Morishige look at Shin with Bewilderment.

Shin saw him do what now?

Morishige: Pardon?

Shin sighed. He expected this reaction. But he wanted to know why did Morishige do that. Taking a picture of a splattered corpse and being fascinated by it seemed...Unhuman...

Shin: W-Why did you take a picture of that corpse? That's what I ask. Because it seem y-you were enjoying it...

Morishige:...It's... interesting

Morishige had forced himdelf to say. How could he explain it to Shin in a way that he could understand?

Morishige: But we should focus on finding your classsmates and mine as well...(Partially Mayu)

Shin: Okay. Let's go then.

Morishige: Hn....

They stopped in a classroom as Shin begins to conversate with him again.

Shin: But Morishige...I think it's best you drop...Because what do you think Mayu would feel if she saw you doing that...

Morishige: ?!

Shin: But I don't blame you...Before you say anything...Just think about it...Mayu wouldn't be pleased if she saw what you been up too. So just for her sake...Stop.

Morishige:.....Okay....

Shin made a small smile. Maybe Morishige wasn't crazy as he thought he was. Maybe...It was just the school taken control of him.

Morishige: Umm...Higaku.

Shin: Yeah?

Morishige: ...Thanks.

Shin: Huh?

Morishige: You're the first person to tell me something like this. I...Was kinda expecting you to be creep out.

Shin: Oh I was. But...Morishige...I understand how you feel. You feel like no one understands you beside that Mayu girl. But just remember. Out there are some people who are like you that feel the same way. They are treated like outcast by society because people are scared of them. They don't want to understand what scares them. But I know how that feels to be treated like your different. That's why I have Oka and my friends. Because they understand me. Also I'm pretty sure Mayu would've told you soemthing like this too...

Morishige:....Yeah...You're right. T-This is not me...I don't want Mayu to know what I been doing.

Shin: Yeah...So for Mayu...Please...Delete those photos from your files in your phone.

Morishige nodded. He hesitated but for Mayu's sake. He deleted all the photos but kept one. That picture belong to Mayu who was smiling in the image. He couldn't wait to see that smiling face again.

Morishige: Thank you Shin. I can't wait to see Mayu again and the others too.

Shin: I know...Same.

The two boys smile at each other at a comfortable silence.

Until...They heard something outside the classroom...

Shin: W-What was that?

Morishige: I-I'll go check it out. Stay here.

Shin nods as Morishige opens the door and went into the dark hallway.

Everything was still silent until Shin heard a bang and something falling to the ground.

Shin: M-Morishige?

-Silent-

Shin: Morishige? Are you alright?

To Shin's horror, blood begins to pour from the door's entrance. Fear etched on his face as he saw something on the floor.

It was a corpse.

Shin pulled out his phone and shined it on the corpse.

His eyes went wide....

....It was Morishige.

He had a large gash on his head where he was attacked. His glasses were now broken and most of his brain matter was everywhere. The brunt instrument that attack him was a sledgehammer.

Shin: M-Morishige....NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! (N-No! This can't be happening! Morishige! We could've been friends!!)

Then Shin saw Yoshikazu come out of the shadows holding the bloody sledgehammer and step on what's left of Morishige's face.

Shin looked in horror as Yoshikazu look at him with those blood-shot eyes and growled at him. The assaliant charge at him.

Shin only had one thought in his head.

RUN!!!!!
