When I walk down the hall I hold the book to my side. Yessica sees me coming and she smiles at me and looks at my side. I hand her the book. "Thank you for sharing with me. I feel honored to be able to read a glimpse of your life." I tell her and I honestly mean it. "Do you have questions?" She asks as she looks down at the journal. And I see her. She is reminiscing in these moments and she is truly still hurting because she has yet to find her love and her family. "I do but I rather you tell me when you're ready than you have to be prayed open to answer them," I tell her and her head whips up. She walks toward me and I stand still because I don't know what's going to happen. She is now in my face and she grabs me by my shirt and kisses me. Everything in me wants to push her away but if this will have her lean in just a little bit I let her. I look to see if there is soul dust. There isn't anything yet but then it starts to flow when I let her tongue enter my mouth and there is the blue stream and a slight tint of pink. Just like when Wzikel kissed me. I did have a love interest in her from the past but I honestly don't know if I do. She stops kissing me when Valentine clears his throat at the entrance. She looks at me and rolls her eyes.

The guard from the hallway waits to make sure she is completely gone before he comes and sits down next to me and we mouth start to eat food. He looks over his shoulder about three times when he finally asks. "Are you willing to sleep with the enemy to gain what freedom? Do you think it's worth it?" I looked at him and he watched her kiss me and he had this look on his face that he might be on the wrong team. "If it means letting everyone free then I will do whatever it takes to get you all back home and me back with my family. I will risk it all?" He nods his head and smiles because I just confirmed that they are all important to me and I want to get people back home safely. I will crave myself for all of them because they deserve freedom as badly as I do.

Valentine comes in and grabs me by the arm and drags me out of the room. "What the fuck do you think you're doing Nubia?" He asks and I feel this is a test. "I think I am enjoying my stay here and I am getting to know Yessica the way I want to. She isn't bad once you get to know her and he is quite gorgeous." I say lie through my teeth but I know I am filling him because he gets pissed and walks away from me. Holy shit, holy shit that was so close to getting me caught but hey if I fooled him then I hope she is fooled too. I also hope we get closer to finding a way out before my last option will be to sleep with her. I don't know how to sleep with a girl or if I will get excited about it the way she is hoping I do.

"Nubia, we need to talk now. I need to tell you something." My dad says in a whisper tone. We walk back to my room and on the way there he talks bout how a chemical imbalance in the brain is the leading cause of many people's depression and he may be able to find a way to heal it if he could use supernatural elixirs. Once in my room and the door shut he makes sure no one is outside. He pulls a book out from under his bedside. "The soul eater was created because the soul she devoured was already a soul eater. My dad is shocked and so am I but we finally start putting the pieces together. "The reason Nell's started to sleep with other females was because she was craving Yessicas soul. She didn't want to kill her so she left but Yessica didn't see that. Her heart broke and she devoured a soul eater without really knowing what she was. This is why she craves the things she does. If we can reverse the souls she has consumed she may be able to not be a soul eater anymore. But how do we try to get her to be untested in letting go of the souls." My dad is confused telling him all of this information so I catch him up the journal. That Yessica kissed me, that I have come back to earth a couple of times, and man do I stir up people's emotions. I also die every time but I don't share that part with him because we can't worry about that yet. My dad decides he will do some more research before we go poking the lion. We need to make sure that we have her agree or at least help make her understand that she didn't mean to become this. It's the soul eater that's taking over her actual soul. That's why she battles wanting a family and love but wants to kill god and Lucifer because Nell takes over more than she does. She had a soul jump. She didn't eat the soul. I'm getting ready to tell my dad this information. When I hear heavy footsteps coming up to my door.

Valentine opens my door and attacks me. He gives me a shot in my leg and I go down fast and I hear my dad yell something but then it goes dead quiet. I wake up tied to a chair. I'm not in my room anymore and I'm not by my father. These guards aren't friends of Yessica and they sure aren't friends of mine. My head feels super fuzzy as I hear people whimpering in the background. "Nubia you need to wake up." Ezikels voice jolts me up and I look at children, teenagers, and moms in the room. I see that Ezikel is tied to the wall and he is injured. What the fuck is going on and what the fuck is this. "Welcome to the party Nubia. So glad you can finally join us. I needed to take you away from Yessica because you're going to ruin the fucking plan. I lied to Yessica telling her you don't feel the same for her and that you also find her gross. What else did I say oh yeah you can't find yourself into a psychopath person like her. She was going to kill you but I told her I had a better plan let's kill the two people you loved once in the past and then she can eat their souls. It's all fucking perfect. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to kill every person in the room unless you don't make a sound as I slice you up. Oh, oh wait. You are going to call Damian but not yet. I need you to call him at the right moment. Valentine grabs a blade out and slides it down my left arm and this ain't a normal blade it fucking stings. I hold back my scream as he does it again and again until I think my teeth might pop out.
