Dear Diary,
This experiment has been a success.

There must be some magic in your pages. Perhaps when Yana gifted you to me with a kiss, she imparted to you her childish loveliness that has helped me through so much. I thanked her for you. The hug she gave me was the best one ever.

Jimin and I went to the amusement park yesterday. We had a really good time. We met Jin and Namjoon there too. They tried to make us believe that they had bumped into each other, but Jin won't hear the end of it as far as I am concerned. I've got a lot of teasing to do!

We also bumped into Taehyung and Hoseok. I was surprised that they were there together, but Hoseok pulled me aside at one point and whispered to me that he couldn't bear to see a fellow student so depressed. That is just like Hoseok. He used to try all sorts of tricks to cheer up anyone who he thought was even remotely unhappy. Trust me, I've had first hand experiences.

The six of us roamed around the park, getting up on rides. It was fun. We seemed to be in complete harmony. I think we'd make a good team. Things were a bit awkward between Taehyung and me, but he tried to put his best foot forward, so I opened up to him more. Jimin was worried things would get bad, but by the time we had to go home, none of us wanted the day to end.

Later, sitting on the couch, with my family surrounding me, I had never felt more complete. Of course, Jungkook wasn't there, but he really was, safe in all of our hearts. For the first time in ages, we sat together and simply talked of life. We spoke of Jungkook, not with sorrow, but with a quiet sense of happiness and gratitude, that we had got to spend such wonderful times with him. He taught me the most important lesson of life, one that I will write down so that it may pass on to whoever may read this diary:
