2 Weeks till the wedding.                           

Lavanya was relieved that she no longer have to keep Kavya secret, today  was the day of the press conference and Lavanya needed to be with her cousin for support . But today also happens to be the day of Vihaan Mother death Anniversary .               

She was feeling conflicted about leaving Vihaan alone and decided he needed to be kept occupied and only one person name came to her mind as she drove to meet their best friend Akash Reddy .               

Akash had been staying in his grandparents house on the request of Vihaan , who wanted his best friend to be part of the whole wedding preparations . Lavanya admired Akash patience as he dealt with both of them admirably but also wondered if he was too lonely by himself .                

All her matchmaking efforts have failed with regards to Akash that she didn't know how to help him either , the fact he took his mother death too hard was also part of the reason she wanted Akash to be with Vihaan . Lavanya knew Akash hadn't fully come to terms with his mother death yet and she hopes spending sometime alone with Vihaan would help both of them .                   

Lavanya felt a tinge of guilt when she realized she woke him up from his sleep but she knew he wouldn't hold it against her ,but her efforts to convince Akash backfired when he learnt about Kavya decision to quit her career .                    

Lavanya didn't know why he was so upset about Kavya decision but she already had three missed calls from Kavya ,that she had to leave him alone to make up his mind ,she hoped once he calmed down he would drive to see Vihaan .                       

As she made her way inside Kavya house ,her parents were already present . She broke the news to them last night and asked them to break it to Kavya parents . Once glance around the room ,she found out Kavya wasn't present in the room .                             

Lavanya was about to go to her room when Kavya stepped outside and Lavanya was relived to see Arjun uncle and Lekha Aunty taking the news better than she expected as they fully support Kavya decision ,till now Lavanya was quite unaware on what made Kavya want to quit ,it was one secret Kavya refused to share with her .                     

 As the entire family prepared itself to face the reporters gathered outside the house ,Lavanya hoped Akash had reached Vihaan by now as well since it wasn't likely that she would be able to leave Kavya alone tonight.                      

Lavanya may not have understood Kavya reason but she still knew how big of a deal it was that her cousin may need her by her side and that was why she was completely blindsided when Akash made an appearance in the press conference and announced himself a Kavya fiancee.                         

Akash announcement garnered the reporters interest as they asked questions after questions about the supposed engagement until Kavya ended the press conference frustrated . Once inside the house Kavya lashed at Akash for his interference that Lavanya felt tiny bit sorry for him.                

Soon Kavya dragged Akash into her room to talk leaving Lavanya worry about Vihaan as Akash wasnt with him , she knew Vihaan had tears to come to terms with his grief but all the marriage talks got to him as everywhere they went people asks about the groom parents .               

" Will the groom parents see the wedding venue before you pay the deposit ?" , " Your in laws didn't come with you " , and several such questions were thrown in their direction and each time Vihaan admitted his parents were dead ,she knew it was getting to him .                 

Vihaan no longer felt the keen sense of loss of his parents and had grown leap and bounds when it comes to accepting her family as his family yet she wanted to be with him tonight or at least sent Akash in her stead .                  

" Lavanya beta go check what taking them long ? " her mother called out to her as she made her way into Kavya room to see that her cousin was no longer shouting at Akash .                  

" Have you killed him yet ?" She asked out loud and was taken back to see Akash clearly upset . Her friend wasn't someone who gets upset easily that it bothered her.                 

" Why did you have to go and say something like that?  " She asked him as he looked sad that she didn't have the heart to blame him any longer but it had been Kavya change of heart the surprised her                  

" He is sad because I asked him to buy the biggest engagement ring available " Kavya answered back , Lavanya had no idea what transpired in the room but her cousin had found the spark when she was teasing Akash that she was glad about it.                    

 It was also the reason she had been able to leave Kavya alone after asking her more than once if it was okay . " Go Cousin Dearest ,thanks to Akash , I won't be able to quit anytime soon " .,Kavya told her ,still Lavanya promised herself that she would check on Kavya first thing tomorrow as she drove her way back to Vihaan .

Vihaan expected to find a nice and peaceful day free of wedding preparations, ever since they fixed the date for Marriage all his free hours has been delegated to his wedding Preparation .                 

He had made it an habit of taking a day off on his mother death  Anniversary ,because he had realized he was distracted on that day and in his profession being distracted could cost a life , so he felt it was better to caution on the safe side.                  

 He had hoped for a nice and peaceful day with his Angel but he understood when there plans got cancelled and yet he wasn't prepared for the uninvited  family either .                    

 Vihaan woke up to see Yuv , Lavanya brother in the living room . For a brief moment he thought Lavanya would have asked her brother to come over but realized that wasn't the case when an hour later his  sister walked inside the house ,Yuv presence suddenly made more sense .                   

" Bhai , Our oven in the kitchen broke last night and I need to bake some cookies " She told him as she made her way into his kitchen . Vihaan hardly had anytime to cook this days and if wasn't needed when his angel family was staying few meters away .                    

He either joined them when possible or they filled his fridge with food and add to that his sister mother runs a restaurant ,it made him too lazy to cook when he could just stop by and grab a bite from their place .                

  And his kitchen and the appliances were used only by two people in his life ,his angel and his sister . Anjali loves to bake and when ever she visits his house would be filled with the smell of cake or cookies . So broken oven is a top crisis in her world .                 

As Yuv tagged along to help his gut , Vihaan contemplated on whether to act like a protective brother or supportive brother in law . In the end he choose neither as his cell phone began to ring , he had briefly hoped it would be from his fiancée but it then out to be his other sister who was out on a vacation with her parents .             

" How is Spain? " Vihaan asked her and listened as she talked non stop about every place she visited since he last talked to her which was less than 24 Hours ago and yet his teenage sister talked about it for over an hour before giving up the phone to her mother.

" Vihaan , you should be getting married in Spain . This place is wonderful " Divya Di spoke up and it was always the same for her ,every place they visit she envisioned Vihaan wedding in the country and that when Vihaan and Lavanya finally fixed the date for the wedding she bueat into happy tears .               

 " You know where I am getting married and you better arrive in two days and not let Rajeev Bhai whisk you away to some other place . "Vihaan told her as Rajeev Bhai impromt trips meant Anjali spend most of her vacations away from him .                  

 " As if we would miss your wedding.  "Divya Di answered back and it was quite true no matter how much time they spent apart ,they were always present for every important event in Vihaan life ,they never let the distant between them allow Anjali and Vihaan to grew apart   .                     

By the time he ended the call ,he could see his sister was successful with her baking adventure . And he was more than happy to sample them as he skipped breakfast .                   

" I have to go to Practice, should I drop you off home  " Yuv mournful voice echoed in the house as he grabbed a box full of cookies to share with his friends .                  

" No ,I will stay with Bhai . " his sister answered back , it wasn't unusual for her to spend time with him and in fact he had allocated an entire room for her to make her feel welcome at his home always and she used to stay few nights in her room if her mother was out of town .                  

 So he didn't give it much thought  since he knew she would let him know if he was needed as he took his place in the living room couch and was about to switch on the TV when her voice stopped him in his track .                

" Today was the day she died right ,how did she die ?" Anjali asked him leaving him stunned ,since Anjali had her adoptive mother she never asked him much about her biological parents and he hasn't expected the question to come out of nowhere .                     

His first intuition was to lie to her ,make it simpler than it was in truth but looking at his sister who was no longer the young teenager he met for the first time , he knew it was time to tell her the truth .                       

" Could he be still alive ? " she asked him after a moment wondering about her biological father unlike Vihaan father who was dead ,his sister could be very much alive .                     

" Do you want to search for him . I can ask Rajeev Bhai to look into it Anjali , only if you want and you don't have to make up your mind now . Take your time and decide , I am right here to support you in whatever you decide " he told her and it was the truth , Rajeev Bhai already tried to track down little Anjali parents  incase she would question them later on her life ,only to find that they were long dead as well .                 

" It okay , I don't want to know about him  ..It just that I wonder if I could have more siblings as well , to think I could have never met you If you didn't keep searching for me " his sister answered back and he realized the truth in them. He never would have stopped looking for her but he was fortunate enough to find her as well .                   

And when his angel arrives few minutes later , his sister pretended as if the conversation never happened while he tell Lavanya soon . He didn't want to do so In front of his sister as well .                

 It was his turn to help Lavanya in the kitchen as she cooked lunch for the three of them and as she told him about his best friend engagement his sister smiled for the first time after hearing about her biological parents that he hoped she would be able to come to terms with their deaths just like him .                            

Sometime people in our life help you without you being aware of it , on that day Vihaan didn't know Yuv arrival has nothing to do with his girlfriend but everything to do with Vihaan as he overhead his sister worrying about Vihaan with his parents .          

On the day Vihaan didn't know that Anjali oven was working out quite well and she only used a white lie to have a reason to spend the day with her brother to keep him company .          

" If Vihaan Bhai asks tell him the oven his fixed ma " she told her mother later who wondered why her daughter lied to her brother          

" I really don't know my biological mother that I don't mourn her loss like Bhai , but I wanted to be with him and not let him go through the day alone " Lavanya had answered back to her mother that day and then told her mother about everything she learned about her biological parents ,her mother also encouraged Lavanya to search for her biological father if she wanted but Lavanya wasn't interested in it yet .        

On that day Vihaan didn't know his little sister talked his ears off for the very same reason to show her brother that he wasn't alone . While Lavanya worried about Vihaan being alone ,she didn't realize her fiancée had found a family of his own who will step up to be with him even without her asking them to do so .
