The citizens of Gotham have lost faith with Bruce Wayne and his family after the video that exposes how corrupt the Wayne's really are.

Disbite everything that is going on we see Richard at Wayne Enterprise to see if Bruce is alright but when he open the doors to his office he finds him packing up which Richard came over and then he ask him.

Richard: What's going on?

Bruce: The board decided to dismiss me as CEO so they cane keep their image.

Richard: They can't be serious?! They can't do that after everything you have done to this company! There has to be a way to fix this.

Bruce: There's nothing we can do. The board has made their decision.

Richard: I can't believe this. Who'll replace you?

???: I will.

Then a man step into the office with two of his security guards as he introduces himself.

Terrance: My name eis Terrance and I'll be Wayne Enterprise new CEO. I will make sure this company will continue on without Bruce Wayne.

Richard: This is a mistake.

Terrance: There is no mistakes here. We are making sure our company will not fall because what the Wayne's have done.

Richard: That doesn't mean Bruce is like them.

Terrance: I believe the public thinks differently. I would like to chat but I have to do. You all might as well leave.

With no choice both Bruce and Richard leave the office. Once the doors close behind them Terrance let's out a sinister smirk.

(Later)

Night came at Gotham and we see a mysterious figure on the roof tops, leaping over roof to roof until the figure is on top of a jewel store.

Inside the store is empty with only jewellery around. That's when the figure climbs out of the air vent and approaches a beautiful diamond within a glass case.

The figure use her claws to make a hole through the glass and then she took it out and we see it is Catwoman. She smirks seeing its beauty and then gets out the same way she came in.

She climbs onto the roof and walks away until there was a cough and behind her was Spider-man bending down and standing on top of a large fan which she walk out.

Spider-man: I'm pretty sure that doesn't belong to you.

Catwoman: (turns to him) Looks like you were waiting for me huh? So your Spider-man right?

Spider-man: The one and only.

Catwoman: (smirk) Listen I love to chat but this kitty needs to get home.

She was about to flee when Spider-man shoots webs at her legs which she drops to the ground and drop the diamond. Spider-man leaps over and picks it up.

Spider-man: I heard about cat burglars but never met anyone who literally dresses up as a cat.

Then Catwoman use hee claws to cut the webs and she launches towards Spider-man. She tackle him and she was on top of Spider-man.

Catwoman stare at him and gently stroke his cheek while she made a hot giggle.

Spider-man: Usually I would but I needed your help with something.

Catwoman: And what would that be?

Spider-man: The Children of Arkham is targeting Bruce Wayne and trying to take over Gotham. Lady Arkham is their leader, I needed to know who she is and stop them. You know this place, especially the underworld criminals. I was hoping you may know where Lady Arkham is?

Catwoman stare at him for a moment and then she gets off of him which he gets up while Catwoman walks up to the edge and stood there while he ask Spider-man.

Catwoman: And how did you know about me?

Spider-man: Nightwing told me. He told me you know a lot of criminal hide outs and other secrets that criminals usually hide. Maybe you might know.

Catwoman: Hm......usually the bats come here to questions me. But. I assume he is busy.

Spider-man: I think we all are busy.

Catwoman: Well.....there is one location but I must warn it....it is heavily defended. Think you can sneak in?

Spider-man: Don't see why not.

Catwoman (smirk) Good. Follow me.

(Sometime later)

The two arrive atba Church far from the city. They stood on the roof of the church as they look at it and then they make their way towards the church.

Spider-man and Catwoman goes through the broken window and they look around to see the place looks empty. They leap down and look around.

Spider-man: So they come here to prey? Didn't know they come here on Sundays.

Catwoman: (giggle) Jokes aside, there were reports of people wearing mask enter ti this church. Soke believe they were cult members but whe  the GCPD arrive to investigate.....they couldn't find nothing.

Spider-man: Well there is always a secret entrance.

They begin to look around but nothing. Then Spider-man sees a door and opens to see staircases that goes down to the basement so they go down.

They look around and at first there was nothing. Spider-man set his visor to x-ray mode and looks around and then finds a hole behind a wall.

He turns off his X-ray mode and walks over and tries to find a way to open it. Suddenly the wall begins to open and he turn to see Catwoman turning on a old lamp on which opened the door.

Once the entrance is open they go down and soon they stumble into a massive room. There were science equipment, tech, weapons and monitors.

Catwoman: Seems like they left.

Spider-man: That can't be good. If they left, then it means they'll going through something big.

Then Catwoman sees some cargo boxes that were empty. She walks over and sees they were chemicals. Spider-man walks over to the monitors and turns thsm on. The screen opens to a symbol of the Children of Arkham.

Spider-man tries to find something and soon find some files.

Spider-man: Gotcha.

He pulls out a flash drive and plugs it into the computer to download the information. Catwoman check on the small laboratory and sees they were getting ready for something big.

Then she walks over to Spider-man and ask him.

Catwoman: So.....working for the bats?

Spider-man: Pretty much so. As well as his team.

Catwoman: (smirk) Must be special for a new hero like you to meet The Batman. Even more special that he allows you to help him.

Spider-man: Well Nightwing and Batgirl encouraged him to allow us help.

Catwoman: Us?

Spider-man: Yeah, Spider-Lady.

Catwoman: Oh.....you two married?

Spider-man: (blush) No! We're just girlfriend and boyfriend!

Catwoman: (giggle) Your cute. I think I'm starting to like you.

Spider-man: (blush) Let's jusy focus on the mission.

Soon the download is complete so Spider-man takes the flash drive and they turn to leave. Then Spider-man's spidy senses goes off and he looks up and the ceiling blows up and begins to fall.

He quickly grabs Catwoman and webs away as the ceiling crashes and dust blows out of the hole. We see the Children of Arkham henchmen above looking down to try and see them but dust was blinding them.

Children of Arkham henchmen 1: You go down there, we cover you.

Children of Arkham henchmen 2: Roger.

Suddenly the two leaps out of the hole and Spider-man shoots webs at one and pulls him across the church. They begin to open fire at them but they dodge their bullets and Catwoman came down and begin to fight them.

She quickly dodges their bullets while she takes them out. One aimed his rifle at her but she took out her wipe and use her wipe to wrap around the barrel of the rifle and pulled it  out of his hand.

She then came over and jump kicks him in the face, knocking him out. We then cut to Spider-man dodging their attacks and shooting webs.

Spider-man: Catwoman get to cover!

She pushes one away and hides behind some chairs as Spider-man leaps up and begins to spin around while shooting Web balls all around the church.

He stuck every children of Arkham henchmen onto the ground and walls. Once done he land on his feet and feels dizzy while Catwoman sees this while she walks over to Spider-man.

Catwoman: (smirk) Nice work.

Spider-man: Yeah but i think I'll stick with Web bombs then that move. Shouldn't have a large meal before I go out.

Catwoman: (smirk) Your pretty funny. I like guys who are funny. Still, got what you need?

Spider-man: Yeah. Thanks Catwoman.

Catwoman: (smirk) Anytime spidy. Before I go.

She then grab his mask and lifted it off and stop when it is at his lips. She then came over and kisses him on the lips. This surprised Spider-man as he blushes bright red.

Then Catwoman stops kissing him and they stare at each other while Catwoman lick her lips. Then she let's him go and walks out of the church while he pull down his mask.

Catwoman: (smirk) Good luck and I can't wait to see you again.

She then disappeared from sight as Spider-man stood there for a moment and then swings off back to the hotel.

(Later)

He arrive back and he sat in front of his laptop waiting for the files to complete its transfer. It was going slow which Y/n sighs.

Y/n: This is gonna take a while.

???: Looks like you came back.

He looks over to see Petra coming out of the shower with w towel wrapped around her. He blushes to see her looking hot which she noticed but she smirked.

He walks over to the laptop and sees it the transfer is done so he looks through the files.

He click on the file and he reads through. Then his eyes widen in shock and he was speechless while Mary noticed the silence at the other end and ask her.

Mary: (phone) Y/n? What's wrong?

Y/n: Mary......where is Vicki?

Mary: (phone) I think Bruce got off and she's moving towards Bruce.

Y/n: Crap!

Immediately he puts on his Spider-man suit and while doing so he calls Mary.

Y/n: MJ, do not let Vicki get near to Bruce! I said it again-

Suddenly Bruce felt a sharp pain on his arm and jumps back to see Vivki with a syringe on her hand. He looks at his arm and sees his vines becoming black. Shocked, he looks over to Vicki and ask.

Bruce: Your working for Lady Arkham.

Then Vicki smirked and then tells Bruce.

Vicki: (smirk) No. I'm not working for Lady Arkham.

She then came up to his ear and whisper while a voice of lady Arkham is heard.

Vicki: I am Lady Arkham.

Mary hears this and is shocked by this and understands why Y/n was panicking. She sees Vicki convincing Bruce to beat up Terrance so he can see him as bad.

Mary tries to get there but the crowd of people begins to block her, slowing her down and before she can get there it was to late.

Bruce launches in pure rage and begins to beat up Terrance while the crowd cries out in fear. Vicki smiles and turns away and disappeared within the crowd of panic people.

Bruce continues beating up Terrance until Spider-man arrives and webs up Bruce. He falls to the ground and act aggressive as he tries to break free while Spider-man sees that he was too late.

Mary looks around for Vicki but she disappeared. Terrance gets up and step into the building. Once inside he stood there for a moment and then his made a sinister smile.

Terrance: (smile) My plan is going smoothly. Soon....everything will be mine.
