Only heed prophecy if it lines up with the Bible and remember that the Bible is absolute truth. Anything contradicting it is a lie. If a spirit reveals anything to you, test it with the Bible. Check out 2 Thessalonians 2, Matthew 7:15-23.  Even when the message you receive lines up with the Bible, know that the Bible has already forewarned us of all kinds of evil and disaster that are coming and will continue to the end of this world.
