A/N: Thanks for saying that you like the main idea of the story but I want to remind you all again that the main plot's credits go to chimcelle about the rocks and Jungkook's heroic personality ;)
By the way, I'm allowing translation requests in my stories, you can send me a private message and we could talk about it.
Oh and read another author's note in the end after this, i guess ;u;
September 19, 11:54 am
Jinshil repeatedly tapped on the surface of her desk, a frown formed by her eyebrows and her lips pressed in a tight line. All she could think of was the unknown relationship between Seolhee and Jungkook which she couldn't take off her mind ever since Jungkook starts talking about her.
Everything just goes around her head.
"Jinshil, what's with the deep thought? I know what you're thinking, right now. Seolhee is a freak, you couldn't let someone like her become your victim again, honey." Yeojung cacked from the seat and landed her hand on Jinshil's hand. The latter shot a glare at Yeojung and angrily swatted her hand away.
"Don't touch me, we aren't friends anymore." Jinshil said in an icy cold tone through her gritted teeth, "Can't you understand that I'm not the same girl from who I was before?"
Yeojung scoffed, "What do you mean? It's pretty obvious that you won Jungkook's heart because of your fake-ass personality. And now you're dragging Seolhee in your fake actions too? Come on girl, both of us know that you aren't a saint."
The tapping of Jinshil's fingers abruptly came into a stop and her heart skipped a beat after hearing Yeojung say those words. Anger started to build up inside of her, flowing through her veins, filling up her whole body. She furiously stood up from her seat, her chair making a small screeching noise and stormed towards the smirking Yeojung.
She then gave Yeojung a tight slap.
"You little bitch. Don't ever remind me of anything I've done in the past before. Stop prying with my business if you don't want to know what I can do to you." Jinshil rancorously blurted at the latter.
Yeojung wasn't surprised by her sudden attack and slowly stood up from her seat with a smug look on her face. "See? The tone, the choice of words, you haven't changed. Why is the queen Jinshil so worked up huh? It's because you can't handle the truth, you're a fake. Everyone was supposed to hate you until you put on that mask of yours."
Seething at the daring girl's words, she yelled, "I'm not a fake person! I fucking changed, can't you understand that?!" Jinshil's words came out as a whimper instead.
The whole class stayed still, all gazes directed towards the two, mouths shut and no sound coming out from any student in the room.
"Are you going to cry, huh, queen Jinshil? Once a plastic bitch, always a plastic bitch. We all know you're using Seolhee to make Jungkook like you even more." For some reason, arrows shot through Jinshil's heart the moment those words left Yeojung's mouth.
No, fucking no., Jinshil thought, Why does she think she knows everything?
"Yah! You two, no fighting." Il-na, the class president shouted in authority and stepped between the two girls, pushing them away from each other. Anger didn't stop boiling inside of Jinshil and continued to shoot daggers at Yeojung.
"Get your hands off of me." Jinshil sternly commanded Il-na and rudely removed the latter's hand away from her arm.
After a few seconds, the bell started to ring, indicating that the break has started. The students from the classroom jumped out from their seats in a split second and hurried their way towards the door. Jinshil groaned frustratingly and sat on her seat, her head on her palms and her elbows on the desk's cold surface.
Yeojung just gave Jinshil another smug look before taking her bag and leaving the classroom with poise. Jinshil was left alone with her mind filled with confused thoughts roaming around her head.
She shook her thoughts off after a while and rushed out of the classroom, shutting the door behind her.
Taking deep breaths, she entered the hallway, aiming towards the restroom to run off to. She wants to think a little more about herself and what's going on between Jungkook and Seolhee. But before reaching the restroom's door, that's when she saw Jungkook passing by.
"Jungkook." She called out without hesitation, making Jungkook turn around to her with a slightly confused look.
"Oh, Jinshil. What is it?" He casually asked, walking to her with his face painted with concern. Jinshil didn't reply for a moment and grabbed Jungkook's hand, subsequently dragging him away with her.
"Let's talk."
nam seolhee.
This day could be my very last day of living.
I haven't seen Jungkook all day and I waited until break to cross paths with him. I want to thank him so much for yesterday, and even if I'm dreading to go to school today I still forced myself to because I have a test and I wanted to see him so bad.
My wounds and my bruises still sting a bit even though I spent almost all night treating them alone. My longs sleeves and my high knee socks covered enough of what I've gotten from Donggyu yesterday. And acknowleding the fact that my mom wasn't at home yesterday, I snook into her room last night and stole some of her make-up products to help me conceal the blemishes on my face.
I can say that I'm afraid that if Donggyu finds me again, he could kill me but guess what? I don't think I'll give a fuck about it, as long as I'm given the chance to say thank you to Jungkook. I don't care about anything for now, really.
That's because until now, I don't think there's a point in living anymore, anyway.
I trudged my way to the hallway after class, my eyes fixed on my moving feet. I looked up after I felt a figure's presence walking past me. I then realized that it was Jungkook who walked past me and that's when my spirits had lifted. I was about to talk to him until I saw Jinshil talking to him all of a sudden.
She seems frantic and restless for some reason, and I just watched her hold Jungkook's hand and drag him to somewhere I don't know.
Do they know each other?
"Seolhee?" I then heard a familiar male's voice calling from behind me. Wondering who's calling me, I slowly turned around to the direction of the voice that called me. I then saw Jaeyong in there with a sheepish smile on his face.
"Looking for somebody?" He asked curiously in a cute tone, tilting his head to the side. I gave him a shy smile and shook my head.
"No.", I simply answered.
His gaze then dropped on my whole body. He scanned me from head to toe, making me a little nervous thinking if he finds out what happened to me last night. My heart skipped a beat when I saw his eyes widen. He immediately started rushing towards me in no time.
His eyebrows furrowed as he started moving the small pieces of hair that fell on the front of my face away and locked them behind my ear. I silently stared at his serious expression while he moves the rest of my hair behind me, getting a clearer view of my neck which I didn't conceal properly this morning.
"What happened?" He asked in a stern tone.
Crap.
I then noticed that his breath quickened in panic. He then grabbed my forearm which was full of scars that I thought was completely obscured by my long sleeve. But my mistake was wincing at the pain of his grip, which isn't even tight at all.
"Why are you wincing?" He asked, his expression now completely dead serious with a tinge of sincere concern. "I can't believe this, I know that something like this would happen but I didn't know it will be this bad. How about the rest of your body huh? Aren't they hurt too? Tell me, we'll bring you to the hospital."
My mouth gaped open when I heard the first sentence come out of his mouth. I subsequently released myself from his touch.
"What do you mean you didn't know it will be this bad? Does that mean you had an idea of what happened at the first place? And what do you mean by 'we'? Don't bring me to the hospital, Jaeyong, I don't want you to, I don't want to cause any trouble since I'm not that hurt anyway. But what is going om?" I asked with my fists clenched.
"I witnessed Donggyu kidnap you, Seolhee. Jinshil is my twin and we both tried to save you yesterday night but she found out that Jungkook came to rescue you after she called his phone." He truthfully explained. My eyebrows furrowed.
"What? You two are twins? And you both tried to save me but Jungkook came instead? Who's Jungkook to Jinshil, are they friends?" I continued to bombard him with questions.
He suddenly turned silent after mg questions and bowed his head down low. "Yes, my sister and I tried to save you." He said in a slightly sullen tone, "And also, Jungkook and Jinshil are dating."
And that's when I felt my heart ripping apart. What is this? Why don't I now about this?
Jeon Jungkook, why do I feel like you have lied to me?

So in the last update (ages ago) I asked for fanfic recommendations and I seriously got sooo many recommendations like it's not even funny. But I'm happy that I'll get to read so many in my free time, so thank you everyone for putting so much effort in recommending me all these masterpieces.
There are many of you who recommended Short Hair, Mr. Arrogant and 29 Days like lmao I've read those masterpieces way before all of you did.
And also people recommended me my own fanfictions as well, some of them of which I can't tell if they're doing it on purpose or not, but seriously I'm happy that you liked my books that much to even recommend them. 😭 I love you so much fam.
I'm also giving recognition to those lovely people who're confident enough to recommend their own stories! It's amazing how people are proud of their work, and I don't find it shameless at all TBH.
