~Previously in Dead Last Chapter 17~

Karma accidently spilled Juice on Y/n. He felt bad, so to make it up to her, he got her some clothes to change into. They swap clothes and when Y/n comes back...karma's acting a little sussy not gonna lie. Y/n really stepped up her main character game and fixed up her makeup, hair and everything else, which left Karma a little...shocked...Anyhow after their lowkey 'tender' moment, Y/n runs off to meet Nagisa's mom. Nagisa introduces Y/n to his mom as 'the girl he likes' which catches Y/n off guard. This fills her with confidence and she greets Nagisa's mother. Meanwhile...Karma's having some...regrets...

||Y/n's P.o.v||

"So Y/n, are you and Nagisa dating?" Nagisa's mother suddenly asked me.

Currently I was at Nagisa's house, meeting his mom. She made us dinner and now we were all eating together. The confidence I previously had when I shook her hand, had worn off the moment I stepped inside Nagisa's house. I've been to Nagisa's house less than five times in the since I've met him last year, so I thought I'd be able to handle the dinner, but his mom actually being there made me crawl back into my shell. Sure, we had a few conversations here and there, but nothing really stuck. It was like I was on a first date, but instead of it being with Nagisa, it was with Nagisa and his mom. I gulped,

"No." I said.

"Yes." Nagisa also said.

Nagisa and I spoke at the same time. We both looked at eachother and I blushed in embarrassment. I tried correcting myself, saying yes this time, but in return Nagisa said no at the same time I did. My face burned more and I resisted the urge to slap myself in the face,

"Uh...Y/n and are still figuring things out..." Nagisa finally said.

I stared back down at my food and nodded,

"Y-yes...that is true..." I robotically replied.

'Oh God, how I want this to end!!' I thought.

After Dinner was over, Nagisa's mom wrapped me up some extra dessert to take home, then Nagisa walked me out. Once we were away from his mother's watchful eye, I let out a sigh of relief,

"No offense Nagisa, but your mom is super scary...I don't think I can ever do something like that again..." I told him honestly.

Nagisa chuckled, then suddenly hugged me, "Thank you Y/n! I think my mom really liked you!" He exclaimed. Although I was shocked, I made sure to hug him back and enjoy our hug. When he pulled away, Nagisa put his hand on my head, a feeling I hadn't experienced in a while. Nagisa then gave me a kind smile,

"The Next step in our relationship is for both our parents to meet, don't you think?" He asked.

Now he'd done it. I blushed so hard, all I could feel was my scorching hot face,

"Y-yea!!" I exclaimed, "N-Nagisa!!"

"Yes?"

"W-what you said before to your mother. Do you actually like me now?? I mean, Like me Like me??" I clarified.

His eyes widened a bit, but then he smiled at me once again. Nagisa grabbed my hands and squeezed them gently,

"Y/n..." He began.

"Y-yes??" I asked eagerly.

His face turned a bit pink and he avoided my gaze,

"I--"

Suddenly Nagisa's phone began ringing. We both froze before we became annoyed. One of his hands let go of mine to pull his phone out from his pocket, and he checked it. It didn't seem like it was anyone important, because he quickly ignored the call and slid his phone back in his pocket. He let out an awkward chuckle, but I didn't find this situation funny. It's been, I don't even know how many chapters, yet Me and Nagisa still getting freaking interrupted anytime we're together!! I had finally had enough. After seeing Nagisa's stalker boyfriend--I mean Yuji-- keep getting interrupted every time he tried to get close with Nagisa, I knew I wouldn't be able to take it anymore. Finally was going to take charge of the situation!!

"Uhh...Sorry about that--"

And just like that I fucked up. I meant to kiss Nagisa on the cheek, but instead out lips met. His head was turned away from me, it should have been the perfect moment, but then he turned his freaking head back right as I leaned in!! I could feel both the heat from out faces clashing together, and I quickly pulled away. He stared at me in shock and I did the same. In a fit of embarrassment, I ran off. I ran away so fast, it was like I was Koro Sensei. I ran and I didn't stop running until I reached my house. Once I was in my room, I slammed the door shut and jumped onto my bed. I then grabbed my pillow and screamed into for a good minute. 'My first kiss with Nagisa and I completely ruined it!!' I thought. How was I going to face him tomorrow?!?
