A habit We should develop and adopt to is to actually understand the purpose of this life in depth and that can be attained through Reading the Holy Quran with understanding because the Noble Quran repeatedly reminds us to prepare for the undying life of the hereafter so When you understand the Holy Quran, you will come to realise about the ideal way of life of a Mu'min as it teaches us to avoid what has been forbidden by Allah swt and to act upon what has been ordered to do

"And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter – that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew." [Quran, 29: 64]
