Dear mom,
Dad died last night. He shot himself in the head. I cried in Jaces arms. I can't believe dad couldn't be strong enough. But I am mom I'm strong enough.

Jace kissed my head when he read it and then he snuggled closer.
"You are strong enough." He whispered.
