I am always trapped in my head - in my own thoughts.

I try so hard to connect the dots, but I just can't.

Even if I condemn my mind to silence for a while, my thoughts always find a way to escape. They run rapidly from place to place.

Once they've escaped, I always fail to collect them all.

Then, when I open my mouth to speak, my words are abnormal and foreign.

I myself cannot comprehend them.  😶
