We are finally at the epilogue of the book and I have completed it in the year 2019

Let the questions come!

1. How did you start with DMLD?

-'Dear Ms Lady Demigod' was the first work I produced. It was not made by constant thinking and knowledge, all it took for me to start writing this book was one DREAM!

The first chapter of DMLD came to me as a dream. And surprisingly, I remembered it when I woke up. Without wasting time, I jotted it down in a diary so that I don't forget it.

This happened when I was 14 years old. When I turned 15, I found that diary and the concept of DMLD which I just called- 'Draft 1'

After that started the real fun. I began thinking of the plot of the story in my mind. I literally became so hooked up at that small figment of my imagination that I was dying to share the story to the entire world!

All I needed was a platform for presentation-- Then I found Wattpad! Before joining Wattpad, I wanted to be sure and confident about whatever I was going to write. So, I started with my research. It took me literally three months to complete the research on demigods, Gods and then came an entirely new concept of 'Star spirits'

The good part was- I had prepared an amazing team by then. I met different people who readily accepted to work with me on this young project called 'Draft 1'

Until finally one day, my editor asked me to give it a name ! Honestly speaking, I'm very bad at names. So the first name I came up with was - "Draft 1 now a book"

I remember being a piece of mockery on the entire team for one week.
So, then I named it-

"Lady Demigod"

"Nah! Too plain," My editor tormented because he wanted a perfect name for my very first book.

"Then, the Gatekeeper"
"Too common,"
"The Star spirit and the demigod which later becomes a gatekeeper"

"You are supposed to give it a title not a catchphrase. And it's lame,"
"Then--The Gate?"
"Which Gate? Hey, take it seriously! Make it more classy,"

"O Then what should I name it? Dear Ms Lady Demigod?!"
"Hey, that's a nice one. DMLD for short"

The first chapter was lying there for around one month. The problem was that there weren't any reads on the book. It's always difficult to start.

My graphic designer said that she'd post some of the quotes of my books on her YouTube channel for gathering a small set of readers.
It's nice to have friends :))
I was told beforehand not to expect a lot. And I was ready. As long as there was even 1 reader, I was happy that my story was being read and appreciated by someone.

I wrote four chapters within the next one week. And soon we had readers--3 readers! I was so excited to write more and more. I was so happy when I saw people presenting their views about the story and voting for it.

And I was confident that the story was going on the right track. That's when the real DMLD started and we made till here ^_^

2. How did you come up with Vierne's character?

-Vierne's character was the most difficult to write as I had to show a growth and personality development as the chapters passed by in this particular character. I didn't have a reference because you hardly find anyone who has been a shut in for ten years. I had my sources only through certain psychological experiments carried out a child which I found on the Internet.

3. How long does it take for you to publish one chapter?

-One chapter usually takes one day to get to the readers. I take an hour to write it down, meanwhile, I send instructions to the artist. She takes another two hours to work on the art. If we need to add any music or video to the book, we have to inform our graphic designer at least one day ahead.

Then, we all forward our part of work to Yuri, my editor, who takes around one hour to edit the part and compile everything in one chapter.

We need to coordinate or it will mess up-- which is a nice thing because otherwise those people won't listen -_-

4. How long does it take you to complete a book?

-About half an year. I started this book in April but started regular updates around July so yeah half an year.

5.What kind of research do you do, and how long do you spend researching before beginning a book?

-I usually write books based on foreign countries. So I began by studying their culture, language, food, clothing, traditions, folklore, beliefs and then I move to more detailed study of the scenarios. On an average it usually takes about 2 months to produce a best of all that information.

6. Do you view writing as a kind of spiritual practice?

-Nah, it's just a hobby but it's relaxing and fun. It gets me friends and happiness and only very less things can do that. If you find a thing that makes you happy, never let it go.

7. What's the most difficult thing to write? Or do you even find anything difficult, you alien!

-I don't find it difficult ^_^
You need imagination that comes from within and not from others. Also-- I'm not an alien. I don't know what you're talking about~ ●~●

8. Do you hide any secrets in your books that only a few people will find?

-Oh yes, I do. I leave it to the readers to find out the meaning behind those words. It's a kind of word play, you can say. I hardly find anyone to get a secret but I'm glad when someone does. I'm glad some people are observant :-)

9. What does Sila actually mean?

-Sila means power. Everyone has a Sila-- You'll know that soon enough.

10. Are you actually as rude as Akagi in real life?

- Well, depends on how you are. I am the best or the worst person you'll meet-- You chose it.

11. Girl, you a feminist?

-No. I don't want to get into something so complex. I just believe that everyone should be treated equally irrespective of their genders- That's all. I don't want people to call you weak because you're a girl or treat you like crap because you're a boy. Your achievements have nothing to do with your gender but your personality.

Doing certain things doesn't make you gay and doing certain things doesn't make you masculine and not "girly". You are who you believe.

Feminism is bullshit because all it focuses upon is victimisation of women and blaming all males-- Even those who want to help. It just makes you feel pity for women- nothing more and nothing less. And being a woman (well currently a girl but someday, maybe) getting pity is so my style.

I planned to keep my gender anonymous but fuck -_-
