HAVE A HEART THAT ONLY BEATS FOR YOU Y/N .......

From the time you had woken up, your nerves had been getting the best of you because it was the day of your interview at a well recognized and respected company.

At the age of twenty one, you were already living alone in a house you were renting. It wasn't much but you were comfortable and lived your life however you wanted. You weren't into partying or hooking up with different guys so were just glad to live your life under your own roof without any strict rules.

You had been practicing your responses to what you assumed were going to be some expected questions during the interview at the company but you had stopped focusing on that when your boyfriend had called you. It wasn't a strong relationship but you were with him in the hopes that someday, you would feel different about him.

Taehyung "So..do you want to have lunch with me "?
Y/n: "Well. I can't because I have an interview."

Taehyung: "Right.. it's today. I really wanted to spend the whole day with you. Maybe I should just kidnap you because that way, you can't go anywhere. We would have so much fun."

He usually said such things and you didn't ever know what to say to him but when he said something like that again, you sighed with disbelief.

Y/n: "Really? With the kidnapping again? You know, it really freaks me out at times when you say it because I actually imagine it and I get uncomfortable."

Taehyung: "I'm just kidding. We'll do it some other

time."

Y/n: "Of course we will and I'm specifically talking about the fun part, not the kidnapping."

Taehyung: "I know and I'll be more careful now. I've noticed that you're always silent when I say something like that. I'm sorry."

Y/n: "It's okay. I look forward to not hearing it ever again, It really makes me uncomfortable. Anyway, enough about that. It's time for some because i need to get ready for my interview now."

Taehyung "Right, it's soon. Let me not have your full attention right now so get ready. I love you.

You were silent. You never had an answer.

Taehyung: "It's okay. I'll wait for the day when you'll finally say it to me. We'll talk later. Good luck."

Y/n: "Thank you."

You always felt bad because your feelings for Taehyung were not that deep for you to say you loved him too. You were in love before and it ended terribly. Your ex made it hard for you to fall in love again.

Your face turned cold when you remembered him and everything that happened between you two during your last encounter. "I hope I never see you again.. Jungkook."

FLASHBACK: A FEW YEARS AGO

You opened your eyes and found yourself in a strange room, Jungkook was crouching down and just watching you with clenched fists and a blank face. As you sat up and felt pain, you kept your eyes on him and groaned. "My..my head hurts. What is this place?"

Jungkook smiled but he was actually angry. "You're finally awake baby. Answer this question...who is Jake?"

The look on his face made you gulp. "Jungkook,

You screamed because he held onto your shoulders and shook you violently as he yelled in

your face. "Who the fuck is Jake?! Is he someone

who's been fucking you or what?! Tell me!"

You just cried because he was becoming scarier with each passing day. He finally stopped and pushed you to the floor. He touched the sides of your chin and squeezed. "How many times have I told you not to talk to other guys?! You're mine. You're my property. Maybe it's time to show you how much authority I have over you."

He stood up and started unbuckling his belt. He smirked while looking down at you. "Stop talking to other guys. After this, you definitely won't.

As you kept your eyes on him, your breathing became heavy because you were fuming and had enough of him being so controlling and possessive. "I've had enough of this so we're done!" you yelled.

His eyes widened and he was on the floor in one second. He started choking you while licking your face. "Oh no baby.. you're mine forever."

You hit him in the stomach hard with your elbow and he fell to the side and you got up and screamed. "We're done! it's over!"

You darted across the room to get to the door and rushed out with panic. He watched you leave and was in so much pain that he couldn't run after you but that didn't stop him from yelling. "It's not over until I say it is! I'll find you!"

END OF FLASHBACK

Present Time

It had been a few hours since you arrived at the company and had to wait for your turn for the interview. You had just finished with it and the one in charge of that was a man named Mr Choi. Despite the interview being a serious moment,you could tell that he was a good and friendly man. "It seems like you really came prepared for this, impressive" he said. You were very hopeful because Mr Choi seemed satisfied and he said, "You're the last person I've interviewed today and you definitely stood out so there are no second thoughts about this."

"I don't understand."

"Congratulations!"

Your eyes widened and your heart was beating fast. "What?!

His lips curved into a smile as he opened a file. "You're hired! Just sign here and you can start."

You sighed with relief and put your hands together then let them rest on your chin. You finally had a job.

He gave you the file and you read through then signed and when he had it again, he said, "Welcome to the company. Now we just have to wait for the boss and I'll introduce you."

"Oh..how is he?" you asked.

"Actually, the CEO has been critically ill for the past six months. His son comes once or twice every month. He's coming today and well, he's very cold. He doesn't even smile but just work hard and he won't be too hard on you," he said.

"Oh okay. I'll do my best."

A few minutes later, he walked in and your whole world came crashing down when you realized you were looking at your abusive ex-boyfriend.
