I growled in fustration as I hovered further into The Kindergarten. It seemed like forever since I first started searching for Jasper and Lapis Lazuli. Still no sign of either of them as a large body of murky water came into view.
"Blasted Crystal Clods!!"
I yelled out, trying to calm my anger. I heard a distant yell back coming from the area under me.
"Peridot! Were are you!?" I instantly looked down and focused my eyes to see a small blue blur close to the edge of the water.
Lapis!?
"You!?" I shrieked.
I was so surprised, I fell from my height and splashed full into the water behind her. I jumped up immediately, some of my now drenched hair flopped over my eyes, "Where's Jasper!?" I desparately yelled at her from behind. She turned around to face me and looked to the left as she replied. "I sorta, might, have left her at the bottom." She rushed her words, looking nervously behind me.
I thought for a moment of how it seemed best to avoid her after abdoning them from the ship.

Yeah, she is not going to be happy with me at leaving her behind when she still required assistance.

I then relaxed and loosened up my shoudlers as I let out a heavy sigh of relief.
"Good,"
"She's the last thing I need to deal with after nearly being caught by that Crystal Clod Fusion." I grumbled to her.
After a short moment of silence, Lapis finally spoke up.
"Can you help me out here?"
She asked sweetly, I tilted my head down to see her foot tangled in some firm underwater rocks.
"I just barely need a lift."
"Just to get me out." She added, I shrugged and replied plainly.
"Sure."
I grinned as I kneeled down to pick her up by the adobmen from behind. After I pulled her up rather carelessly, she turned around and smiled cutely, as if I was her friend. But that smile quickly faded as she looked behind me, terrified.
"Peri baby! You miss me?"
I froze. Then slowly turned around to be met with a smirking Jasper, right behind me.
