Three Days Later

He had been trailed four different times before he was let out. Every jury said he wasn't guilty so he was glad he got out. He walked into his house and walked up to his room. Plagg sat on his shoulder as he sat at his desk. He sighed as he went through the news and found articles after articles on Chat Noirs arrest. He sighed, as majority of them where about how he should have been thrown in prison rather then let go.

"And everyone hates me again," Adrien ran his hand through his hair and sighed. "Why're people so cruel?"

"I don't know, why don't you ask yourself?" Plagg scoffed and Adrien growled.

"What's that suppose to mean."

"N-nothing, Master." Plagg coward and Adrien huffed. He got up and walked to his bathroom and took a long, long shower before getting out and walking to the kitchen and eating an apple. A chef walked in and Plagg quickly hid.

"M-Mr.Adrien, water you doing in my kitchen?" He asked as he slightly bowed to the boy.

"I just grabbing something to eat." He took another bit of the apple.

"I could make you something if you'd-"

"I'm fine, thank you though." Adrien smiled at him and walked out of the kitchen and into his room. It was four in the morning and a Monday so he had school. He lied down in his bed and heavily sighed, Plagg coming out his hiding spot.

"You okay, Master?"

"I'm fine just, get some sleep. We're going to school then looking for Hawkmoth tonight." Adrien sighed and caught a little sleep before waking up and going to school. School life had returned to normal. Everyone had practically forgotten about Marinettes death but didn't due to the fact that her parents bakery was across the street and Nathanael had painted a small mural on the wall to her on Mr.Damocles demand.

Alya glared at Nino as he glared at her. "I don't see what the problem is. He's so alone now and I miss my best friend."

"I miss mine too but I don't get to see her anymore," Alya huffed and Nino growled. "He knows he doesn't deserve friends after what he did and so does Chat! They're both the reason my best friend is dead!"

"No, it's Hawmoths. He got to her so Adrien or Chat deserve to pay for her death. He was doing his job and Adrien gave her a response." Nino stood up and Alyas eyes turned sad as he turned his back to her.

"Nino, what're you-"

"If you can't understand that, that Adrien and Chat are innocent then you don't deserve to have friends," he turned his head to her. "Not him."

"Nino, you don't mean that. Adrien, he, he was the last person to-"

"He was the last person to see her yeah but that doesn't mean he's a monster." Nino balled his hands into fists and Alyas eyes filled with sadness.

He started to walked away when she grabbed his hand. He looked at him while she looked down. "Nino I'm sorry but please, don't leave me. I can't be alone." She started to cry and Nino sighed and sat down next to her again, hugging her.

"I won't but Adrien needs friends too." Nino sighed and Alya cried into his shoulder.

Adrien looked at the two as he leaned against the railings on the second floor. He sighed and looked down, contemplating how far it was to the ground to here to the other way around. He put his foot on the bottom railing and leaned a little farther, looking over more. "What're you doing?"

Adrien jumped and turned around to see Marinette standing behind him. His heart beat fed faster as he looked at her, terrified of her. "N-no you're dead!" Adrien closed his eyes and Mairnette sighed. She cupped his cheek and he looked at her.

"Of course I'm real," She smiled at him. He sighed and they looked over the railing. "You should find out how far that is," she whispered in his ear. "Jump." Was her only response as she put her hands on his shoulder. Everyone else was gone in his vision. He never heard the bell so no one was there.

"Why?"

"Don't you want to know how far it is? And to see me again?" She smiled at him and he parted his lips.

"W-would I die?"

"Maybe but you'll see me." She warmly smiled at him and he turned back to the railing, standing on the bottom part and looking over.

He put one foot over the edge and lifted his other above the railing, stepping on the other side. He looked at the ground and put his other foot over the railing and pursed his lips. "Adrien," he didn't turn. He didn't want to know who was going to stop him from seeing Marinette again. "Adrien, what're you doing?" He still didn't look. "Adrien!" He finally looked at her. She narrowed her eyes and looked at him. "Adrien, why're you on that side?"

"Why're you out of class?"

"Why did you never come to class?" He crossed her arms as Adrien looked down at the ground, thirty feet below. "Adrien, what're you doing?"

"S-seeing Marinette again." He answered, still looking down.

"Adrien, killing yourself won't let you see her. It'll just pass on your misery. Come on, Ms.Bustier sent me to get you." she smiled at him and he sighed. He went back over to the ground and she squinted her eyes.

"Why, would you try to kill you self?" She twisted her brown hair on her finger.

"I-I miss Marinette. She's all I had and I, I lost her."

"You denied her feelings."

"I-I didn't know I liked her at the time," Adrien started hysterically crying and Lila hugged him. "I-I killed someone." She let go of the hug and glared at him.

She saw sadness, anger, frustration, depression in his eyes. How they had bags under them and his skin was now pale rather then tan. How his hair was a messy and most likely hadn't been brushed in days. he his clothes hadn't been washed and how he looked like a street rat. He didn't look like Adrien. Her eyes soften and she looked at the ground. "Adrien, you need to move on. Everyone else has, it's time for you."

"I-I don't know how." His eyes were dull as he looked at the ground and she looked up.
