i know you've been through a lot, there are challenges and breakdowns in life that you and God only knows, you've been hiding that pain in your smiles,
you've been deceiving people from your silent tears with your laughs behind those i'm okay, tells that you need someone to stay,

there are people that condemns you with their gaze and hurtful words,
and you've been proving them you're worthy of their praises and attentions, you showed them you're independent every time you say you can handle things when the truth is,
you're just hiding the storm in your head that scream for help for you only need someone to rely on

i know it's hard to be consistently good at something when people have seen you accomplish things with grace when you're still a kid,
and i know you have a lot to complain about your struggles in life but you chose not because you're not the only one who's suffering

you taught yourself to be grateful even the world is harsh to you,
even the people is mean to you and even there are times that they neglect and ignore you
but, as i have been always reminding you...

it's okay, hurtful people, words, things and memories are meant to be that way,
it's okay to laugh when people see and cry when people don't,
it's okay to be countlessly get hurt and get blame for the things that you didn't do because...
He can see you

above everyone else that you wanted to tell how tired you are,
there is always one person where you don't have to open your mouth to tell him what's wrong because the sadness in your eyes, the heaviness in your hearts tells it all,

you don't need to tell a lie to ask for help,
