*Mielle's PoV*

The second day of training went well, i never thought that they could all be that serious when it comes to basketball.

Up until now, Kyle's tweet about me as the captain's cousin is still trending. Naiinis na nga si Alexandrei sa mga notifications na natatanggap nya, good thing naka-deactivate ako.

Just what I've expected, dumami nga yung mga hate posts about me. Alexandrei even told me na may nakita syang page na puro pambabash sa akin ang laman. Great, just great.

"Pahinga muna Captain!" Gabby said.

Nasa may basketball court kami, hapon na pero nagte-training pa rin sila. They are all exhausted and may konsensya naman ako kaya naaawa ako sa kanila.

"Call it a day Alexandrei, let them rest" i said.

Hindi pa pumapayag yung captain pero bumagsak na sila sa sahig dahil sa pagod.

"Grabe! Akala ko madali lang yung training kasi wala si coach, hindi pala" Kyle said.

"You still have to run 15 lapses, bastard" the beast said.

It's his punishment, i don't pity him though, Kyle deserves it for being an arse. Palabas na ako ng basketball court when Alexandrei called me.

"Saan ka pupunta?" He asked.

I rolled my eyes.

"Dyan lang" i answered.

"Saan?" He asked again.

I didn't answer him, umalis na lang ako. Siguro naman pwede na ulit ako maglibot sa rest house.

I really want to swim pero hindi ako pinayagan ni Alexandrei. Gusto ko din mag-surfing and again, hindi ako pinayagan ni Alexandrei.

Alex told me na masaya daw mag-surf and i so damn want to try it! Tsk.

I went to the sea side and watch the waves hit the sea shore.

It's so refreshing here, so calm and relaxing. Gusto ko rin ng rest house sa tabing dagat. Bumalik ako sa loob ng rest house para kunin yung isa ko pang camera.

"Don't go anywhere far from here" Alexandrei said.

Nakaupo na sila sa couch at nagpapahinga.

"Baka maligaw ka na naman Mielle ah" Thor said.

"Hindi naman siguro" i answered.

Lalabas na sana ako ng rest house but the beast stopped me, humarang sya sa daanan ko.

"Don't do anything stupid" he said tapos umalis ulit.

What the hell?! I ignore his remark. Tsssss 'don't do anything stupid'. I can handle myself!

Naglakad lakad lang ako, i also took pictures of the scenery.

Umupo ako sa buhanginan. I'm so glad that I'm free but there's something missing. I shook my head, wala namang pakialam yung parents ko sa akin, so why bother think about them? Tutal masyado naman silang busy, they didn't even bother to find me.

Tumayo ulit ako. I started walking and looking around, took pictures again. Photography keeps me calm.

Umabot na ako sa part kung saan medyo may mga puno na.

I was busy taking shots then it started raining.

"What the?" I said.

I run as fast as i could just to save my camera from being soaked. Hindi ko na alam kung nasaan ako! Fck my life! Naliligaw na naman ako!

*Clyde's PoV*

That girl. Why do i feel like she's in trouble again?

"Ano ba Gabby? Kanina ka pa di mapakali dyan" Ken asked.

Kanina pa pabalik-balik ng lakad si Gabby, medyo nakakahilo na pag tinignan mo.

"Captain, si Mielle?" Gabby asked.

Hinila na ni Thor si Gabby paupo sa couch. Nasa sala kaming lahat nagpapahinga, mas nakakapagod pala pag si Drei yung nagpatraining. Tsssss.

"Baka nasa tabing dagat lang yun" Alex answered.

I doubt it. Ang lakas talaga ng kutob ko na maliligaw na naman yun.

Drei fished his phone in his pocket, tatawagan nya siguro si Mielle.

"Damn it!" He said then he got up.

"Bakit?" I asked.

"Out of coverage area" he answered.

Napatingin kami sa rookie na kakapasok lang.

"Si Mielle?" Gabby asked.

"Wala sa labas" he answered.

"Dapat may tracking device yun eh" Alex suggested.

"I actually downloaded an application on her phone, it can help tracking her" sabi ni drei.

Ngayon hindi lang si Gabby yung napapraning, also Drei.

"Paano?" Thor asked.

"Hanapin na natin si Mielle, magdidilim na oh" sabi ni Ken.

"Wait, i'll just check my phone. I also downloaded that app" sabi ni drei.

Kinalikot nya yung phone nya, while i'm also busy on phone. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ko dina-download yung tracking app na yun sa phone ko, ano naman kung nawawala na naman yung devil na yun? I shouldn't care right?

"I deleted the app" sabi ni drei na medyo nahihiya pa yung loko. Tsk.

"Ang galing galing naman" sabi ni Alex.

"Kyot mo captain, paano natin hahanapin yung pinsan mo?" The rookie asked.

Agad akong tumayo sa couch nung matapos yung download ng app.

"Oh, san ka pupunta?" Nakangising tanong ni Alex.

Damn this man, pang-asar eh.

"Magccr ako, sasama ka?" Bored na tanong ko.

Hindi ko na sya hinintay na sumagot, mabilis akong umalis sa sala at pumunta sa room.

I make sure na naka-lock yun ng maayos para hindi makasunod sa akin yung mga gunggong na yun.

"Now how does this thing works?" Tanong ko sa sarili ko habang kinakalikot yung phone ko.

Gumawa muna ako ng account sa tracking app na yun.

"Come oooooooon" i said to my phone.

Seryoso, hindi ko alam kung bakit ako nagkakaganito. Why would i download that app? Why would i make an account? Why do i care? Do i really care?

*ting!*

Activated na yung account ko, now where is that devil?

"Fck! Bakit ayaw gumana?!" seriously naiinis na ako.

Is my gps working?

Kailangan ba ng signal para gumana to?

Paikot-ikot na ako sa kwarto pero wala pa rin! Damn this app! Damn that devil!

Napahinto ako sa pagpapaikot-ikot nung makadetect ako ng gumagamit din ng app na malapit sa lugar ko.

"Binggo" bulong ko.

Mabilis kong kinuha yung hoodie ko tsaka tumakbo palabas ng kwarto.

"Oh anong nangyari?" Tanong ni Thor.

Hindi ko sila pinansin at sinuot ko na lang yung hoodie ko.

"Umuulan, Clyde!" Drei said.

Still, i didn't listen. Kahit sinisigawan na nila ako hindi ko sila nililingon instead i run as fast as i could. All i know is that, i must find that devil. I don't know why? But i feel like I'm responsible of her actions. Tssss.

Ever since that day, on the cliff. Pakiramdam ko i always have to save her.

"Sht!" I cursed.

Mas lalong lumalakas yung ulan. Damn it!

Tinignan ko ulit yung phone ko. Malapit na ako eh, san ba sya nagpunta para sumilong?

Takbo lang ako ng takbo, halos hindi ko na makita yung daan dahil sa dilim at lakas ng ulan. Baka basang basan na sa ulan yung devil na yun.

Tumigil ako sa pagtakbo. It's useless, madilim na talaga, kahit pa naka-on yung flash ng phone ko, ang dami pang mga puno parang nasa gubat ako.

"Devil!" sigaw ko.

What was i thinking? Alam ba nyang tinatawag ko syang ganon?

"Mielle!" sigaw ko ulit.

"Mielle!"

"MIELLE!"

i kept on running and running until i found an abandoned house. Inilawan ko yung pinto and it's partly open. Baka nandito yung devil na yun.

Naglakad ako papasok and out of frustration napamura na lang ako. Biglang namatay yung phone ko.

"Damn it!"

Hindi waterproof yung phone ko! Ngayon pa namatay kung kailan kailangan ko ng ilaw. Tssss.

Pumasok pa rin ako sa loob, kahit wala akong makita. I kept on walking until i hit something at may nabasag.

"Sht"

I heard someone said.

Napatingin ako sa pinanggalingan ng boses, may nakita akong ilaw it must be coming from a phone.

"S-stop right t-there!" she said.

She's here.

Lumapit pa ako, hindi ba nya ako nakikita? May ilaw na nga sya eh.

"I said s-stop!" she commanded.

I did stop.

"J-just let me stay h-here" she said, i can hear fear in her voice. Wow.

I sighed.

"Devil" i said.

I heard her gasped.

"Beast?" She asked.

Lumapit na ako sa kanya, nakaupo sya sa sulok, yung mukha lang nya yung naiilawan. I can clearly see her face covered with fear.

Inilawan nya ako. I heard her sighed tapos binalik na nya yung ilaw sa mukha nya and then her fear was gone, she's back to her emotionless face.

"I told you not to do anything stupid, right?" I asked.

"Kasalanan ko bang umulan ng malakas?" She asked back.

"Dapat hindi ka lumayo sa rest house" i said.

"I did" she said.

"Then how did you get here? Ang layo na nito sa rest house" i asked.

"Uhmm maybe because i ran" she said, sarcastically.

Great. Ang ganda ng sagot nya. I grabbed her phone tapos inilawan ko sya to see if she's soaked in rain, good thing she's not, I'm the one who's soaking wet.

Tinanggal ko yung hoodie ko at naupo sa tabi nya. Malakas pa rin yung ulan, maybe we should stay here for a while.

"How did you find me?" She plainly asked.

I cringed at the thought of what i did a while ago, up until now i don't know why i downloaded the app in the first place.

"You're welcome" i said.

Pwede ko namang sabihin kila Drei na nakita ko na yung pinsan nya but i didn't, instead ako mismo yung lumabas para hanapin yung devil na to. Tsk.

Pinikit ko na lang yung mata ko.

I can feel her moving, napakalikot hindi mapakali. Damn it.

"Could you please stop moving" i said.

Hindi sya sumagot at tumigil na nga sya sa paglilikot.

Maya-maya, tumigil na yung ulan. Humina na, i guess? Tumayo ako at pinagpagan yung likod ko.

"Stay here, babalik muna ako sa rest house para kumuha ng payong at sasabihin ko din kila Drei na nakita na kita" i said.

"You should've bring an umbrella before you came here in the first place" she said.

This devil is so annoying! Why don't she just thank me?

Nagulo ko yung buhok ko dahil sa inis.

"Geez, hindi ko naisip yun. That's why babalik ako para kumuha, umuulan pa so stay here" i said.

She rolled her eyes at me.

"Hindi ka sana nabasa kung nagdala ka ng payong, stupid" she said.

What the hell is wrong with her? Sya na nga yung tinutulungan ko tapos tinawag pa nya akong stupid! I should've brought an umbrella pero dahil sa nagmamadali ako thinking that she maybe lost somewhere hindi ko na naisip na magdala ng payong!

Such an ungrateful devil.

Hindi ko na sya pinansin at tinalikuran ko sya, bahala sya dyan. Kung pinaalis na nya ako baka nakabalik na ako dala yung payong na pinaglalaban nya. Tssssss.

"Don't" she said habang hawak yung kamay ko.

Napalingon ako sa kanya, she's still wearing her emotionless face but her eyes-- parang katulad nung nasa bangin kami, parang maiiyak na sya but there are no tears.

"Please don't leave me here, it's too dark. I can't see" she said.

Flashback~~

"It was nice meeting you, lulu" i said.

"It's Louisse, not lulu" she said on a bored tone.

I couldn't help but laugh. I'm glad i met her in this hospital, at least hindi na ako mabobore pag sinasamahan ko si mommy. She's been working on the design of the new hospital with the engineers. That's why I'm here.

"It's just the same, lulu. I should go ahead, magpahinga ka na" i said.

Aalis na sana ako but she grabbed me by the hand.

"Don't" she said.

I laughed and faced her, nakayuko sya.

"Babalik naman ako bukas and then we'll play again just like we did today" i said.

Inangat nya yung tingin nya sa akin, she's crying.

"Please don't leave me here, it's too dark. I can't see" she said as she cry.

She can't see? I glanced at the window, maliwanag pa and may ilaw naman.

She can't see. It's too dark. She's blind.

I wipe here tears away.

"I won't leave you. I will be the sun and you will be the moon, i shall provide you light so you can shine through the dark" i said.

End of flashback~~

I don't know how long did i held my breath.

Napatingin ako sa kanya. She's not crying, she's not her.

"Please don't leave me here, it's too dark. I can't see"

She's not lulu. Impossible.

I sighed and closed my eyes out of frustration and then i saw her, i saw lulu begging for me not to leave her and then i open my eyes, i saw this devil asking me the same thing.

I held her hands so tight and sat in front of her. I looked straight into her eyes and for a moment, i was lost because of those pair of emerald green orbs staring back at me.

"I won't leave you"
