°· Chat Noir Strikes Again ·°
As he landed on her balcony, he spotted the flower he had given to her. It wasn't shriveled- or dehydrated. It was very much the opposite, it's petals were as bright as ever- and a bead of water tricked down a petal.
Chat smiled to himself. His gaze flicking to her trap door, with one last glance at the plant- his knuckles rasped against the hatch with ease, he peered into the room. Only spotting a pink bed.
His ear flicked in annoyance- since there was no response. Immediately, he pierced open the door and landed onto her bed. Examining the room.
"Why did I expect her to be in here? She's an active teenager- she doesn't spend her life crammed in her room." He scolded himself, before skidding onto the floor.
His gaze immediately flicked to her diary- which was sitting there, in a case. He smirked, reaching to grab it. Suddenly, the case clamped around his hand- making him gasp.
He heard footsteps, racing up the stairs. "I'll get it mom!" Marinette called, he saw the door knob twist- and Immediately- he hid himself under her desk. Eyes wide.
"Where did my diary go.. What if the word gets out about Chat Noir!?" She suddenly screeched, making the boy stifle a chuckle.
A few minutes after looking, she raced back down the stairs- yelling. "I can't find it!" This was his chance. He climbed onto her bed and lifted himself out of her room, before glancing at his hand.
"Why am I so unlucky?" He snapped at himself- groaning in dismay as he flung himself towards his house. He landed on his floor, refusing to the close the window just yet as he attempted to pry the box off his hand.
"Why won't it come off?" He snarled, breath hitching as his eyes furrowed in frustration. He suddenly paused. Plagg can phase through things, right?
He smirked, staring at the white and pink box as he opened his mouth to call his transformation back- but he was cut off by a blood curling scream. Normally, he would shrug it off- but the tone sounded so familiar. Then it hit him.
Marinette
His eyes widened, and without hesitation- he was out the window, heading towards a small alley as he perched himself on the edge of the room.
The attacker had a silver knife, and had cut a deep wound in her side. Chat Noir watched as blood seeped her clothes, before leaping down onto the the man. Clawing his face with one claw.
Marinette watched, eyes glossy from tears, and eyes red with pain. She let out desperate cries, clutching her side.
Immediately, the attacker was brutally injured- holding a silver knife to the man's neck, Chat stared intensely. Obvious hostility on his face.
"D-don't!" Marinette sniffled, making Chat Noir turn his attention towards her. Was she serious.
"Marinette, as much as I love how kind and selfless you are- this fifthly excuse for a man hurt you." The boy snarled, knife still pressed to the man's neck as he begged for mercy.
"C-chat.. Please don't!" She sniffled, gasping as she clutched her side. His tail lashed furiously- before he turned his attention back to the man.
"Let's play a game of hide and seek. I find you, you die." He hissed harshly, standing up and shoving the man away. He nodded his head furiously- scrambling away.
Immediately, he cupped the sides of the woman's face and brought her head towards him, pecking her forehead. "Shh.." He wrapped his arms around her, the case tapped her back- her eyes widened.
She grabbed his arm and examined it, fury clouding her eyes. "Chat." She scowled in annoyance- eyes still red from tears. He shushed her, wrapping his arms around her once more and flinging himself onto her balcony.
As she opened her mouth to speak, she was cut off with ease. "Right now I need to attend to your wounds. Where is them key?" He mumbled, dropping them onto her bed.
The woman sniffled, before lifting up her pillow and revealing a small- Ladybug shaped key. He reached for it, before slamming it into the small key-hole and twisting it. Determined to help her.
A placed the box with the diary inside it beside her. "Lay down, it'll keep the blood in." He mumbled. Pressing her back against the bed as she winced in pain. He raced into her bathroom, soon finding alcohol.
He brought it into her room with some toilet paper- before climbing back onto her bed. "Lift up your shirt." He commanded, obviously serious.
Hesitantly, she lifted up her shirt. Revealing a deep wound Chat could only wince at. He dabbed some of the toilet paper into the alcohol, before lifting Marinette's bedsheet up to her mouth- who bit it.
"This is going to hurt, princess." He pressed the toilet paper against her wound- making her cry out in furious pain.

The wound was bandaged, he sighed in relief. Glancing up unsteady girl. "It's okay princess." The criminal rasped, kissing her temple.
She sniffled, wrapping her arms around him, careful with her new wound.
"Be careful m'lady." He mumbled, burying his face into her neck as she hugged him tighter.
"You specialize in creating wounds- not patching them up.. Why did y-" He pressed his finger to her lips, silencing her.
"Curiosity harmed the princess." He chanted, she stroked his hair, making him purr softly.
"Thank you." She mumbled softly, directing it towards his ear.
"Of course."
