When we meet real tragedies in life we can react in two ways either by losing hope and faith in Allah and falling into self destructive habits or by using the challenge to find our inner strength ,our link with Allah swt and your vision will become clearer is only when you can look at the Quran with depth understanding because you'll understand that Pain and trials are there to encourage you to turn to Allah swt in supplication, in submission and they serve to increase your Imaan ,to increase your conviction And if you think about it, it is the greatest of gifts human beings can ever receive because think about it What reward could be better than certainty in Allah swt and nearness to Him?

Therefore remember Me, I will remember you, and be thankful to Me, and do not be ungrateful to Me.
