3 3 Might Hate Him

Lict woke up that morning and looked at Vierne. He remembered last night and radiated the golden yet again. 'Thank you, Milady. I know you did it because you knew I felt uncertain and precarious. But not anymore. I know what I feel towards you.' He got up from the bed and walked out of the room. He looked at the pantry but he saw that it was cleaned up already.

"I did it!" Melissa had pasted a note on the fridge. He smiled, "That wasn't really necessary but I appreciate it." He walked towards the garden with a bucket of water. He looked at the rising sun and poured the water upon himself. Then, he joined his hands in prayer.

'I like Milady. I like this relationship we are developing. It is comforting and serene. And I don't want to lose it. I hope Milady doesn't let me go when they come for me.' He picked up the bucket and walked inside the mansion. Then, he changed his clothes and did the laundry. He cleaned up the entire mansion with his magic. He tucked his white gloves as he stood inside the kitchen, "Alright, let's do it" He waved his hands, producing a stack of vegetables and meat.

He broke the eggs and fried them on the pan. He was fast and accurate with everything he did from chopping vegetables to adding spices and cutting meat. While the food was being prepared, he ran towards the dining room and smacked the table cloth to form a wave. The dust was removed and the cloth slowly started falling down. Till that time, he arranged the glasses and crockery. Then, he took the pot filled with soup and threw the soup in the air. As the soup rose up in the air, he took the bowls and swiftly slid them across the table. The bowls stopped at completely accurate spots and not even a drop of soup fell anywhere else but the bowls.

He arrayed the salad and packed the lunch. Finally, he arranged a huge flower pot at the centre. The table was dressed. Melissa was up by then.

"Could you water the flowers in the garden?" Lict requested.
"Oh, sure thing! I love gardening. It makes you sweaty and wet. Plus, bushes can be used for various things!"
"I...I'll go wake Milady up."

He walked up the huge staircase, like in Cinderella's fairytale and entered Vierne's room with a tray in his hand. He opened the window and lit up the entire room.
"Wake up, Milady. It's the morning." He whispered as he stood beside her bed. Vierne slowly opened her eyes and looked at him. He poured some tea into a cup and passed it to her.

"I have prepared the bath, why don't you wash before breakfast?" Lict smiled.
"I will," She sipped the tea. She felt good that morning. Like her body was lighter than usual and her skin was glowing.
"Hey Lict, do you feel better than usual today?"
"Yes. I feel lighter and stronger."
"Likewise! I wonder why that is?"

"Because when we sleep together, we exchange energies and that benefits both of us."
"In that case, we should sleep together more often."
"I don't mind it."

Akagi was sleeping soundly on his bed, with his laptop beside him. He had just gone to bed an hour ago. Melissa was watering the flowers of the rose garden. She decided to play a bit and threw the water on the dried fountain and curled up in all directions. As the dust from the fountain poured down as mud, something shone brightly in the sun. It pierced her eyes and she moved towards it. It seemed like a mirror. She pulled it away from the fountain and realised that it was attached to a chain. She washed it under the running water. After it was cleaned properly, it shone bright golden and blue. It was a silver necklace with a small, blue rectangle attached to it. It had something written on it but she couldn't read it.

"Melissa," Lict said.
"Yes!" She hid the necklace behind her and turned back.
"The breakfast is laid. Ask Akagi to come to have food,"
"Roger!" She said and ran inside the mansion. She opened the door to Akagi's room and jumped on him. She hugged him tightly and rolled with his body on the bed "How is your morning?!" She shrieked.

He groaned and got up, disturbed. His eyes were puffy and red and his black bed hair covered his forehead and his eyes, "I give you ten seconds to explain to me why I shouldn't kill you?"
"Because you need sex and I am ready for it."

Vierne and Lict heard a gunshot. Melissa lay dead in her blood while Akagi started putting his clothes on. He looked at her hand. She held a necklace. He pulled it away from her and looked at it. It looked antique and old. But it wasn't rusty, "Seems like palladium."
"The blue part is palladium, the silver part is platinum," Melissa said as she got up.
"Where did you find it?"
"The rose garden. It was buried under all the dust on the fountain."

Akagi looked at the blue rectangular piece. It had something written over it but he couldn't read it. It was a language he didn't know. It was Latin.
"What do we do, Milord?"
"Let's deal with it later," Akagi kept it inside his drawer, "For now our priority is Lict."
"Understood, Milord. Now then, should I give you a quick blowjob to wake you up?"

Vierne and Lict heard another gunshot.
"They sure are lively today." Lict passed some salt to Vierne.
"I wonder, why don't star spirits die by the hands of their masters?"
"Because our bodies aren't real. You have made us and so you can't destroy us. But guess what, we can kill you."
"Scary."
"Yeah."

Akagi walked down to the dining room, yawning and stretching his arms.
"Did you sleep well, Lord Akagi?"
"Wrong question. It's—Did you sleep, Akagi? The answer is a big, fat no." Akagi poured some vodka into the cereal.
"Your answers are like your dick. And I like both of them." Melissa said.

"I am officially disgusted," Lict said.
"Count me in," Akagi said.

After breakfast, they all headed out to the school. Aleksei met Akagi in the hallway.
"Dobroye utro, (Tn//Good morning)" Akagi greeted.
"We need to talk," Aleksei said.
"Well, this morning suddenly grew very bad."
"I am serious."

"The last we met, you were Aleksei. Chose one name—Serious or Aleksei"
"...Did you not sleep tonight?"
"Bingo! How did you know?"
"You're annoying when you're running on low sleep."
"You might be talented as fuck—Because you are annoying all the time, without any terms or conditions like low sleep."

"Akagi,"
"Alright, what is it?"
"I thought that I could give Lict physical protection by using amulets. Call him to the nurse's office after this class is over. I'll put the amulet on him."
"Alright, I'll do that. See ya."

"Akagi," Akagi turned towards him, "Keep Melissa away from him. You know curses are infectious."
"I know. I'll keep that in mind." He fetched some hot water from the staff room, walked towards the class and opened the door. A paper plane landed near his feet and all the noise calmed down. He closed the door and crushed all the planes in his way, pretending they didn't exist. He kept all his books on the podium and switched on the slides, "Today, we'll talk about curses. Something that I relate to ever since I met you, twerps."

"He is mood" Slavik whispered to Vierne.
"He's in a bad mood," Galkin said.
Akagi sipped his hot water and looked at the slide, "Curses are given when any magical being breaks a rule or commits a sin basically like jail becomes the home of humans that break rules. They are of three types—Degenerative, congenital and chronic. Chronic is the one that is like—I curse you that you won't be able to shit anymore."

Galkin coughed.
"That's nasty." Slavik laughed.
"Nothing worse than that will happen. Even after hundreds of years, nothing will change. You can't shit anymore but that does not mean you'll lose your asshole. Getting my point?"
"Yes, uchitel!" Slavik shouted while Vierne wrote this example in her notes.

"The next is a degenerative curse. That will cause your death because it grows worse and worse as it ages. And the third one is the congenital one—This is the curse you're born with."
"Is that even possible."
"Sadly yes. Some children are cursed before they are even born."

"That's sad," Galkin said.
"Also, there's no cure to a curse, you live with it and die with it. Any questions?"
"Uchitel, what is the most dangerous curse?"
"It's called 'Wrath of the gods" and it's given only when you commit the greatest sin of all."

"And that is?" Akagi looked at Lict.
"Kill a gatekeeper," Lict glared at him and Vierne noticed it.

'You don't like lord Akagi, do you?' She thought.

"I might just hate him."
