"Oi Clyde, paturo mag surf"

"Damn! Gusto ko makitang naka swimsuit si Mielle!"

Damn them! Who said that?!

Why are they talking about me? Why am i eavesdropping?

"May dala bang swimsuit yun?"

"Mukhang wala"

"Sht feel ko ang sexy nya talaga at sobrang hot kapag naka two piece"

What the hell?!

"What are you doing here?" Alexandrei asked.

I shushed him quiet, mukhang naguguluhan sya.

*blag!*

Nabigla ako sa kung anong bumagsak.

"What's going on?" Whispered by Alexandrei.

"I don't know" i whispered.

Yeah, we actually look stupid outside the kitchen, listening to what they are talking about. Which is actually me.

"Ah may naisip akong idea para makita natin yung sexyness at hotness nya"

"Who?" Alexandrei asked.

"Obviously" i answered and rolled my eyes at him.

"Dapat malapit sya sa pool, tapos maghahabulan tayo tapos mababangga ko sya tapos mahuhulog sya sa pool then boom, babakat na yung shirt nya"

"Bastards" he said a bit annoyed.

We continued listening.

"Oo nga"

"Siguro sobrang hot nya"

"Grabe dream girl"

"Sexy na nga tapos magaling pa sa kama"

"What the hell?!"

I'm fuming mad and i badly want to drag that person to hell for him to see how hot i am. Damn him! Damn them!

"Calm down" i said through gritted teeth.

"Binabastos ka na nila" he said.

I grabbed his hand to stop him from entering the kitchen. Baka makapatay sya or me, i might also kill them.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

"Damn dude! Ano paunahan tayo? Ipupusta ko yung sasakyan ko. Kapag nauna kang maikama si Mielle, sayo na yung trailblazer ko. Pag natalo ka naman, akin na yung montero mo"

"Deal, HAHAHAHAHA"

"Tangina"

He's mad and i am too. When Alexandrei starts cursing in tagalog, you should be scared.

"Nasan ba sila Gabby?" He asked.

"Gawin na muna natin yung sa pool"

*blag!*

"DUDE WHAT THE FCK!?"

Alexandrei was about to enter but i stopped him again.

"Don't" i said.

"I'll punish them all" he said.

Really? I would want to punch them in the face and i also want to kick their balls--so hard that they'd just wish to die instead.

"Tangna muntik ka na mamatay Kyle!"

That's it, hindi ko na napigilan ni Alexandrei.

"ANO BA CLYDE? MAY PROBLEMA BA?"

I followed him, they were so quiet. May patay na ba?

"Tsk! Dude, ayusin mo buhay mo"

Alexandrei stopped walking and so did i.

"Si Mielle ba?"

Napatingin sa akin si Alexandrei, he motioned me to enter the kitchen first.

"Back off"

I heard the beast said, as we enter the kitchen.

Silence filled the atmosphere, it's like some angel passed by or something. No one dared to speak, not even Alexandrei.

I saw a knife buried on the wall, what just happened here?

I glanced at them, parang nakakita ng multo yung mga rookie when our eyes met. i think i know who's the culprit.

"You heard what Clyde said-- back off" Alexandrei broke the silence.

"Oh--oooooh. I smell parusa here" pangaasar ni Alex.

"Out of the kitchen. Now" i plainly commanded.

I have no right to command them and bawal akong magsungit, i have to be nice but damn these people!

We went to the sala quietly. I sat beside Alexandrei.

"She heard everything" Alexandrei said.

Napatingin sila sa akin. I kept my emotionless face but deep down, I'm so mad.

"These bastards don't know the word respect" Thor said.

"Parusahan yung mga lokong yan" Gabby said.

"Patakbuhin ng naka hubad" Alex suggested.

"Swimming ng naka hubad" Ken also suggested.

One of the rookies laughed. Natutuwa pa sya? Well ako hindi.

"Listen, she's different from the girls you've fcked. Treat her the way you treat your mother or sister" the beast said.

Napatingin sila sa kanya, he's standing behind me.

I look up to him and surprisingly he's looking down on me, una syang umiwas ng tingin.

"Next time na makarinig ako ng pambabastos tungkol sa devil na to, tatama na talaga yung kutsilyo sa bungo nyo" he coldly said.

Napatingin ako sa kanila, gulat na gulat sila sa sinabi ng beast na to, kahit ako nagulat pero wait did he just call me 'devil'?

"Dude, nililigawan mo ba si Mielle?" Kyle asked.

Lahat sila nakatingin kay beast except me, what kind of question is that?!

"Hindi" the beast said.

"Gusto mo ba sya?" Gabby asked.

I can feel the tension in the atmosphere, this is the first time i saw Gabby in his serious mode, mostly lagi syang nakangiti.

"Hindi" the beast answered.

I don't know why i got offended by his answer. Damn!

"Eh ano yung 'back off'?" The rookie asked.

"Gusto mo bang ipatapon kita pabalik ng elementary para malaman mo yung ibig sabihin ng respeto?" Inis na tanong nung beast.

Natahimik kaming lahat.

"Back off means you're already hitting below the belt, she's a lady that needs to be respected. Clyde respects her and i was expecting that you would do the same, nakalimutan ko isa't kalahating gago pala kayo" Alexandrei said.

The captain has spoken, hindi tuloy makaimik yung mga rookie.

"Tingin ko dapat si Mielle na lang mag-decide ng parusa" Alex suggested.

Actually may naisip na nga ako eh, i saw something while i was checking the rest house, i think perfect yun for their punishment.

"My pleasure" i said.

Their forehead creased, i got up from the couch and motioned them to follow me, which they actually did.

Habang naglilibot ako kanina, nakita ko yung basketball court and gym. The rest house is so big at may sarili rin itong boxing ring.

"Woah! Pwede ba tayo dito?" Ken asked.

"Ang yaman ni coach" Thor said.

"Ang ganda ng gym, may boxing ring pa talaga" Alex said.

They all look at me as if they're asking me kung anong gagawin ko?

"I'm a nice person" i said as i pick up the boxing gloves.

They're just watching me, mukhang hahayaan ako ni Alexandrei kung anong gusto kong gawin.

"Hate me all you want, i don't care pero yung babastusin ako at narinig ko pa? Man, it's a different story, i won't let that pass" i said then I'm all set for their punishment.

"Anong gagawin mo?" Gabby asked.

"Captain, hindi na mauulit" the rookie said.

Alexandrei just laughed at them.

"Line up" the beast said at sinunod naman sya.

"Mahina lang suntok nyan, babae naman" i heard Kyle whispered.

Never ever underestimate me.

"I think we might need some cold compress later" Alexandrei said.

I stood in front of Kyle, nakipagtitigan pa sya sa akin as if he's saying that he's not scared. Umatras ako, preparing myself to punch him but i know he's expecting that so i decided to--

*bogsh*

"FCK!"

Kick his balls.

Napahiga sya sa sakit, that was not even my best kick! Tssss. I can smell the rookies fears.

"Sino nagsuggest ng pustahan?" I asked.

Tinuro nila yung isang rookie, bastard. I went straight to him and punch him right through his face. Isa isa ko ring sinikmuraan yung iba pang rookie. Ang ending? They are all lying on the ground dahil sa sakit.

Umalis na ako sa gym, baka hindi ko mapigilan yung sarili ko at mabugbog ko sila ng tuluyan.

I decided to lay down on the coach, dito din naman ako matutulog. I removed the gloves and closed my eyes.

Damn, sabi na nga ba't magkakagulo lang ang lahat eh. Every single time, i always fck everything up! I always end up ruining everything!

Hindi na ako nagisip ng kung ano, i just let myself sleep. Bahala sila dyan, bukas pa naman yung training.

Hours later~~

"Mielle"

The hell?! I get it! No need for repeating my name again and again.

"Yes" i said and i opened my eyes. I saw Gabby sitting on the floor.

I noticed the blanket on me. Who gave this?

"Thanks for the blanket" i said.

"It's from Clyde, i saw him put that blanket on you while you're asleep" he plainly said.

The beast? He's the one who gave the blanket? Really?

"Well thanks for waking me up, though" i said.

He smiled at me.

"Dinner time na, ang haba ng tinulog mo. By the way nasa sea side pala kami. Sumunod ka na lang" he said.

I nodded.

I stretch my arms and yawn, damn inaantok pa ako! Nagulat na lang ako nung may tumama na kung ano sa mukha ko.

"Hey!" I said.

Pagtingin ko sa hawak ko, shorts? Basketball shorts.

"Wear that" the beast said.

"Why would i do that?" I asked.

"Go on, wag mong suotin at wag ka ring magrereklamo pag nabastos ka ulit" he said before leaving me dumbfounded.

What's wrong with my denim shorts? I glanced at my shorts.

"Right, maiksi" i said to myself.

Sinuot ko na yung basketball shorts na lagpas pa sa tuhod ko then sumunod na ako sa sea side.

The beast is just in front of me, magkasunuran lang kami.

"Hi Mielle" Alex greeted me.

I just nodded.

"Mielle oh, kain na" Thor said.

"Nagpabili kami ng pizza, gusto mo yun di ba?" Ken asked.

He said the magic word. PIZZA.

"Yes, please" i said, damn i can feel my mouth watering.

"Mukhang pizza" i heard Alexandrei said.

I glared at him and sat beside him.

May bonfire sa gitna, naguusap sila. It looks like maayos na yung mga rookies.

"Mielle oh" Gabby said as he hand me a drink.

"Thanks" i said.

"Bakit mukhang close na close kayo?" Kyle asked, uupo sana sya sa tabi ko pero inunahan sya nung beast.

Now I'm in between Alexandrei and Beast. I feel guarded.

"Easy" Kyle said while laughing.

"Oi Mielle, kaninong shorts yang suot mo?" Alex asked while grinning.

"Ibang klase, oo na. Back off na kami, senpai" the other rookie said.

 I'm wearing the beast's basketball shorts! What the hell?!

"Gago" the beast said.

Hinayaan ko na lang silang magasaran at magusap. I decided to eat quietly.

Suddenly i felt like I'm out of place, i want to go back to the rest house but i can't because its too dark.

I poke Alexandrei's arms.

"I want to go inside" i said.

He nodded. He knows that I'm uncomfortable in the dark.

"Come on" he said, inalalayan nya ako patayo.

"Oi saan kayo pupunta?" Kyle asked.

"Ikaw captain ah, isusumbong na talaga kita sa girlfriend mo" the other rookie said.

"Clyde inaagawan ka" sabi nung isa pa.

"Gabby ok lang yan, marami ka namang chicks" sabi pa nung isa.

Seriously?!

Why are they exaggerating things? Masyado silang malisyoso!

"Eto si Captain, may pa-respect respect pang nalalaman. Gusto din namang makaisa" Kyle said.

*bogsh!*

"Gago ka talaga!" The beast shouted as he punch Kyle.

Inawat na nila Alex at Thor yung beast, but he just won't stop.

Ang gulo na ng lahat, Kyle is also fighting back. Nagsasapakan na sila and Alexandrei is just standing here beside me.

"Do something!" I said.

"Let them be, matagal ng naiinis si Clyde kay Kyle" he said.

Finally naawat din sila. Hawak ni Alex at Thor si beast. Si kyle naman hawak nung mga rookie.

"Gago ka! Ano makaisa?!" The beast asked.

Kyle spit blood from his mouth.

"Come on, Clyde. Alam kong alam mo yun. Gusto mo din di ba?" Kyle said.

"Tangna ka! Tinatanong mo kung bakit close kami sa devil di ba?" The beast asked.

Oh hell! So I'm the devil? Since when did he start calling me that?!

"She's the Captain's cousin, you airhead!" The beast said.

"What?!" Kyle asked.

"Pinsan sya ni Drei" Alex repeated.

Natahimik naman yung mga rookie, seriously? Ganon ba ka-big deal yun?

"Nakilala na namin sya bago pa magstart yung school year" Gabby added.

"Kaya ganon na lang pumayag si Captain na parusahan kayo ni Mielle" Ken said.

Hinila ako ni Alexandrei paupo sa buhangin.

"She's my cousin and she's like a sister to me, nung narinig ko yung kanina sa kitchen i was so mad and i think i can kill you that time that's why i let her do the punishment" Alexandrei said.

I can actually kill them if i wanted to. Ayoko lang makulong no.

"Ayoko lang may makaalam na magpinsan kami" i said.

They all look at me.

"Why?" The other rookie asked.

"I don't want everyone's attention at marami na akong haters ayoko ng madagdagan pa sila" i said.

Natahimik kami but a phone broke the silence, tunog yun ng tunog. Parang sunod sunod na notifications.

"Ano yun?" Thor asked.

"Hindi ko alam na bawal pa lang sabihin" Kyle said.

*bzzzt...bzzzt*

Alexandrei fished his phone inside his pocket.

"Damn" he said.

I snatched his phone and i think my life is about to change again once i step inside the university.

Isa-isa nilang kinuha yung phone nila, isa-isa din nilang binatukan si Kyle.

"Kakasabi lang" inis na sabi ni Alex.

"Anong gagawin namin sayo Kyle? Sakit ka sa ulo" Thor asked.

"What's done is done. She'll have to deal with it" the beast said.

I sighed and stared at Alexandrei's phone.
