Allah swt knows what your silent heart needs or wants or yearns for even if you don't include it in your Du'as because Allah swt is السميع He hears what your heart whispers, HE may not give it to you now but someday when you least expect it and be assured that things will only happen in the best possible way , may Allah swt grant you all the strength , patience to bear and may His immense reward reach every soul and may Allah make hardships of this world be ease and blessings
