Dear Juliet,

Juliet was driving like an manic in Derek's car. Driving to catch up with Derek.

"Faster." Stiles told her as he looked behind. "Much faster." They are being followed by Kate Argent. Juliet decided to go faster.

"She's catching up!" Scott yelled at Juliet.

"You don't think I see that!" she told him. "If I go any faster, I'll kill us all."

"Well, if you don't go faster, she's gonna kill us!" Juliet shook her head and went even MORE faster. "They're gone." Juliet looked back and saw nothing. Stiles pulled out the walkie-talkie.

"All units, suspect is on foot heading into the iron works." They made it and she stopped the car. Derek came in running in the car and she stepped on it again.

"What part of laying low don't you understand?" Scott yelled a Derek.

"Damn it, I had him!"

"Who, the alpha?"

"Yes! He was right in front of me, and the freaking police showed up." Derek started to scream.

"Oh, hey, they're just doing their jobs..."

"Yeah thanks to someone who decided to make me the most wanted fugitive in the entire state." She knew Derek was looking at her.

"Seriously get past that I said sorry million times. I made a dumbass mistake they get it okay." Juliet told him.

"All right. How did you find him?"

"Can you at least trust us?" Scott told Derek. "listen I know you're dating my sister but come on! Just trust us for at least half a second."

"Yeah both of us." Stiles repeated. "Or just them. I'll be back here."

"Look, the last time I talk to my sister, she was close to figuring out something. She found two things. The first was a guy name Harris."

"our chemistry teacher?" Stiles said out of nowhere.

"Why him?" Scott asked.

"I knew something was wrong with him." Juliet told them.

"I don't know yet."

"What's the second?" Derek pulled out a piece of paper and showed it to Scott and Stiles

"Some kind of symbol. What? You know what this is?" I'm guessing he told Scott.

"I seen it on a necklace. Allison's necklace." Scott hit his hands in the back of her seat. Juliet speed up more.

Juliet decided not to go to school. She lied that she had really bad cramps. She stayed in her room and waited for Derek. She got a text from him saying that he's outside. She grabbed her stuff and headed out.

"Hey."

"Hey." she said as she got in his car. They drove off. "Can I tell you something?"

"If it's about you making me-"

"No it's not and I'm really sorry for that."

"Than what is it?" She bit her thumb.

"When I thought you were dead, I kissed someone." they stopped at a red light. Juliet couldn't look at him. "I never meant for it to happen, it just the full moon and I wasnt thinking straight." She kept blabbering on. "It was a stupid kiss, that meant nothing. It was Isaiah, he is a complete idiot!"

"Look at me." She shook her head, but with his fingers, he turned her head.

"I feel so stupid for that. I can't believe that I did that."

"It's okay. I believe you." With her teared up eyes, she kissed him.

"It won't happen again, I promise you." She gave him a small smile. He grabbed her hand and they intertwine them together. They spent the day waiting for Stiles to get out of school. She got a text from my mom if she could come over to the hospital ASAP. "Can you drop me off at the Hospital?"

"Uh sure. Why they need you?"

"Yeah. My mom said that I need to make a lot of reports."

"Fine." They drove to the hospital. "Text me if anything happens."

"I would call you instead. Bye." She got out the car but he pulled me back for another kiss.

"Just be careful." She nodded and  got out and went to the front door.

"Hey." Her mom said as she saw her come from the door. "Come on, you have a lot of work to do."

"Great. What do I need to do?"

"Check up. Are you okay with that? I know you just started doing that." She gave her a clipboards of the patients.

"Thats fine."

"Okay. Who was that guy you kissed over there?" She looked around the room. "Is that Derek?"

"Yeah. It is."

"What's he's name?"

"Is he nice to you?"

"Yeah, he is." She starts turning red. "I love to stay and chat, these forms don't write themselves."

"Right. Good luck." She smiled.

Juliet did her last check up. It was 7 pm. Great shes been doing this for 5 hours.

"Here Barbara, the last one." Juliet gave her the clipboard.

"Done with your shift?" She asked her.

"Nope. Dr. Pratt wants me to check on a patient in the east wing." She looks through the files and pulls out a file.

"Don't try to make conversation with him, he won't talk." She nodded her head and walked her way to the patient. Juliet looked at the file, Peter Hale, and she bumped into someone. "Oh! I'm sorry. Uh, visiting hours are over." She looked up and Stiles. "What are you doing here?"

"Oh my god! You scared me." He looked at Her. "Juliet! What are you doing here?"

"I work here?" She gave him a confused face. "You know I work here."

"Right, uh, do you know anyone by the name Jennifer? She looks after Derek's uncle." She shook her head. He walked into a room and was in the phone. "Yeah, well, he's not here either." Then he spoke to Derek on the phone. "He's not here. He's gone, Derek." She heard yelling.

"Get out Stiles! It's him! He's the alpha!"

"We gotta go."

"What's happening?" Stiles grabbed her hand, but it was to late.

"You must be Stiles and Juliet." She gasped. They backed up and went to run but Jennifer was behind them.

"What are you doing here? Visiting hours are over."

"You... and him." Stiles pointed out. "You're the one who...oh, my... and he's... oh, my god, we're gonna die." He's the alpha! No, this can't be! They heard a body hit the floor and saw Derek.

"That's not nice. She's my nurse." Peter told Derek.

"She's a psychotic bitch helping you kill people. Get out of the way."

"Oh, damn." Stiles says and he pulled Juliet down with him.

"What the hell-"

"He's the alpha! The one that bit you!" Stiles yelled at her as we crawled. Derek went werewolf mode and attacked Peter. Stiles was in the way. "Crawl that way!" He screech.

"Over here!" Juliet yelled. They both hid behind the front desk. Stiles peeked. She was freaking out. Holding her breath, she couldn't speak. She was scared. They  heard bones cracking and glass shattering.

"Stay here!" Stiles said just after Juliet grabbed him.

"You're crazy for leaving me here!" He looked at her and out there.

"Come on." They got up and ran to find Derek and Peter. "Go hybrid mode!"

"I can't! I can't control She I started to panic. What if she went hybrid?
