Get Ready

Sooooooooooooo I actually forgot about this book. Whoops. But I'm back now.

Okay, I have something to complain about that is 100% my fault


I've recently been in constant pain from my stomach.

If you didn't know, I eat a very small breakfast and I don't eat lunch. Sometimes I don't eat dinner. I've been doing this for over a year now.

Just a few days ago I started eating a normal sized breakfast and I ate lunch two days ago. And the pain started after that.

It's not a hunger pain, it's a 'I need to throw up' pain. Maybe because my body isn't used to having that much food.

It's scaring me. Really bad. Because if my body is trying to get me to throw up just because I ATE.. That means my not eating is getting dangerous. Not that it wasn't dangerous before, but I didn't know it was this bad.

That fact that this is happening is making me want to stop eating even more. Because if eating brings me pain, why would I eat? I know that's not the right mindset, but it's truthfully what's going through my head.


I just needed to write that down. If you've read this far, thank you for caring. I kind of want to hear what you have to say.. because I don't know what to do about this.
