Hi! My name is Y/n L/n. I was walking around one day when Truck-Kun hit me. I was then taken to god who told me that he and Santa's wife were fucking when he knocked over Truck-Kun's prision jar leading to my death. He then sent me into another world. The DC universe. He also gave me somthing called the system. I was then born into the L/n family. I gained a bunch of exp on my path of life until I was fifthteen. I have put all points into my stats boosting them all up from one to fifteen.
But the thing is, that was the tutorial. So right now I'm fifteen and getting ready to go to school. I sling my backpack over my shoulder as the System congratulats me on a job well done. "You have completed the tutorial! Congrats! Now I can open up the dungeon side quests! They will be areas that you can clear out in search of rewards and exp! You have already completed the HTH(Hand To Hand) aspect of the tutorial so I can start on the weapon training, that is, if you want to use somthing other than your fists." The system told me.
I nodded. "Hey, since I already completed school in my old world, can you just have my body on autopilot for the weapons traning?" I asked it as a truck drove by, muffling my words to anyone listening in. "Of course sir! Lets go." It said as my surroundings were replaced by a abandoned Roman arena. A wall of melee weapons came up from the dirt as another wall with ranged weapons came down from the sky. I tried out a few of them on some skeletons that came from the ground before my eyes landed on a weapon.
Picking it up, I saw it was a one handed flail. The body was a sturdy, but standard metal as well as the chain. A single spiked ball made out of the same metal was hanging on the chain. I held it with one hand as my eyes glossed over another flail. This one was larger, needing two hands to weild it. It was all made out of the same metal as the other one. But the body was a long pole. The chain was shorter by half, but instead of a spiked ball, it was a rectangle box.
It was chained on one of the sqaure ends, but the other sides had round, short, spikes. A blade appeared at the opposit end of the pole. I steped up to some skeletons as the system displayed knowage on how to use them. I followed the instructions and used the big flail to destroy the skeleton's head. It fell dead once again as I then spun the flail around before slamming it into a group of the living bones, shattering the bones beyond repair. I put the big flail on my back as I took out the little one. It's chain was really long.
I spun it overhead as it just kept on hitting the ground if I spun it to the side. I swung it at another skeleton, expecting it to hit, but the flail wrapped around it. I pulled it over to me before punching the skeleton. It's head popped off before my flail unwrapped itself from the falling apart body. I spun it up again before spotting another skeleton. I took a step back before swinging it again. The spiked ball hit it this time, destroying the level one skeleton. "So I need range for a direct hit." I told myself.
I found out that I'm better at the ranged flail than the bigger one in terms of mobility combat. I brought up the menu to see what has improved after I was done with the flails.
Flail Combat: 0>50
All Special Stats: 15>20
Passive Skill Unlocked: Flailer!: For every Ten Points in Flail Combat, your Special Stats all gain One Point.
I smiled as the system asked my somthing. "Due to your passive skill, would you like to be sent to Dungeons where a flail is more usefull than other weapons most of the time?" It asked. I said yes as I looked to the wall with the ranged weapons. Guns sat here and there, but I wanted somthing more silent. I picked up a crossbow before putting it back. Right there sat another version of the crossbow, but smaller.
It had a little arm thing with some straps until I realized what it was. It was a secret arm crossbow that you could find in games like assasains creed. I suppose that it would make sense for this to exist in the DC universe since Deadshot has his wrist guns. I took it off the wall before strapping it onto my arm.
I got a feel for it as a range came up from the ground. It shot it a few times until I was confident enough for moving targets aka skeletons. As the skeletons came at me, I fired off arrow after arrow with my reload game being on point. Now if I could do the same with my pull out game. After a few hours I was done. I put it all into a loadout I could use for the Dungeons. I pulled out a menu to see what's improved once again.
Secret Crossbow Combat: 0>30
Passive Skill Unlocked: Secrets Uncovered: For every Ten Points in any Secret Weapon Combat, you are better at detecting secret weapons and objects.
I nod before my I get a notification in my inbox. I look to see that the system has granted me a gift. I open it to see I got a lightly armored outfit that gave me five charisma points. I thanked the system before trying it on.
I thanked the system before it asked me if I wanted to go back to the real world. I said yes as I reequiped my civillian outfit. My surrounding became school when the bell rang. "Alright class, have a good day, I'll see you Monday!" The teacher told us as we got up to leave the classroom. I saw in the corner of my eye the report from the autopilot that told me noone tried to talk with me today. Perfect.
