"Enjoy your day..." I handed the customer their receipt and order. It had been a week, i avoided Harry at all costs well that wasn't hard considering I spent all my time working and visiting Marta. Lucky for me Sofia had a week off unfortunately her shift would start today, checking the time it was already ten-thirty meaning I would be seeing her face any second from now.

"Oh my goodness, sorry I'm late." She rushed to the counter. I simply nodded. " Well thirty minutes late." She was wearing the same purple t-shirt as mine which was written Gustavo's Bakery and skinny jeans.

"I'm sorry about what happened the other day, I'm really sorry about everything. I had time to think about everything that happened between us in the past and I regret everything I did." She paused looking at her manicured nails. "I know you won't forgive and forget like nothing happened but I would really appreciate it, if we put aside our differences and worked together."

"I'm sure I can do that." I said in a nonchalant tone.

"Great so is Gustavo here yet ?" She asked.

"Not yet." I replied in a lazy tone. I sure as hell wasn't going to pretend like we had been through daisies and lilies together when in actual fact it was thorns. We served a few more customers, two hours passed by before I saw my brother--- and friends enter the bakery with raucous. I frowned when my eyes met his-- just great.

"Oh my goodness, Nialler, Lou, Zay, Leeyum and how can I forget my Hazza bear." She squeaked, i rolled my eyes as she ran to hug them. "Look at you babe." Louis said giving her a twirl. "Whoah..." Zayn added looking at me with a sympathetic look as to say...'you work with her ?'

"Harry, i missed you so much...you haven't changed a bit." She hugged him and he hesitantly hugged her back.

"Hey Z." Louis greeted.

"Lil Sis." Zayn yelled as he sat in his booth.

"Sup Zaneh." Liam waved.

"Hey babe." Niall smirked.

I waved back at them, as I served another customer. "Thank you and have a great day." I smiled handing her, the chocolate donuts.

"Shut up." Sofia laughed with them. " I have never been to New York but hopefully someday." She said sadly. "Oh I go to Florida Gateway College." She added. I didn't feel sorry for her at all...not at all. "There has been has drastic changes that happened in my life which caused me to change." I didn't know why i was even listening to their conversations. "I missed you guys." She said with her squeaky voice that always sounded like she was constipated. "Hope you are treating my baby Sister well ?" Zayn glared daggers at her. "We are getting there, who knows we might just be friends...one of these days." She sounded somewhat serious but they all laughed thinking she was being sarcastic.

"Uhm hey." the same voice interrupted my thoughts.

"Hi, may I take your order ?" I asked.

"I came to see you." He said disappointment visible on his face.

"Why ?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Because you can't just avoid me and this matter." He said through gritted teeth as he tightened his jaw. He looked super hot as always dressed in skinny jeans, white shirt and a black leather jacket. He always looks good and feels so good. Oh my Goodness shut up, stop it.

"I'm not avoiding anyone or anything." I whisper yelled.

"Hey Harry order the usual yeah ?" Zayn yelled from their booth. "Extra donuts though." Niall added. "You are paying yeah ?" Liam smirked at Harry who just shrugged not seeming interested in what they were saying. " Sure." He replied with a tight smile turning his head to look at me, luckily there wasn't any customer behind him.

"So the usual as in the mixed vanilla and chocolate muffins-" He cut me off.

"Yeah Yeah whatever." He waved it off.

"Zaneh, can we meet privately after your shift. I don't mind waiting."

"Uhm no Harry. I don't want to fuck you anymore infact I don't want us to have anything, it's just wrong...everything between us was just wrong and it still is." I mumbled taking the credit card from him.

"Fine you won't fuck me anymore because we will -- what do you call it-- oh yeah make love." He gave me a lopsided smile, i found it quite cute.

"If I told you I had a boyfriend would you leave me alone ?" I asked placing the order for coffee and etcetera...

"Not a chance." He grimaced. It was as if his Sofia wasn't in the room. He was so crazy about her in high school it baffled me how she was now suddenly somebody he used to know.

"Remember when you told me you would never leave me alone until-"

"Yes until I fucked you." He chuckled, He was a different Harry when he said that to me a few months ago.

"Well you have and it was actually more than you  bargained for so let's just call it quits from here onwards."

"Next customer please ?" I said with relief now that was off my chest and we had cleared the air.

"Hazza bear, we need to talk." Sofia pulled him and I was glad. He could finally go back to the Queen of his heart, honestly they were destined to be together since high school...they always have.

"Uhm no I was actually talking to Zaneh.." He smirked in my direction.

"I'm busy right now, I'm sure we are done talking.." I opened the till giving the old man who was in front of me his change.

"Why would you want to talk to Zayn's sister ? is something going on." She looked at Harry then back at me.

"Actually Harry was just asking me what time your shift ends, oh fuck I just ruined the surprise didn't i ?" I looked at Harry who seemed amused and pissed at the same time.

"Oh really Hazza ?" She grinned.

"Uhm..." she cut him off.

"You don't have to say it, I thought you would have forgotten all about me because on graduation you told me you were inlove with someone else, someone you couldn't be with and you had to forget about them." She smiled. For a moment I thought maybe it was me but considering the way he hated and was disgusted by me at that time, i doubted it.

"Uhm actually I realised, i could finally be with that same person." He said looking at my direction.  Why was he doing that ? "Except it took me two years of college to realize it."

"Erm Sofia why don't you catch up with Harry while I serve the customers, i understand you must miss him alot." I plastered a fake smile on my face.

"Really ?" She asked in awe. "Thanks Zaneh." She pulled Harry with her, i didn't want to look at them as I focused on serving another customer after a while I went with Zayn's orders to their booth.

"Thanks." They all said incoherently. " I missed these.." Niall said taking a bit from the donuts.

"Harry paid for all these ?" Liam said excitedly, Zayn simply shrugged as he engulfed his vanilla muffin. Louis never liked the sweet stuff when ever he came around he would always order coffee or hot chocolate which he was sipping on now.

After serving I went back to the kitchen with my tray. Noticing Gustavo was icing a beautiful made cake.

"Mhmm who is that for ?" I asked sitting on top of the counter like how I would always do whenever he was teaching me how to bake.

"It's an order for a five year old girl." He chuckled. " Well soon to be six." I simply smiled at the thought. "So that young man is he the reason for the conflict between you and Sofia ?" He asked out of the blue.

"Uh no. I don't care even if she dates him, I'm used to it watching him dating everyone else but me." I jumped off the counter. He shook his head slowly as he looked at me. "Is he ?" He asked, i always told him about an anonymous guy in highschool I loved dearly.

"Mhmm interesting so you don't care about him anymore." He said a bit with an accent.

"I do but I don't want any commitment." I shrugged my shoulders. "Besides I don't have time for boys, i rather watch a Netflix than committ to anyone."

"But sadly you don't choose whom you love." He furrowed his wrinkled forehead.

"I'm too young to know anything about love." I added.

"Love doesn't have an age, time or place does it ?" He asked.

"I don't know but all I know is I won't fall for love's tricks and mind games." I said confidently.

"Ah huh..." He chuckled.

"That young man better work harder than he is doing, if he plans on getting you." Gustavo chuckled.

"There won't be any victory for him, no one can ever win my heart over..that's if I actually have one of those."

"Well you do otherwise you would be dead."

"Yeah Yeah you know what  i mean." I smile.."Let me get back to the Till..." I made my way with a grin on my face, who needs love anyways because you can absolutely live without it.
