Remember Nubia you can't heal him all once or you'll die and Damian isn't here to heal you. his hands are clammy and his body is cold but not dead cold. My hands go to his chest first and heal his broken ribs and anything else that might have been punctured. his chest finally falls at a normal rhythm and there is no more labored breathing. I start to feel dizzy and pull my hands away. As long as he is breathing on his own and his blood starts to flow through his body then we are in the safe zone. The room becomes heavy and I feel my body start to fall over. It's time to lay down and get some rest. Where is that jingling coming from? I sit up and my eyesight is still blurry when I see a Gaurd come in and put her finger to her lip. Her hair is in a tight bun and her eyes are blue but they look like she is almost blind. she has a round face and scars on her neck and chin. She hands me a water bowl with fish in them. Then she hands me a tub of food. At first, I did not get the gift but then she cut her finger and put it in the bowl, and the fish started to light up and heal her finger. Holy shit these are healing fish like the ones in the tub but smaller. She gets up quite and uses a hand motion for me to follow her. She shows me a secret area in my room right under my nightstand. You can't even tell there is a door here until you place a blade between the third and fourth wood plank from the walk and it clicks open.

It's a tiny room but big enough for books and I think these are elixirs. She puts the fish down and goes back out of the room. Some books aren't in the Holy or evil Libary these are someone's research done on Gaurdians. Not like Feyas Gaurdians but like me. There is even instruction on how possibly one could be created. I also see dark red books which discuss everything about Soul sucker and Soul Eaters. I will need to read these. The door closes behind me and I turn around to find her behind me. She stands there for a couple of seconds, she looks like she is listening from outside the door. "Hi, I'm Tiff. You know my sister Candy." Her voice is just as southern as Candys. "Hi, how did you know she is my friend?" I ask but feel I shouldn't talk much about anything, let alone trust this girl. "My sister and I soul communicate a lot. She told me about you and how you were going to be able to save us all. She also let me know you were kidnapped by someone I work for." She puts her head down. "So you work for Yessica. Why? Why do this to people and hurt them?" I say looking at her and then I see it. It's so well hidden in her eyes that I can feel her pain. "I didn't want this path but it chose me. Yessica chose me. Not because she saw I was weak but because she killed our parents. And I pretended to kill Candy but your mother swooped in and I made sure that she was going to be saved. Yessica thinks she owns me. But I am the inside spy. I want to help take her down. When there was wind of something that could kill Yessica I knew I had to see you but I just didn't expect you to be caught." I hear her disappointment and I go to hug her. She doesn't know what to do but then she pats my back awkwardly. "I didn't expect to be fooled by someone who was dating my father but here we are. She also had access to the building we were in. She had us all fooled." I say defeated. "That makes sense. She wasn't here at the palace for almost two years which means she was living in the human world looking for you. She must have met your father about a year ago because that was when all the other guards were in a rush to get ready for war. When she came back holding you she was going to kill her but one of her Lords said that if she kills you know it won't work." I cut her off and asked her, "Tiff, what is Yessica's plan?" She looks at me and she looks terrified. "She wants to be god and the devil she wants power. but no one knows why she wants all that power. all I know everyone here is terrified of her and won't ever double-cross her. She is a powerful Nubia. She can soul-jump into three people at the same time and make them kill themselves. She can control people by biting them. Her speed is faster than vampires and angels combined. She can light up blades to where they can easily cut someone's head off. She is like a snake, she is lethal." Now I see why people are terrified of her. She is untouchable because she is fucking powerful. "What are her weaknesses?" I look at Tiff. She shrugs her shoulders and she has a look on her face she doesn't know. "Well, now I know what our first step is to do. We need to figure out what makes Yessica weak and why."

The guards come in and shove me out of bed. I hit the floor with a hard thud. "You are summoned. Get the fuck up and ready." A male guard says. He looks like he enjoys punishing others for fun. There are four guards out my door. "How sweet you all waited for me. Were we going?" I say sarcastically to the guard who told me to get ready but before he can lay a hand on me I kick him down and break his shoulder then his arm and even his wrist with one swift move. I smile at the rest of the guards not knowing what to do next. "If you don't mind I'll walk without being shoved, touched, or pushed," I tell them in the most kind voice I can use. The guy fell to the ground when I let him go. I'm sure he says something like he is going to pay me back as two guards come to pick him up. The guards are afraid to touch me as they point to where we are going. Good plan A is working. Make them see that Yessica isn't the only one they have to be afraid of. We come to a white door and they open it for me. I whistle into a large room and Yessica looks up from papers on her desk. From this view, she looks like an older woman who doesn't know how to see. "Can you be any more annoying walking into a room?" Yessica asks as she gets up from her desk to come towards me. "Yeah unless you don't want me to be then I can stay quiet," I say to her with a big smile on my face. She looks me up and down. She looks over at the guards and then back at me. "Why are you so chipper this morning? I don't like it. Stop it or I'll smack it out of you. "I stop smiling at her words and have a plain face just for her. She wants to think that she can control me, I will let her think she can. "That's better. Now I know you train at your other prison so I will do the same here but the difference is you are going to kill these people if you don't they will just make sure to hurt you bad enough that you won't be able to move for a week." She says smiling at me. I can't kill anyone. I don't know if I'm capable of murder and why she wants me to do this. She stares at me waiting for a response when I don't have one I just nod my head. I'm not agreeing with nor am I going to let her know what I'm thinking. The less this witch knows the more I will have the upper hand to figure shit out. Starting with the books hidden in a room under my floorboards.
