The city of Gotham. Homed to crime, corruption, gangs, mafia and super villains. A dark city where night is the most dangerous time to be in. The streets is empty, there are no signs of cars or people.

At first things are quiet but then we cut to the Gotham city bank where the banks entrance blows up. Then a craze laughter is heard as a man name the Joker step out with bags of many as he laughs while his henchmen follow behind.

Joker: (craze laughter) Come on boys! Time for our get away!

They make their run to where they hide their get away car just as the Gotham city police's sirens is heard. They move to the alleyway all awhile a figure above them follows them.

Then Joker and his henchmen arrive at an alleyway as the Joker opens the trunk and stores the bag of money while his henchmen stood in front of car.

Joker: (chuckle) Another night for the Batman to show up and we'll have our classic fight, Hahaha! This is going to be fun! (Closes the trunk) Open boys let's get the-

He looks over only to see his henchmen is gone. He looks around but thinks it is Batman so he climbs inside and gets ready to leave. Unknowing to him Spider-man sat at the back in silence as he watches Joker finds the keys to the car.

Spider-man then looks around for a moment, back to the Joker and clear his throat which Joker finally turn and sees him.

Spider-man: So I'm guessing being a clown for a circles show doesn't pay well here?

Joker: Who the hell are you?

Spider-man: Call me Spider-man, New Yorks hero. Just came here just to meet the folks. So um.......what's up?

Immediately the Joker gets out of the car and turns to see Spider-man now not in his car. He looks around for Spider-man and then finally noticed his henchmen stuck on the walls above him, covered with webs.

Then Spider-man appear hanging upside down as he then says.

Spider-man: What's wrong? Need a fresh air?

Joker immediately turn and fires acid from his flower but Spider-man dodges it and then leaps over him and once he lands on the ground Joker pulls out his crowbar and swings it at him but he kept dodging.

Spider-man: A crowbar? Really? You know how many criminals use a crowbar as a weapon? I bet the guy who is selling Crowbars gonna get rich if criminals are buying Crowbars.

Joker: Your starting to annoy me!

Spider-man lands on the roof of his car and Joker goes to hit on him but dodges and he webs his hand and crowbar onto the roof of the car.

Joker tries to get it off but he is stuck. Then Spider-man lands in front of him, Joker goes to punch him but he dodges and he webs up his other arm onto his chest.

Spider-man: Bet you never met a hero who beat you in 10 seconds or 15 right?

Joker: (angry) Shut the fu-

He then webs his mouth and then he Web swings away just as the police arrive and they were surprised to see Joker and his henchmen already benn captured by someone.

(Later)

Spider-man arrives at the Wayne Manor and he climbs through the bathroom and quickly gets change to his black and white suit.

Once on he store his Spider-man suit into his bag and once done he opens the bathroom door and looks around and after seeing the ghost is clear, he turn right only to accident bump into a butler name Alfred which he immediately step back.

Alfred: You were in there for a long time.

Y/n: Oh yeah I ate something that give the gas. Probably best to not go in there for a bit.

Alfred: Thanks.

He then heads off and seconds later he arrive at great Hall where he sees a lot of rich people. We see billionaire Bruce Wayne standing on a small platform with Richard Parker standing next to him as Bruce gets everyone's attention.

Bruce: (smile) Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you all for coming. For too long, Gotham has been tormented by insane criminals and super villains for far too long. Lives have been lost and our cities have been damaged. This is all because of Arkham Asylum. That place is nothing but a curse to Gotham and its people. But that ends today. Here I have is the CEO of Parker Industries from New York, who was agree to partner up with Wayne Enterprise to construct a new Asylum for the mentally insane.

The crowd claps as Richard step forward, shakes Bruce hand and turn to the crowd as the crowd stops clapping.

Richard: (smile) Thank you. For too long I've heard New news about Gotham and how crime, corruption and injuries has cost lives and damages all because of Arkham. It is time to bring down the old, miserable and evil place and build a new, good and humane place where those who have lost their ways can be reformed and return back to society as citizens of Gotham. It may start out small but together, we can help to restore Gotham and be free from its evil and corruption once and for all. Today is the beginning of Gothams bright future.

The crowd claps once more and then the party began. Petra is seen with her dress as Y/n came up behind her and kiss her on the cheek.

Petra: (smile) You back. How was your exploring around Gotham?

Y/n: (smirk) It was alright. A bit too dark but alright.

She giggles and then Bruce came over to them and greets them.

Bruce: You must be Richard's daughter. You should be proud for your father.

Petra: (smile) My dad always wanted to help others. Aunt May always tells us "If you help someone, you'll help everyone."

Bruce: (smile) Wise words. (Turn to Y/n) And you must be?

Y/n: (smile) Y/n L/n, I'm Petra's boyfriend. They allow me to come with them, hope you don't mind.

Bruce: (smile) Not at all. Your a lucky person to date the CEO's daughter.

Y/n: (smile) I got that a lot.

???: Hey Bruce, sorry I'm late.

Then a teen came over wearing a suit as Bruce nodes and he tells Petra and Y/n.

Bruce: (smile) You three might get along. This is my first adopted son, Dick Grayson.

Dick: (smile) Sup.

Petra: Wait, I remember the Graysons. They were circles actors called "The Flying Graysons." Oh, sorry I didn't mean to-

Dick: (smile) Nah that's fine. I'm surprised you remember that. Been like years.

Petra: (smile) I learn about them on the internet.

Bruce: (smile) I'm gonna leave you three to talk.

Then Bruce left as we then cut to Richard takin sips of his drink when Richard heard a familiar voice.

???: Richard Parkers, how the hell are you.

Richard turn to see a man walk over with his arms open however Richard had a disappointing face which the man notice and ask.

???: (smile) What? Not "hello there my old friends"?

Richard: Norman. What are you doing here?

Norman: (smile) I came here to make some business deals with Wayne Enterprise and help you two to construct the new Mental facility.

Richard: You only came here cause you wanted to sell you "products" to Bruce Wayne.

Norman: Your still on that? It has been years Richard and it worked.

Richard: We made a pack to never do it.

Norman: Sometimes we have to break rules in order to save our company.

Richard: You mean "your" company.

The two look at each other as things got intense while Dick, Petra and Y/n sees this.

Dick: You know this guy?

Y/n: Isn't that Norman Osborn, CEO of Oscorp?

Petra: Yeah but they have a bad history. They use to be friendly working for the same company but they made a pack to never cell their technology to the military. But then Norman broke it by selling technology and weapons to the military. That's when Richard left to start his own company to help others.

Y/n: Damn.

???: Sorry about my dad. Hopefully this ruins the party.

Then another teen boy came over and he introduces himself.

Harry: (smile) Hi, names Harry Osborn. I'm Norman's son.

Y/n: (smile) Nice to meet you man.

Dick: (smile) You know, since you guys are gonna stay here, I'll be gladly to invite you three to coffee and hang out with another friend.

Petra: (smile) Sure, that sounds great.

Y/n: (smile) Whose your other friend?

Dick: She's the daughter of the commissioner of the GCPD. She's smart with computers.

Y/n: (smile) Cool

We then cut to Bruce Wayne talking to a few rich people when Mary Jane came over and gets Bruce attention.

Mary: (smile) Bruce Wayne? I'm Maey Jane from the Daily Bugle. Can I ask you some questions about the new Asylum?

Bruce: I think you can ask me tomorrow.

Mary: Yes but the city of New York wants to know some questions. Can you at least share us some small details, just for tonight?

Bruce thinks about it and then says.

Bruce: Sure. You can ask me two questions.

Mary: Why did you decide to work on the new Asylum for the mentally ill?

Bruce: Good question. When I was boy me and my parents were walking out of the theatre late at night. We enter an alleyway and then.....a thug came and.......killed my parents. I've been reminded by that day and I wished I could have done something. After years of being reminded on that day, I decided to change for the better. A new Asylum will ensure that no one will never have to walk on the alleyway and watch their parents getting shot in front of them again.

Mary: That is very emotional, even to someone like you.

Bruce: My parents were good to me.

Mary: What about the-

???: Excuse me, Bruce Wayne!

Then another reporter came over and introduces herself.

Vicki: Vicki Vale from the Gotham Gazette, do you have plans of those who are too far from reformed such as the Joker?

Bruce: They will be kept in a maximum secured place where they can never break out and harm others again. I think that's enough questions for tonight.

Bruce left while Mary turn to Vicki.

Mary: So your from Gotham Gazette?

Vicki: (smile) Yep. That's me. Daily Bugle, I heard your boss hides this new hero?

Mary: (smile) I can deal with that. I'm a girl who doesn't give up.

Vicki: (smile) That's the spirit. Well I gonna go, catch you later.

She then left as the party continues on throughout the night.

(Meanwhile)

At somewhere underground we see a figure standing in front of a table with photographs as the figure stare at them and then picked up a mask a puts it on.

Then suddenly another figure appears within the darkness as the person then spoke.

???: Do what you have to do. Get our revenge. Ruin the one that took away everything from us.

??? 2: I will. I will.

When the figure turn, the other vanished as the figure grab his staff and tap it onto the ground. Then a large group of people wearing mask came out of the darkness as the figure rasied his cane and announced.

??? 2: Children of Arkham! It is time that we will strike apon the corrupt! It is time......we will make this city ours!

The children of Arkham begins to cheer all while we take a glance at the photographs and sees pictures of Bruce Wayne and his parents as their first phase.....is to ruin the Wayne's by showing them.......the truth.
