Sirens is heard as GCPD race through the streets od Gotham. Sirens blurring ad tye police cars along with swat trucks race through the streets and soon arriving at the location. Snow flakes slowly begin to fall as the police forces came out along with a swat team came out and surrounded a massive building where they have reports that Mr Freeze is being held along with the hostages ad Gordon is on the scene ordering his men around.

Then a portal open and Y/n, Travis, Maxim and Starfire came out with the knights armor up ad they approached Gordon.

Y/n: What's the situation Jame?

Gordon: We got a report of Victor Fries held up in this building and taking some scientists as hostages.

Maxim: Damn that's a lot of ice.

Travis: Yeah but so much ice might not hold the building for long.

Gordon turn to Starfire and then ask.

Gordon: Whose she?

Starfire: (smile) I'm Starfire it's nice to meet you. I wanted to come here in hopes I can help.

Gordon: Same.

Travis: Any reason why Mr Freeze needed scientists?

Gordon: We believe he is trying to cure his wife Nora but he has been doing this for years without any result.

Y/n: I see.

???: Let's just storm the building already Gordon.

Then Detective Bullock came over to them and goes on to say.

Bullock: I have the swat team ready with flame throwers so we can melt the ice away. We'll storm in with no problem.

Gordon: We should wait on Batman and give his side of hid idea.

Bullock: Who needs him! I say we go in now!

Y/n: Perhaps we should go in and talk to him. Maybe try to convince him to let the hostages go.

Bullock: You suspected to believe Mr Freeze, the most dangerous criminal will wanted a chat? Your maybe new kid but he's not gonna listen.

Y/n: We can try. Give us 40 minutes Gordon.

Gordon: Okay. Be safe.

He nodes and the four walk over to the freeze up door only for Starfire to use her laser beams to melt the door and Maxim breaks it down.

They walk in and walk down a long hallway over with ice. There were frozen body of people that Mr Freeze frozen as they keep going.

Travis: I can see why they see him as a threat.

Maxim: Well not for long once I beat him up.

Y/n: That's probably what Batman would do. Perhaps we'll try a different way.

Starfire: You think he'll listen?

Y/n: Thanks to Alfred and the Bat family, they have given us all the information about Gothams villains along with their background. Victor's was most tragic along with some. Can't help but feel sympathetic to some.

Travis: They were victims to Gothams elite corruption but they're actions cost a lot of deaths.

Y/n: True but if there is a chance of redemption to some then I will take it.

Then soon reach a large door covered with ice. Starfire melts away the ice and once that Y/n tells them.

Y/n: Stay here. I'll go in and talk to him.

Travis: You sure about this?

Y/n: I'm sure.

They node and Y/n walks over and opens the door. He was met a massive room covered completely with ice but the equipment and computers are still online and working.

He walks through the catwalk towards the middle where a cryo pod of Nora is seen as Y/n approaches to her cryo. He learn her rare disease and how Mr Freeze searches for a cure for years.

He star at the pod only to hear a sound of a gun and turn to see Mr Freeze aiming his freeze gun at him which he slowly move away while he rasied his hand.

Y/n: Dr Victor Fries. No need for any hostility. I just wanted to talk.

Mr Freeze: Talk Huh? Do you believe that I am dumb. To think you just came here and wanted to negotiate with me?

Y/n: Yes. I know you do not trust anyone and with that I understand that. But allow me to talk to you so we can come to conclusion.

Mr Freeze: Why should I trust you?

Y/n pulled out his sword from his back and then throws it away and then deactivated his weapons system and once that he walks over and pulls out a chair and sat down.

Y/n: Because I rather chat then we fight.

Mr Freeze is hesitated at first as he still aim his freeze gun at him but the more they stand Mr Freeze begins to see that he isn't doing anything that threatens him or Nora.

As the result to this he lower his weapon, grabs a chair and sat down across from Y/n and the two begin to chat.

Y/n: I know what you and Nora have gone through and I wanted to say I'm sorry.

Mr Freeze: Do not apologise to me. You could never understand nothing of Nora's suffering.

Y/n: Your right I don't. I can't relate to the situation that you and Nora are going through all these years. But what I can understand is your care of your wife. Your not some super villain trying to take over the world or be a villain because of fun. You became one because how rich people and corrupte businessmen ruined you and Nora's life. Your not like villains like Joker or Penguin.

Mr Freeze: I care of curing Nora from her disease. I've kept her in this cryo pod so she can be safe and her disease will not continue. I figured I will hold her long enough so I can find a cure but years gone by and there is nothing.

Y/n: And the scientists?

Mr Freeze: Kept in my ice prison. I was suspected for Batman to show but never suspected you. Tell me....who are you?

Y/n: My name is Y/n L/n, leader of the Legion of Knights.

Mr Freeze: I see.

Y/n: We'll maybe new but we'll doing our best to protect the planet from threats. But enough about me what about Nora. You said you have been looking for a cure for her for years correct?

Mr Freeze: Indeed.

Y/n:......Well what if I tell you we have the technology to cure her?

Mr Freeze: Your lying.

Y/n: I'm not lying. We have the technology advance enough to find a cure to hee disease and cure her. We can also cure you as well. Making your body to survive warm temperatures.

Mr Freeze:......I.......I can't trust you.

He then gets up and turns away as he then goes on to say.

Mr Freeze: Do you know how many people told me that only to either fail us or betray us.

Y/n: But we can help. If you wish to have proof then we can do this here where you can watch. Allow me to call in some my team along with some equipment and we can do it.

Mr Freeze was not too sure by this. He turn to Y/n and sees he is completely different to everyone. He sees no lies in his face or anything that give him a red flag. He ten looks over to Nora's pod and walks over to him and place his hand onto the glass.

Mr Freeze: Will you promise me that Nora will be cured?

Y/n: I promise.

Mr Freeze stare at Nora and then he node which Y/n calls in Alice.

Y/n: Alice need a team over with medical equipment.

Alice: (coms) Copy that.

(Sometime later)

Calum, Will, Kye, Koda and a vew medical drone came with Maxim, Travis ans Starfire as the medical drones scan Nora's body and with promise granted by Mr Freeze they released her from her pod and take some of hee blood Alice can scan it back in base.

Alice: (coms) Well I can understand why it took Mr Freeze years to find her the cure. The disease is somewhat very rare to get by humans.

Y/n: Can I be cured?

Alice: (coms) Yes. Sending you the cure now but the room your in needed to be in warm temperatures.

Y/n: Right. (Turn to Starfire and Maxim) You know warm the room.

Maxim: On it.

Starfire: Okay.

Y/n: Is this fine with you Mr Freeze?

Mr Freeze: As long Nora can be cured, I do not care.

Y/n: Gordon can you hear me? I need Bullock's Flamethrower team to come in and begin to warm up the room.

Gordon: (coms) Seriously? What is even going on in there?

Y/n: Never mind that. We just need this room to be warm.

Gordon: (coms) Roger that.

Soon the GSPD swat team with Flamethrowers arrive and begin to melt the ice away with Maxim and Starfire helping out. Mr Freeze keeps an eye on the GSPD in case they might turn on him but soon after the room is melted away and the room is warm enough.

The cure is sent to Y/n which he insert it into the drone. The medical drone goes over to Nora and injects the cure into her.

After a while wait Travis scans Nora and check the results. He turn to Mr Freeze which he is waiting to hear that it failed but to his surprise Travis tells him.

Travis: She is cured.

Mr Freeze is surprised as he turn to Nora and walks over to her and gently grab her hand.

Mr Freeze: Nora my love. After all these years you are finally cured.

Travis: Although she'll be in a coma for a month but she'll recover.

Mr Freeze gently squeeze her hand and then turn to Y/n.

Mr Freeze: You've gone out your way to help me and succeed. Why?

Y/n: (smile) Because its the right thing to do. Now the hostages.

Mr Freeze: Yes.....Yes you can free them. There is no need for them.

Hearing this the seat team finds them and frees them. Once that was done they take the hostages out and soon the other officers came along with Bullock and Gordon who were dumbfounded by the situation.

Gordon: (surprised) Wow I did not suspected this. Usually there will be some dangerous but I guess not.

Bullock: Yeah you did a good job. Now we're take over from here.

The officer walks over to Mr Freeze who felt hostility which Y/n immediately step in.

Y/n: Wait! Perhaps we'll take him in. I know he is a wanted criminal but allow us to take him and Nora with us. After all he may break out if he is separated with Nora.

Gordon: That is true.

Kye: Yeah and Arkham isn't a nice place. That's what I've heard. Not to mention Nora will be a target for anyone who wants revenge on Mr Freeze.

Gordon: Very well then. As long Mr Freeze will not got any trouble. I suppose it will be fine.

Y/n: Good. Alice open a portal.

A portal opens and they wheel Nora through it with Mr Freeze follow behind as Y/n goes through and once the portal closes Bulet ask Gordon.

Bullock: Are we just gonna let this happen?!

Gordon: Let him. I have a feeling that kid will bring some good to this city.

Bullock just growls a bit and walks away.

(Meanwhile)

We see Nora at the medical bed still in a coma while Y/n looks at her through the window.

???: How is she?

He turn to see a cured Victor as he approaches to him without his suit as Y/n reply.

Y/n: She's doing good. What about yourself?

Victor: It feels weird. I can feel the heat however I don't feel like I'm dying. It has been so long.

Y/n: (smile) Good to be out of the suit right?

Victor: For once I agree.

He turn to Nora and place his hand onto the glass as he then tells Y/n.

Victor: I have done terrible things. Harm a lot of people just to save Nora. They were right about me being a super villain. I deserve it.

Y/n: I know you have done terrible things in the past but with our help you could be a better person.

Victor: You think I deserve redemption?

Y/n: (smile) Of course. Its what Nora would've wanted.

Victor turns back to Nora for a moment and knows Nora would be proud for him if he changes his ways and help others instead od harming them. He turn back to Y/n and lifted up his hand. He take his hand and shakes on it and then for the first time ever Victor smiled, showing happiness for all these years and finally letting his emotions out.

Victor: (smile) Thank you for everything. I could never forget this.

Y/n: (smile) It's no problem Victor. Glad that we helped.
