It's a What If Scenario. The story takes place after Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

The plot has Towa somehow survived after being absorbed by mira and meets android 21. The two team up to make a very deadly duo.

Now you're probably Asking: why towa and android 21? Well, they have a few things in common.

•Both are female Villains, exclusively in games.
•Both are Evil Scientists.
•Both are Powerful. (In a sense that android 21 is stated to compete with the series strongest fighters and towa has been shown to get stronger through the dragon ball heroes games).
•Both have a type of servant. (Towa having mira and android 21 had android 16. (who might be her son).
•Both were designed by Akira Toriyama.
