Scott wanted me to go home since we had to go to school the next morning. I quietly walked into the house. I heard dripping sounds. Once I got to living room, I saw my dad asleep on the couch.
"Goodnight dad." I whispered to him. I tip toe to my room. I started to get ready for bed. Took a shower, got my things ready for school and knocked out. I asked myself when I went to bed, why was Derek a teenager?

"It might surprise you to know that some of history's greatest leaders have had to endure some pretty great failures. One you'll recognize from last night's reading failed in business, had a nervous breakdown, was defeated for both houses of Congress, and lost as Vice President, before he was finally elected as one of the greatest presidents that this country has ever seen. Who was he?" Mr Yukimura started to look around. I raised my hand and he looked at Malia, who was highlighting stuff in her book. "Malia." She looks up and looked at me. She started to flip through the pages. Scotts phone went off. "Scott, phones off. Malia? One of our greatest presidents. Gettysburg Address?" We went back to her. She didn't know it. I wanted to help her, but I far away from her. Then my phone went off. "Phones off. Everyone. Malia?" She gave up. "Does anyone else know?" Everyone raised their hands. Malia sunk down on her desk. Then again, a phone went off. "I said phones off!" Mr Yukimura yelled out.
"Dad, that was yours." Kira went. He chuckled and pulled out his phone.
"Oh. Um..." he started to read his text. "Scott, call Lydia."

We went to the clinic since there was an innocent. Deaton and Lydia were telling us about Derek jr ran away.
"I don't think he's just younger in body. I think he's younger in his mind too." Deaton said as I help him out a bandage around his arm.
"He didn't recognize either of us." Lydia sighed. "And he looked like he was scared out of his mind."
"So if you're a teenage werewolf and you're scared, where do you go?" Stiles asked.
"A wolf goes back to its den. But Derek lives in a loft." Scott told him.
"Not when he was a teenager."
"The Hale House?" I suggested.
"He wouldn't remember the fire. It wouldn't have happened yet." Deaton told us.
"Hold on. Say you do manage to catch up to him? What are you going to say to him? That his whole family is dead?" That was a very good question. Man, we didn't think that through.
"I guess I'm going to have to." Scott said. My eyes widen.
"Oh... Good luck with that." I patted him on the back.
"She's probably right. Maybe you shouldn't. You know, at least until we figure out how to get him back to normal."
"I can't lie to him."
"Okay, I'll do it." Stiles suggested to Scott.
"I don't think any of us can. Remember, he can hear a heartbeat rising. When we find him, we tell him the truth." I explain to Stiles.
"If he gets to the house first, you won't have to." Shitttttttt......

Scott, Stiles and I ran to the Sheriffs stations since we had an idea Derek will be there.
"I'll handle this." Sheriff said as we three ran in. He pointed at us and we went to his office. "I want you to be honest with me. Absolutely and completely honest. Have you been time traveling?" I closed my eyes and shook my head and then open my eyes. Time travel? Sheriff Stillinski, this is not back to future.
"Hang on, what?" Stiles went shaking his head.
"Because if time traveling is real, you know what? I'm done. I'm out. You're going to be driving me to Eichen House."
"We found him like that." I told him, pointing at Derek.
"Where? Swimming in the fountain of youth?" Scott, Stiles and I looked at each other. We didn't know what to say.
"No. We found him buried in a tomb of wolfsbane in an Aztec temple in Mexico underneath a church in the middle of a town that was destroyed by an earthquake." Stiles blurred out.
"You told me you were camping!" You know, he was not having it. Maybe we can come by another time? Maybe your lunch break? How does that sound?
"Yeah, we were... In Mexico." Stiles drifted off.
"Derek's been aged backwards. He can't remember anything. We just need to talk to him." Scott told Stilinski.
"Yeah, well, so far he's not talking to anybody." He sighed, rubbing his forehead.
"He'll talk to me." Scott went. Stilinski brought Derek inside the office, leaving us four alone. Scott had told Derek to come with us.
"Why would I go anywhere with you?" Yet, young Derek is still sassy.
"There was an accident. You lost some memory, but we can help you get it back."
"How much memory?" Derek asked Scott.
"A lot. But you can trust us." Scott showed him his eyes.
"You're an Alpha. Okay, who are you? And who is she? Who are you?" Derek pointed at me and Stiles. I felt like I was punched. He didn't remember me as he's girlfriend or anything.
"Oh, we're the guys keeping you out of jail." Stiles went.
"I'm Juliet. I'm his sister." I told Derek. He looked at me.
"You're something." He said.
"I'm a hybrid." I smiled softly.
"You're the bad bitches of the supernatural, right?" I laughed.
"I guess you can say that." Derek looked at me, and then at Scott.
"Let us help you." Scott said to him. Derek thought about it.
"No." He said.
"Okay, dude, you almost tore apart two cops back there. You need to listen to us. And that starts with no fangs, no claws, no wolf man. You got that?" Stiles told Derek, like he was his son.
"I'm fine as long as it's not on a full moon." Stiles and I looked at him. He doesn't know!?
"You still have trouble with the full moon?" Scott asked.
"I said I'm fine." Derek looked down.
"All right, you coming with us or not?" I asked him.
"You want me to trust you? Where's my family?" Derek demanded. Scott just froze. I went to tell him the truth.
"There was a fire. And..." Derek looked at me, he was sad. I couldn't say that. I can't say that his family died. "They're not here anymore. They're fine. Just had to move out of Beacon Hills. And we're going to take you to them as soon as we figure out how to get your memories back." I lied. Why did I do that.
"Okay." Derek agreed. We went outside to wait for him to sign some papers.
"I shouldn't have done that. I lied my ass off." I said to the guys.
"Hey, your ass is fine." Stiles said to me. "You saved him a ton of unnecessary pain. We'll figure this out in a day or two, he goes back to being old Derek, everyone's happy. Except for Derek, who's never happy." I hummed,
"It's just another person that we're lying to. I always feel like it's always been better when we tell the truth. With Lydia, my mom, your dad." Scott added on.
"Yeah, but that is Derek Hale in there. He may be a kid right now, but he's still Derek Hale."
"All right. Take him to my house and don't let him out of your sight." Scott told me and Stiles, as he was going out of the station,
"And where are you going?" I asked him.
"I'm going to go talk to the guy we should have gone to before." Scott said leaving.
"Uh... Yeah, I hate that guy." Stiles yelled as we both sighed. He was going to talk to Peter.
