Pain and sufferings are the results of our expectations and attachments to the Dunya because Even when we ask Allah AWJ for guidance in our Du'aas sometimes our hearts look to the Dunya for answers whereas Allah swt intended to create this world with such difficulties and struggles just to give us a chance to prove that we seek guidance and help from Him alone henceforth When we acknowledge that we will start to find contentment in everything bi idnillah ta'ala . Rely on no one but Allah , Open up to Allah like a best friend and build a relationship with Him, Get to know Allah better, learn about His love for us

And whoever relies upon Allah – He will be sufficient for him.  (Quran, 65:3)
