heavy strikes all at once. Durandal can also use fire in most of her abilities and she knows the traditional Kaslana gun-kata fighting style, aka martial arts with guns.

Popup: While Durandal has never used it in gameplay, she has stated that she knows the fighting style.

Greg: Durandal's signature weapon is a Lance called Black Abyss White Flower or Abyss Flower for short, which was previously held by her mother Cecilia. It is a Divine Key which are Previous Era weapons that harnessed the power of Herrschers by implementing their Cores into said weapons. But one does not simply hold Abyss Flower for it has the ability to recreate (White Flower) or deconstruct (Black Abyss) matter, yet Durandal can use it without trouble.

Popup: Abyss Flower is also used to heal people, such as when Cecilia used it to heal thousands of people affected by Honkai in the Second Eruption.

Vanessa: Now let's get to a Valkyrie's bread and butter: their Battlesuits. These grant the user to either upgrade their certain skills or give them new abilities overall. Valkyrie Gloria is basically Durandal in a hot green military uniform and Bright Knight: Excelsis grants Dudu two armors that act like summons called King and Queen which are similar to Stands. Or Personas. Take your pick.

Adam: But we've got two of her strongest Battlesuits being brought to the table: Dea Anchora and Palatinus Equinox. If you've haven't seen Sasuke Uchiha VS Raiden Mei or Master Xehanort VS Kevin Kaslana yet, Dea Anchora is made out of parallel and bubble universes and embodies the Ether Anchor, allowing her complete control over a reality where infinite concepts and hyperdimensional structures existed, which are all detached from the multiverse. Okay, I'll give Otto credit here, he knows damn well how to make powerful Battlesuits strong enough to compete with Herrschers.

Greg: And thanks to the combination of being banished to the Sea of Quanta by Otto after realizing his plan, discovering her true identity and awakening the Schariac and Kaslana Stigmatas, Durandal can tap into the Palatinus Equinox Battlesuit, which can switch between her Guardian and Knight forms, allowing her to use two different fighting styles. Guardian form is where Durandal dons a black and blue armor with Midnight Ataegina and Knight form is where she rides a steed made out of the armor she wears in Guardian form named Krishna.

Vanessa: Dudu has shown why she's earned her status as being Schicksal's strongest S-Rank Valkyrie. She's matched the likes of Kiana, Mei and Ana Schariac, who was the Herrscher of Ice, with ease, one-shot the Honkai Beast Stan in the London Holiday manga and was able to be in full strength even after a month of training with no rest. Her well known feat is leveling 1/5th of Europe at the age of 12. This takes something worth 90.63 Petatons of TNT, but can be cranked up to 7.14 Ninatons being highballed when taking subatomic destruction into consideration.

Greg: Durandal also defeated the Herrscher of Rimestar along with Herrscher of Thunder Raiden Mei. Rimestar was the fusion of the Herrschers of Stars and Ice, who controls gravity and ice respectively. She also compares to Fu Hua who dodged Gamma beams which moved twice the speed of light. And while she's yet to fight Kevin in his transcended forms, she has been able to fight him in base form with Abyss Flower. Keep in mind that Divine Keys are capable of harming Kevin and he knows this.

Popup: HoFS Kiana is comparable to Herrscher of Reason Bronya, who travelled across multiple dimensions in the Sea of Quanta, putting her at infinite speeds.

Adam: And in a rematch with Kiana, who was the Herrscher of Flamescion at that point, Durandal was able keep up and match her. This is impressive since Honkai energy and Herrschers are connected to the Imaginary Tree, an infinite multiversal structure that exists beyond space and time and ignores the contemporary rules of reality. Remember her Dea Anchora Battlesuit which houses universes? They were made from the Sea of Quanta, the counterpart of the Imaginary Tree which contains infinite bubble universes and being 11D, yet even it pales in comparison to the latter.

Popup: Einstein mentions the Imaginary Tree is transfinite in number, which makes it infinitely transcend than all of the Honkai contained on Earth. Otto claims it also contains "absolute infinite power".

Vanessa: And both Durandal and Kiana fought and killed False God Otto, who controls the Imaginary Space and had tricked both the Imaginary Tree and the Will of the Honkai into giving him the power to observe other universes in the infinite multiverse. Now that's a big brain move on his part.

Such as kidnapping Kiana after stopping the bomb in Arc City without knowing if Sirin will take over Kiana or even entering an alliance with the villainous World Serpent despite the latter attacking one of their bases which led to Kiana escaping.

Vanessa: But it was all worth it in the end. Having saved her father, regaining her identity as the real Kiana Kaslana and even being the older sister of our beloved Tuna, who's now the Herrscher of Finality. Oh and we can't forget about Rita too.

Adam: So you better watch when you cross paths with Schicksal's strongest S-Rank Valkyrie.

Durandal: I will lose to no one. Awaken, the beast inside the stigma. Humanity is your true master! Heroes never die They will, generation after generation, inherit this will! The Equinox path starts here! Forward, Krishna!

Tsubaki Yayoi Weaves DEATH BATTLE

Greg: Of the twelve families of the Duodecim that provides soldiers and personnel for the peace-keeping global organization Novus Orbis Librarium or NOL for short, the Yayoi family are ranked third and play a significant role in keeping the Duodecim together. But when Ayame Yayoi died during the Dark War, the family was desperate to keep the bloodline going and decided to have their members "breed" with only the strongest Ars Magus users.

Vanessa: Except there was one problem, Ars Magus users are very low in population and as a last measure, the Yayoi family resorted into, ahem, inbreeding. Having incestuous intercourse with their own blood.

Adam: *Spits Coke in shock*

Vanessa: Safe to say this results in their numbers lowering even more and having short life-spans with some dying at an early age. The irony is that inbreeding to make themselves stronger actually made them weaker throughout each generation until it became their weakness to be carried on. Even the other families and NOL themselves personally asked the Yayoi family to stop their practices, but they would not be deterred. Eventually one of them, Tsubaki Yayoi, would survive into adulthood and became the heir of the family.

Adam: Despite having a father by aside, her life was a lonely one. That was till she met and befriended Jin Kisaragi. The adopted son of the Kisaragi family. Who if you recall, left his brother with one arm and a pool of blood. But being her first friend, Tsubaki's relationship with him began to become closer and even fell for him. Which carried over all the way to their days in the Military Academy. Where her circle of friends grew bigger, with the likes of Noel Vermillion, Mai Natsume and Makoto Nanaya.

Popup: Makoto didn't get along with Tsubaki due to her status as a demi-human and her relationship with humans. But after while they did became friends.

Greg: After graduating, Tsubaki became a secretary of a squad, with Jin as her major. Both had good times being a subordinate and superior, but than things started to change. One time Jin ran off without telling her to chase after his brother. The Grim Reaper: Ragna the Bloodedge. She found him but rather in his, let's just say "mentally unstable state", and knocked her out so badly that she witnessed all his memories through a dream.

Vanessa: After giving chase again she found Jin in battle with his brother Ragna. She protected him, but was easily defeated. Than this weird Yandere robot, Nu-13, appeared, almost killed Ragna and tried to take him for herself. Jin tried to defeat Nu for himself, But he was to injured to even fight. In a blink of an eye, Tsubaki stands between both Jin and Nu-13 and took a blow in his stead.

Adam: She was about to finish her for good, before Ragna kills her. Still gravely injured, Jin panicked and tries to heal the wounds and injuries Tsubaki had, but his healing Magic Formula refused to work. And Tsubaki died in his arms.

Greg: Buuuuuut time looped and her situation changed. Tsubaki avoided dying and joined the NOL, becoming part of its' 0th Division. Who wrote this stuff? Anyways, with fate now intertwined in a different manner, Tsubaki made it her life goal to serve the NOL and bring the just to the Injustice.

Vanessa: Tsubaki wields her family's sacred weapon, the Sealed Armament: Izayoi. It takes the form of her clothing, a quill tip like sword and a book-like shield. But appearances are deceiving as it gie Tsubaki a wide array of abilities, notably control over light. She can create constructs of light like swords and a bow, create orbs of light or even literally taking away light. And with more light Izayoi absorbs, the stronger and more versatile it becomes. Tsubaki can use Sanctus Aequum or Sanctus Veritas for up close damage, fire projectiles of light with Sanctus Aerolata and trap her foes in a different dimension with Eclipse Barrier. But she can boost her power even further with her Drive, Install.

Greg: Drives are the physical manifestation one's soul which draws power from "The Blue", a power source deep within The Boundary. She can use a Second Install which further boosts her strength such as Confutatis, Macto and Requiem Maledictis and Macto Lux Kyrie. And with it Tsubaki can unleash her Astral Heat Requiem Aeternam, which is guaranteed to kill her target when hit.

Adam: However, Izayoi has one fatal downside. Remember how Vanessa said it can steal light? Well that also applies to its wielder and prolonged use of Izayoi will permanently blind and even kill them. That's actually how Tsubaki's ancestor Ayame Yayoi died, from extensive use of Izayoi. But not to worry, because this is a video game and when push comes to shove, Tusbaki becomes one with the Izayoi itself, becoming Zero-Type Izayoi. Her strength skyrockets and she gains all-new abilities.

Vanessa: As the name implies, Immortal Breaker is capable of killing immortal and those with strong regenerative abilities by placing the concept of death unto her victim's mind and her Drive Scarlet Justice enhances all of her skills. And with her Astral Heat Justice of Destiny, Izayoi hurls a giant javelin of light down that flies like a freaking airplane.

Adam: With Izayoi at her disposal, Tsubaki has gone up against many heavy hitters from Blazblue. She's battled Ragna the Bloodedge, took hits from the Murakumo Unit Nu-13 and battle her former friends Noel Vermillion and Makoto Nanaya, defeating the latter once in their first battle. The same squirrel girl who can shatter the damn moon and Tsubaki took hits from Noel's Bolverk, which can pierce through space itself.

Greg: And at her strongest as Izayoiu, Tsubaki has hold her own against Jin, Makoto and Noel at the same time. Jin and Noel were one of the 3 people who can fight against the Nox Nyctores Gigant Takemikazuchi, which was capable of obliterating the 5th Hierarchical City of Ibukido with an explosion visible from space. Using the Earth's curvature as a reference, we can determine this can be clocked at 65.36 Teratons of TNT.

Popup: Ragna and Noel defeated Hades Izanami, who can replicate the Requiem's feat of atomizing the Earth and Moon, which is worth 16 Yottatons of TNT. However, Izanami claims it requires a little difficulty and it's questionable whether Tsubaki can be scaled to Izanami.

Vanessa: This is important because Jin, Noel, Ragna and other upper tier characters are connected to The Boundary, a complex and infinite realm that transcends the multiverse and where all dimensions connect. Those three alongside Hades Izanami, Nine the Phantom and Hazama could reach lightspeed up to infinite speeds due to The Boundary being infinite in size as well. While Tsubaki hasn't outright defeated any of them, she has been able to keep up, so she should reasonably be able to move at infinite speeds as well.

Adam: And Izayoi can even resist Phenomena Interventions. We've establish back in Kiana VS Noel that it's the ability to see future possibilities and lets the user choose the outcome they want to happen, essentially a combination of timeline manipulation and reality warping.

Weaknesses

Prolonged use of Izayoi will blind and even kill Tsubaki (Though this can be negated upon becoming Izayoi itself)

Immortal Breaker cannot work on deathless being like Hades Izanami and Jin, who possessed the Power of Order)

Adam: But despite her incredible power, Tsubaki has her faults. She doesn't have the best win-loss ratio in the BlazBlue roster and Izayoi's Immortal Breaker technique doesn't work on deathless beings or those who has the Power of Order such as Izanami and Jin respectively. And while she held her own, Tsubaki isn't as powerful compared to Jin or Noel, who possessed Nox Nyctores class weapons like Yukianesa and Bolverk respectively. It's also noted that many of her feats are done with outside help or at her strongest as Izayoi.

Popup: Tsubaki is reliant on becoming Izayoi when facing opponents much stronger than herself, but even this is not enough such as when Ragna, the 3rd person who can hurt Takemikazuchi, defeated her multiple times in Chronophantasma and Central Fiction.

Greg: She's also got a blind sense of justice which allowed Hazama and Izanami to manipulate from the shadows and can get emotional which made her conflicted on what she's fighting for. And remember that Tsubaki's greatest weakness is the the Izayoi itself. Extensive use will blind her and has actually killed Tsubaki in one of her bad endings in Continuum Shift.

Vanessa: But in the end, Tsubaki managed to break free from the Mind Eater curse with Hakumen and her friends and rejoined the heroes in their fight against Yuuki Terumi and Izanami. At the end of the day, very few criminals can escape NOL's Wings of Justice.

Tsubaki: You probably don't know but..... He has the power to lead the world. Unlike me, he has the ability to determine exactly what the world needs. That's why I want to sever the chains behind him. The new order that Jin Kisaragi will build..... I want to help to build it. To do that, the "Azure"..... must be obtained by Jin. I don't know what you're intend to do, but as an obstacle to Jin, I cannot leave you be.

Tsubaki sighed as she removed Izayoi from a dead Valkyrie and glanced around at other bodies of Schicksal Valkyries that she had dealt with, frowning to herself as she recalled what happened. When NOL got word that Noel Vermillion had been KIA by a girl named Kiana Kaslana, Tsubaki of the Zero Squadron was tasked to hunt Kiana down and bring her in, dead or alive.

Tsubaki: No sign of the target Kiana Kaslana, and no one was willing to give her information. NOL also said she was close friends with this "Raiden Mei". Perhaps I should capture her to force Kiana to surrender.

???: Then you'll have to go through me first.

Tsubaki turns and sees a blonde woman in a blue and white armor with a lance jumping down from a building. It was Durandal fo the Immortal Blades. Overseer Theresa Apocalypse had informed her that a woman with red hair and a strange outfit was seen wreaking havoc in Arc City and was after Kiana after her ordeal with a blonde girl in blue name Noel.

Durandal raised Abyss Flower and pointed at Tsubaki, prompting her to activate Izayoi.

Durandal: If you want my younger sister, then you'll have to overcome me first!

Tsubaki: Then by the order of NOL, you are hereby under arrest for harboring a fugitive and for the obstruction of justice!

FIGHT!

Durandal and Tsubaki clashed, Abyss Flower against Izayoi. Both femme fatales glared at each other before trading blows with one another, swinging their weapons at mach speeds. Durandal gets the upper hand and knocks Tsubaki away before thrusting Abyss Flower, only for her to counterattack with Santcus Aequum and fires back with Lux Macto, hitting the Durandal but not making her flinch.

In response, Durandal summons King and Queen and charges at the Yayoi heir and attacks all at once. Tsubaki manages to hold her own, but is slowly being overwhelmed.

Tsubaki: Take this!

She blocks King and Queen with Sanctus Veritas before flying up and nails the Schicksal Valkyrie with Lux Aeterna, sending her skidding back. The S-Rank Valkyrie fires her jet boosters from her armor took takes flight, with Tsubaki giving chase as they flew all over Arc City.

Tsubaki: You cannot escape the Wings of Justice!

Durandal: Oh, I'm not trying to.

Before the Major of NOL could react, Durandal unleashed all of her energy at once and turns to  face Tsubaki before rushing in, slamming into her and sending them both into a building, causing it to collapse. Then Durandal flies out with her hand at Tsubaki's throat and tosses her into the air before slashing her multiple times with Abyss Flower.

Tsubaki: Damn you!

Her angered reach an all time high and taps into her Overdrive and Second Install, causing her to grow yellow wings and striking Durandal down. Durandal looks up to see Tsubaki activating her Astral Finish as a white silhouette can be seen about to throw a giant white lance.

Durandal: Not so fast!

Durandal then dons her Dea Anchora Battlesuit and charges her own ultimate by using her leg as a bow and using a golden spear as an arrow. Both girls let out war cries as they unleashed their ultimates at once, flaming golden spear collides with giant light lance as a huge explosion occurs destroying, multiple buildings and leveling the area.

When the smoke cleared, Durandal can be seen standing with some dirt on her armor and no injuries. However, the Lieutenant of Zero Squadron is on one knee and panting as her vision became blurry and began to feel weaker, a consequence of extensive use of the Izayoi.

Durandal: Hmph, so you're own weapon proved to be your downfall? It was a mistake coming after Kiana!

The Schicksal Valkyrie moves in to deal the killing blow, but a bright light consumes Tsubaki and forces Durandal to cover her eyes. When she lowered her arms, she is shocked to discover Tsubaki has merged with the Izayoi itself!

Tsubaki: Now you will face divine judgement!

She activates the Zero-Type: Izayoi and attacks with Sonic Saber, pushing Durandal back before slashing the Valkyrie in the abdomen via Crusade Seraphim β. Durandal spit out blood but held her ground and deal her own with flaming spears. Tsubaki dodged every one of them and locked lances with Durandal as the Major of NOL pushed her back.

Tsubaki taps into Overdrive and begins to overwhelm Durandal, who was forced to go on the defensive.

Tsubaki: You cannot escape justice!

Before the S-Rank Valkyrie knew it, she is dragged into a different dimension via Eclipse Barrier and was hit repeatedly by Tsubaki in every direction before appearing in front of her.

Tsubaki: This is the end!

She whips out Izayoi and uses her Immortal Breaker, impaling Durandal in the chest as the blade come out of the her back. Durandal gasped in shock and looked at the weapon that stabbed her. Tsubaki scoffs, feeling that she had won the battle.

Tsubaki: In the end, you too fell without surrendering information. No matter, I will retrieve Kiana Kaslana at all costs.

The Lieutenant of Zero Squadron is about to pull Izayoi out, but is caught off-guard when Durandal's hand reached for her throat. Her crimson eyes widened when Durandal gave her a hardened death glare.

TsubakI: Impossible! No one has survived Immortal Breaker! You should be dead!

While still impaled by Izayoi, Durandal gave a chuckled and stared at her right in the eyes with a bloodied smile as her body begins to glow blue and black.

Durandal: You underestimate us Kaslanas. We know a lot of tings.

 She clenched her free hand.....

Durandal: But surrendering isn't in our vocabulary!

..... right before proceeding to clock the stunned Tsubaki in the face, making her scream in pain and pull Izayoi out, just as Durandal is consumed by the light and and gains access to Palatinus Equinox. The Abyss Flower heals Durandal of her wounds before it upgrades to Midnight Ataegina and the Schicksal Valkyrie breaks out of the Eclipse Barrier, returning them back into the present.

The Major of NOL looks on in shock before she snarls and activates Overdrive a second time and begins attacking in all direction once more. This time however, Durandal is not only able to keep up, but is able to deal heavy blows to Tsubaki than she does to Durandal. Tsubaki aims to impale Durandal again, but she blocks with her shield and the Schicksal Valkyrie returns the favor to impale Tsubaki.

Durandal: Got you!

Durandal then lifts Midnight Ataegina up before causing an explosion with Tsubaki still impaled, making her scream in agony and spit out blood before Durandal slams her down and repeats the process until Tsubaki manages to escape and counters with Air Sonic Saber, only to be deflected by the shield. Feeling desperate, Tsubaki decides to finish this and activates Overdrive one more time.

Tsubaki: Your time end now!

She flies upwards and Zero-Type: Izayoi fused to becomes a huge javelin of light with its own boosters, instigating her Astral Finish.

Durandal: Come, Krishna!

Her armor detaches and forms a black and blue horse which Durandal rides on as she literally charges at Tsubaki: Tsubaki lets out a war cry as uses Justice of Destiny and hurls the javelin at Durandal. In response the Schicksal Valkyrie thrusts Midnight Ataegina and the two weapons collide.

At first it seems like a stalemate, but to Tsubaki's absolute horror, the lance of light was soon split into two and Durandal and Krishna continued moving towards her. Tsubaki fires several javelins of light but they were deflected and soon Durandal connects, causing a red pillar of Honkai energy to appear behind her as Tsubaki screams and is disintegrated from the impact.

Seeing her opponent is no longer around, Durandal gave a sigh of relief and patted Krishna before she reverts back to her Bright Knight: Excelsis.

Durandal: You're safe now Kiana.

KO!

* Durandal is slumped next to a wall exhausted as a worried and relieved Rita Rossweisse arrives to check on her.

* Remnants of the Zero-Type: Izayoi are seen lying a few feet away from the two Valkyries.

Greg: Well damn.

Adam: Both Durandal and Tsubaki are both well-rounded fighters with different sets of abilities. Both can match and keep up with characters who can reach infinite speeds and their time with Schicksal and NOL means they're similar in combat experience as well. But in the end, the S-Rank Valkyrie had way more options to take the win.

Vanessa: First up is the big one: Power. Tsubaki could scale to the likes of Ragna, Jin and Noel, who can reach multiverse levels of power since they can draw power from the Boundary. But the same can be said for Durandal scaling to Kiana, Mei and Bronya via the Imaginary Tree and Sea of Quanta, both of which are way more complex and layered than the Boundary. But say you want numbers rather than just hear the words "infinite" and "multiverse". Don't worry, we got that covered.

Greg: At best Tsubaki scales to Makoto Nanaya, who's capable of shattering the moon. We calculated this feat to be 1.49 Zettatons of TNT. Impressive, but Durandal leveling 1/5th of Europe is ranked at 7.14 Ninatons. For those who don't like to go too deep into math, 1 Ninaton equates to 1000 Yottatons and 1 Yottaton is equal to 1000 Zettatons. You can already guess how big of a gap that is.

Popup: Tsubaki has shown to be able to keep up with characters who can react to lightspeed movement, but Durandal scales to Fu Hua dodging Gamma beams which were twice the speed of light. Ultimately, however, both are equally fast when scaling to characters reaching infinite speeds.

Vanessa: Another point for Dudu are their weaknesses. Durandal's Abyss Flower and Battlesuits have no time limits nor have any negative long lasting effects that will harm her in the long run. In contrast, we know that prolonged use of Izayoi will permanently blind Tsubaki and has even killed her in one of her endings. I mean sure, becoming one with the Izayoi negates all of those weaknesses. But it wouldn't have mattered if Tsubaki lacks the options to put Durandal down.

Popup: Durandal has escaped from the Kaslana Stigma Space, which functions similarly to Eclipse Barrier, leaving no question Durandal would do the same here.

Adam: Not to mention Durandal keeps a cool head even at the worse of situations and uses her brain to win, whereas Tsubaki is known to lose her temper or become too emotional in the middle of a fight. Their win-loss records pretty much speaks for itself. And while Tsubaki could survive inside the Boundary, which stops time just by existing, Durandal's Time Fracture has worked on opponents with similar resistances before.

Vanessa: Hang on, what about Izayoi's Immortal Breaker technique? Since it can literally kill immortal beings, would Durandal even have the option to defend against such an attack?

Adam: A good question and surprisingly, yes, Durandal can counter it. Immortal Breaker works by placing the idea of death unto the target's mind, correct? Now, recall that Durandal is able to wield Abyss Flower, a Divine Key that harnesses the Herrscher of Death's Core, aka the concept of death. Simply being able to wield Abyss Flower is a feat in and of itself, so it would stand reason that Durandal could survive Immortal Breaker.

Popup: Herrschers and Divine Keys users are able to resist having their souls taken/destroyed, bend or break the rules of physics and reality and can step into the Imaginary Tree, which annihilates lesser beings at a conceptual level.

Greg: And though Tsubaki is able to resist soul manipulation, nothing suggest she can survive having her matter manipulated and destroyed. Both Izayoi and Abyss Flower can negate healing, but only Abyss Flower is shown to be able to heal wounds even with healing negation powers used. And it's not like Tsubaki has her own healing factor to fall back on.

Adam: Tsubaki was no pushover, but Schicksal's strongest Valkyrie had the strength, stamina, counters and non-exploitable weaknesses to annihilate NOL's Wings of Justice.

Vanessa: Tsubaki just didn't stand much of a lance in this battle.

Adam: The winner is Durandal.
