(Like the original it was based on Y/n is able the make up to four clones but instead of having their power being cut it's the longer a clone is out the longer the recharge time is. For Example: If you have 1 clone out for 10 seconds then dismissed that clone. It would take 10 seconds to summon a new clone, but if you have 2 clones out for 10 seconds each then dismissed those 2 clones then it would take 20 seconds to summon a new clone)
