It's night and we see Spider-man landing on the roof as he sat up and make his way to the edge where he sees Fisk  Tower across from him.

He's seen it a few times but never go inside. He looks down at the main entrance to see security at the entrance so he contacts Batwoman.

Spider-man: I'm at the tower.

Batwoman: (radio) Good. Any security?

Spider-man: Two standing guard at the entrance. I would guess more are inside.

Batwoman: (radio) Agree. My girls will meet you inside the tower. Take care, I'll continue to monitor things.

Spider-man: Copy that. Okay spidy, stealth time.

Spider-man shoots a Web and swing his way towards the tower. He stuck onto the wall and crawls around, looking a way to enter the tower.

After a bit of searching he spotted a vent fan. He shoot some webs to stop the spinning fan and then squeeze on through as he crawls through the vent.

He kept crawling until he sees his exit. He opens the fan doors and he crawls out of the vent and crawl through the ceiling.

Fisk's guards walks by but they haven't notice him on the ceiling so he's in the clean.

Spider-man: (thought) So far so good.

Suddenly there was a sound of gunfire nearby which the two guards turn and rushes towards the noise while Spider-man thinks to himself.

Spider-man: (thought) So much for stealth.

He quickly moves and soon he reaches a door which he leaps down and was about to open only for his spidy sense to kick in and moves out of the way when a guard breaks through the door and sent flying.

Spider-man looks through the open door to see one of Batwomen name Kathy fighting off the guards. She was doing well as she took them all out with the final guard getting a kick in the face.

Once the guards are down Spider-man show himself as he tells her.

Spider-man: So I'm assuming stealth is out of the window.

Batwoman (Kathy): To be fair I was doing well when I slip up.

Spider-man: That's alright. At least your still kicking.

Batwoman (Kathy): (giggle) Yep.

Spider-man: Where are the rest?

Batwoman (Kathy): Sonia is at the data room for downloading information while Rocky is trying to locate any weapons or gear.

Spider-man: I'm  guessing you and I are heading at the top to see the big boss himself.

Batwoman: (Kathy): Looks like it. Come on let's get out of here before more would-

Suddenly the door kick open and more guards came out and begins to surround the two.

Spider-man: Looks like we are gonna be here for a while.

Batwoman (Kathy): (smirk) You know it.

Quickly they avoid gunfire while Spider-man and Batwoman begins to battle the guards. Spider-man quickly avoids their swings while he strike blows at him. He then fires Web tasers that puts them. One guard wielding a bat was about to swing at him when Batwoman kicks him away.

She then throws a batarangs, taking out the guards while Spider-man join her as the two battle the guards together and soon the guards are knocked out as they lay all around the floor while Batwoman and Spider-man stand over them.

Batwoman (Kathy): Now they are dealt with, time to meet their boss and make a complaint.

Spider-man: Right behind you.

The two leave the room and make their way to the top of the tower to confront theie boss.

(Meanwhile)

At the data room we see guards laying unconscious on the flood while we see another Batwoman name Sonia having her laptop in front of her and begins downloading files from the room while looking at some.

She begins to notice that the weapons, armor and technology is from Oscorp.

Batwoman (Sonia): How did he got this from Oscorp?

She digs deeper and discover that Kingpin has been lending out his men to Green Goblin for his plan of taking over New York as well as hide outs.

Batwoman (sonia): There must be something like who is he?

Batwoman (Kathy): (radio) Hey Sonia, how is it going?

Batwoman (Sonia): The information is being downloaded and there is a lot. From hide outs to Green Goblins ans Kingpins alliance. Some how Green Goblin has Oscorp technology.

Batwoman: (Kathy): (Radio) How is that possible? Wouldn't Norman would've known someone is stealing his weapons.

Batwoman: (sonia): Unless he maybe involve.

Spider-man: (radio) What makes you so sure?

Batwoman: (sonia) You remember about Lady Arkham attack on Gotham a while back. In the security footage at Wayne Enterprise after Bruce was force to leave the company, Norman try to make a deal with the new CEO which was the Chameleon. He threating Norman with something that cost him to give his sales to him for free. He gone into an outburst then he tells him he will regret it. Maybe Norman got his revenge by damaging Wayne Enterprise as the Green Goblin.

Spider-man: (radio) That's crazy. I know he and Richard may not like each other but Norman would never do.......wait.....unless....he's not himself.

Batwoman (Kathy): (radio) What do you mean?

Spider-man: (radio) Lady Arkham had this drug that makes people go insane and I saw one with a syringe with the drug inside of it before I was pulled away. After the battle I saw Norman rubbing his arm. He must have gotten infected that made him go insane.

Batwoman: (sonia) It make sense. Batman did told us his experience it when he got injected by that drug. If Norman was injected then we have a problem.

Batwoman (Kathy): (radio) Gonna go, we are outside od Kingpins office. Wish us luck.

After that Sonia is now alone that was until she gets in contact with Rocky.

Batwoman (Rocky): (radio) Sonia.

Batwoman (Sonia): Yeah?

Batwoman (Rocky): (radio) I need you down here right now.

Batwoman (Sonia): What's the problem?

Batwoman (Rocky): (radio) I think I know the Green Goblins plan of taking over the city.

(Meanwhile)

Spider-man and Bath kick the door open to see Kingpin qt his desk writing while the two hero's approaches him.

Spider-man: Sup. Sorry we are late for the interview.

Kingpin: Spider-man. I've always wanted to see you.

Spider-man: Are you a fan?

Kingpin: If you mean by you ruining my business then no. Not just you but your friends as well.

He then got something out and place a helmet which Spider-man recognise belonging to The Beetle that nearly killed Gwen's father.

Kingpin: Recognise him? I sent him out to do some job only to came back with webs all over him. I do not accept failure.

Batwoman (Kathy): Quite big for a business boss.

Kingpin: I rather watch your mouth.

Spider-man: We wanna know about the Green Goblin and his plan.

Kingpin: So you found out? Who told you?

Spider-man: Sorry, ain't gonna snitch on someone.

Kingpin: In that case.....I just have to break you.

He then smashes us desk in half and throws it the two. They immediately dodge it only for Kingpin to rush at Spider-man, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him against the wall.

Kingpin: I've been waiting for a long time squashing the little insect for everything. You made my work even harder but I will be satisfy killing you myself.

Spider-man: So no autographs?

Batwoman fires a teaser at Kingpin which doesn't do anything to him. She rushes at him and then leaps towards him only for Kingpin to swing Spider-man around, hitting her with Spider-man and sending her crashing into a wall and land on the floor.

Then Spider-man shoots a Web at his face and then kicks him in the face as he does a back flip and lands on his feet. He then shoots webs at a chair and toss it at Kingpin which hits him.

However it only made him to take two steps back and then he picks up a piano and throws it at Spider-man which he dodges as the piano crashes.

Spider-man: Man you are really strong. Bet body builders would be jealous of those strengths at the gym.

Kingpin rushes at Spider-man only for Batwoman to slide underneath him and fire an engery pulse that sent him flying back as he smashes through a window and onto a balcony.

Spider-man: Awesome!

Batwoman (Kathy): Batman's close allie made me this. Pretty useful against large enemies like big boy there.

Spider-man: Watch out!

He pulls her away as a outdoor table crashes as Kingpin enters back inside and then charges towards the two however they dodges his charge as Batwoman fires a grapple at his legs.

He trip but only fell on one knee then looks over at Batwoman and grabs the rope and pulls it towards him. Batwoman was thrown towards him as Kingpin grabs her by the neck and then slams her to the ground.

She struggle to breath but tries burning his eyes with hot spray but it didn't do nothing. Then Spider-man fires web teasers at Kingpin and then he kicks him back.

Kingpin then grabs him and struck him in powerful punches. He then slam him to the ground and continue punching him when Batwoman fires another grapple at his arm and then Spider-man shoots webs at his faces.

He then leaps away once he was let go and then begins webbing him up. He keeps going until Kingpin is all webbed up and to make sure he won't escape Batwoman throws a cryo grenade that gose off and completely trap Kingpins body in ice except for his head.

Spider-man approaches him and then rips the webs out od his face and then he ask Kingpin.

Spider-man: Look tell us who the Green Goblin is and what is his plan?

Kingpin: I don't know who he is. But judging the Oscorp technology he has giving to us. He could be Norman.

Spider-man couldn't believe that Kingpin thinks that as well but he ask him.

Spider-man: What's his plan?

Kingpin: Something that you can't stop. He'll bring this city to his knees.

Spider-man: We'll stop him.

Kingpin: (light chuckle) Are you sure about that?

Then Batwoman gets a radio contact with the other Batwomen and after that she tells Spider-man.

Batwoman (Kathy): The girls found something very important. Let's leave him and meet up with them.

Spider-man agrees as he turn and the two left his office. Once gone Kingpin breaks free with his strength as he causal fixes his tie, walk over to his broken desk as he pushes a button that opens a hole that the broken desk falls in and then a new one rises up.

He then sat down and continues where he left off. We then cut to Spider-man and Batwoman meeting up with the other Batwomen as the two were at a door to which Spider-man walks in and has a look.

Spider-man: (shock) Oh no.

All around the walls were pictures of Parker Industries. All the employees, the layout, the rooms and even Petra's whole family.

There was one last picture which was the most important one which was a picture of Richard Parker on it with all arrows pointing at him meaning that the Green Goblin is targeting not only Richard but.....his family and entire company.
