Slashers are the most common of the infected. They can charge at you slashing there blades if head is blown off.

Feeders. Normal people who have eaten necromorph flesh to survive and now they have mutated

Swarms are pieces of flesh that have come to life and can cling onto about anything alive. Even necromorphs

Leapers are torsos who's organs turned into a sharp tail. They can climb onto anything and pounce on you

Pregnants. Pregnant woman who was mutated into slashers. But the baby or babies became swarms. Don't aim for the body or the swarm will be born.

Regenerators. Similar to normal slashers but cannot die unless burned completely or frozen

Infectors are torsos that can bring corpses or living people into slashers. Can stop the transformation if killed quickly

Lurkers are unborn children. They can climb on anything and can shoot dart like things from the tentacles. Cut off all 3 will kill it

Tripods are lots of corpses fused together. When they kill someone they add it to there body. They also have a sharp and long tongue

Brutes are strong necromorphs and tough. There weak in the back

Exploders are suicide bombs. The yellow thing is the part that explodes

Swarmers are Children that have turned. They come in packs

Stalkers. They hide and then charge at you when you least suspect it

Pukers spew acid like substance at you. The acid can slow you down somehow.

Wasters are infected who haven't mutated that much. If there upper body is cut huge tentacles like a lurker sprouts.

Crawlers. Babies that have been born explode. Sad.

Deviders. If cut up there body parts come to life

Guardians are people that have fused to a wall. The tentacles will regrow if not cut quick enough. They can also instant kill if you get too close. There brains are somewhat alive so all they do is scream in pain
