Happiness is something that everyone is after which's natural but majority of us look for it from the wrong places and use wrong ways to obtain it however to survive in happiness one is rather required to be attached to their Deen and to Allah swt than to the Dunya because religion attachment brings hope and one understands that this Dunya is beyond materialism that's why the highest rate of suicide is done by people who aren't attached to their religion / those who detached themselves from their religion hence if you truly want happiness be attached to your religion, delve into Islam and once you obtain this happiness believe me it'll even reach those around SubhanAllah!
